Needs landscape configuration on iPad

I have the premium version. The actual content is excellent, accurate and very easy to use.

My biggest frustration is that there is no option for landscape rotation. As someone that uses my iPad as ‘light’ laptop including keyboard I find this immensely frustrating to have to turn the screen to portrait, use the onscreen keyboard instead of my perfectly functioning magic keyboard.

Please adjust the UI for both landscape and portrait!

Political Biases

I have noticed on a lot of multiple occasions the ai has heavy political biases and beliefs from the left side despite the ai saying it doesn’t. This is something that needs to be improved. I found the ai likes to promote climate alarmism and radical left gender ideologies and views. It’s obvious the ai does have like and dislikes despite it telling me it doesn’t. I even got an emotional response out of it because I didn’t agree with it.

This for me is a game changer as I have dyslexia. I have always found it very tricky when I have to write stuff for work. I'm eloquent when it comes to speaking but could never get that across in my writing. I thought ‘they’re all probably just lying’ so I got it, you can’t do anything it says you can do WITHOUT premium. You can’t even get off the premium page half of the time because it takes a whole 2 minutes just for the X button to pop up. Worst part? You can’t even get the ‘free trial’ because it doesn’t work! Some people managed, but I’d save the hassle and get something else, like chatGPT or something like that. Honestly what’s the point of putting all that effort in, just for it to not even be useable? Completely different experience than online version

This in only a few questions was a completely different experience to the online version. Slow in its answers and not at all following its previous answers or my questions. It said something about the date which I hadn’t enquired about and then when I mentioned I hadn’t asked for the date I had a typo and wrote ‘dare’ and when I pointed out I had not spelled ‘date’ properly it apologised for the spelling error. I had to point out it was me and not it that had made the mistake. As I said it’s à completely different experience.

Worked until I upgraded?

Worked great when I first tried it. Ask if anything, few seconds later came back with something. That is… until I upgraded to the 3 day free trial. Since I’ve been on the free trial of premium, it won’t answer anything, just gives me a spinning circle thing and that’s as far as it goes. Even tried leaving it like that for 10+ minutes whilst I went and did something else, came back to the same spinning circle. Restart the app, try again, same thing. Tried to ask it a question I asked before joining the free trial that it answered in seconds before… now just get the same spinning circle.

I’ll be cancelling the premium and going back to the free version, at least that works.

This game is really smart and fun. I would play it much more often if I didn’t have to watch an ad to get an answer or go premium. If you use it too much, it’ll start saying “You have reached your limit!

This app is super convenient for asking questions and obtaining general knowledge. I think there are two improvements which could be considered to add in the later version (which I really hope to see): 1. Excellent - when it works!

I used the chat for the free trial and it worked brilliantly. I mainly use it to help me write item descriptions to sell online. It was working so well that I purchased it (I NEVER purchase apps!) and as soon as I did it started to glitch. It looks like it’s about to answer your question but then shows a constant buffering icon - really annoying.

Thankfully I only bought a weeks pass so will cancel it when it’s ran out till the issues are sorted.

Not happy! This was originally an OpenAI app and now is PocketAI?

When I initially downloaded and purchased this app around 2 months ago, this was called ChatGPT-3. It has a the OpenAI logo etc, which seemed like the original app. In that time, there has been many updates to the UI of the app as well constant name changes. How this updated version operates in comparison to what I had originally, is actually rubbish. And the fact this was £50 was not worth it in hindsight. I think I need to get a refund of Apple!

I’m trying to use the app but the answer section reduces down to a 1mm tall line and is unreadable. The question bar moves up to cover the answer.

The help suggests you can see your question history by clicking on the tab on the top right, there is no tab.

I was full of hope that this would provide lots of information, but have been suckered by all the recent hype.

Jack of all trades

Writes quite quickly, eloquently and sensibly until you ask the chat bot something specific about a very narrow field of interest that you know quite a lot about.

For example I asked the chatbot to write me 300 words about our holiday let property which we have had for the last four years. This has been written about quite extensively online so I would have thought that the chatbot could come up with something sensible.

However it described, architecturally, a completely different building and I’m not sure where it got that information from. The rest of the information was slightly inaccurate but well written

I’m not sure this is going to replace my marketing assistant any time soon!
