They are so scared of the P*dos that ruined their last app that they cannot accommodate anyone else.

You post a picture, you choose your own picture instead of a preset one. It is perfectly acceptable for a SFW environment. They can’t handle the volume, your post is deleted. Repeatedly, over hours, days, weeks, months, years.

What is the point? There is no point. I deleted.

Account Deletion.

To delete the account is not a simple task. The app removed the account deletion option and does not respond to deletion requests. I am unable to delete my account or personal data.

Express freely? Don’t be ridiculous…if you happen to mention anything about the

App the post instantly goes to ‘moderator reviewed’ and then gets taken down..you get randomly banned for no reason or explanation.. Lots of ads, poor navigation…don’t bother if you’re looking for a whisper alternative

Avoid if you have basic morals

Beyond me how it’s still on the App Store when it violates all the safety Ts and Cs. Full of illegal content that the moderators/developers seem content to allow, all in the name of getting the number of users up. They ban anyone who dares call it out, which is more than they do for those who post all sorts of sickening material that clearly goes against their own terms and conditions, let alone any moral decency. Stay away.

Absolute rubbish

Move along nothing to see here. Since installing this app I haven’t been able to use it as it complains I’m using ad blocker or vpn.

Disabled Adblock and still not working, deleted within 5 minutes.

Constant ads everywhere, and Spammy notifications

They send you multiple irrelevant push notifications constantly every day. Stuff like "someone has posted near you!" And reminders of the rules?? I'd maybe understand one rule reminder soon after you install it but multiple times every day is ridiculous. Who thought that was a good idea??

Inside the app there are constant ads everywhere. Full screen ads take over the app; the feed is full of ads every couple of posts. So I turned on my adblocker for the last few months, and now they've added adblocker detection so your choice is sit through the painful number of ads or leave. So I left.

My lock screen is not your advertising board to try to lure me into engaging. Obviously there's no way to disable their spam unless you delete the app. The developers have completely the wrong mindset.

This is so laggy and ill thought out it’s amazing that they actually still support it. The feeling you get is that it will be deleted with the next update. And the enforced full screen ads, along with the banner ads, really???

PSA

PSA: you really need to stop sending PSAs. It’s just spam. If you really feel the need to repeat the same obvious things over and over again then make it a pop-up message in the app at least, not a push notification (which can’t be turned off with turning off all notifications in the app).

That aside it’s ok. Basically Whisper again, with a few different features and better moderation, but slightly uglier. It would maybe just about be a 3-star app if it wasn’t constantly spamming me.

awful app

i literally just wanted to make the pretty pictures with writing like on whisper but i can’t add my own custom picture to the background and there’s like 10 crappy stock photos i can use instead. plus every post i see is some horny man asking for nudes or giving them out and i have the nsfw filter so i shouldn’t be seeing this stuff. it also has ‘quids’ which i guess is like a currency you gain by using the app and interacting with posts/posting your own but i feel like this makes the app unusable when you first join so im just going to delete the whole thing. really not worth it- don’t waste your time by downloading it

It’s like whisper but much better. They have a NSFW mode you can turn off and on, but there is too many advertisements and it’s quite slow.
