You can use any of our soundscapes for your mindfulness meditation, or maybe any time you need to sleep, relax, or focus. Every soundscape can be played in the background, and you can set a timer for the sounds to stop, which is the perfect option at night: place your phone by the bed, select a relaxing mix, set your timer, and go for a night of deep sleep.
What sounds does Nuits have?
Nuits contains several HD sounds (95+), grouped by categories.
- Nature: birds, frogs, crickets, rain sounds, waterfalls, creeks, wind...
- Mechanical: turbines, fan, vacuum cleaner, Airplane cabin...
- Home: coffee, fridge, shower, boiling, kettle, typewriter, etc.
- Ambience: forests, coasts, oceans, etc.
- Noises, like the popular white noise, pink noise, grey noise...
What are the so called Noises?
- White Noise: blocks noises, makes you sleep and your baby.
- Blue Noise: with its high energy, helps with sleep and tinnitus.
- Brown Noise: the gentle roar of thunders and waterfalls, for deep focus and good sleep.
- Green Noise: known as the background noise, could help people with insomnia sleep better.
- Grey Noise: a blend of frequencies for tinnitus relief and focus.
- Pink Noise: the sound of wind and rain, for increased focus and stable sleep.

What is included in Nuits Plus?
Nuits offers a limited free version: you to preview every included sound and soundscape. There is also a 7-day free trial with all unlocked.
The free version allows you to create a free custom mix with up to two sounds, among the 15+ free sounds, and play it in the background for a limited period.
You can also enjoy one of our most precious visual soundscapes for free: Lagoon Soundscape (also known as Albufera).
Bear in mind that in order to enjoy the full experience, a Nuits Plus subscription is required:
It unlocks the rest of the content while your subscription is active; no time limits, no custom mix restrictions, the full library unlocked, no limitations.
Terms and conditions:
When you decide to purchase a Nuits Plus subscription through the app, you accept to be charged to the payment method connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. If you are eligible for a TRIAL, you will be charged when the trial ends. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. If you want to manage your subscription and auto-renewal settings, those can be turned off by going to your App Store Account Settings (after purchase).
