Could do with some improvements still
It is a good app which I joined because of its great music quality. However, some things are lacking such as not being able to click on the artists name while playing a song to go into their discography; add to queue basically not working as it plays which ever song it was going to play anyway and swipe controls e.g. swipe the song right to add to queue or left to remove to playlist(it would make daily usage of the app much more functional).

I was charged £11.99 after a free trial, which I did use. No reminder email sent that I would be charged.
Customer service was terrible. Would not help to cancel and refund the unwanted subscription I was charged for.

Buy premium or stop using the app
So first of all, deezer will spam your email with adds for premium pack (who, I think is expensive for a app like this).
If you don’t have the premium pack, you have an add almost every 2 songs you play, You can only skip a song 6 times in a hour, and you can’t even CHOOSE THE SONG you want to listen!!
They will try the best to make you buy deezer premium.
That is why I won’t recommend this app

What did you do?

Still buggy
Been ages since iOS update broke the app.
Promised a fix and they partially fixed it. However, if you get a txt or something music doesn’t re-start after finished. Even if go to app manually usually requires disconnected from head unit in car and re-connected wich sometimes gets it back going.

An excellent music app. I've tried lots of music apps and no other comes close.I love everything about this player including the large amount of local radio stations and podcasts available which rivals seem to ignore. They provide plenty of great artist and genre mixes. It's so easy to navigate. I only wish that you could add radio stations directly to the default menu.

One humble suggestion
Great platform! If I may make one humble suggestion. It would be helpful to have shortcut buttons for our liked songs by an artist from their page, so we can quickly filter out the songs we have already liked.
Eg on an artist’s page, I cannot access the songs of that artist that I have already liked or albums I have already saved. This makes navigation slightly slower if we don’t want to “discover” new content.
Also, when I search in the favourite songs and I play a song, the search output could become the playlist after that song ends. Instead, at the moment it goes back and plus from the entire favourite folder.
I believe these two features will make navigation in someone’s pre-existing library somewhat quicker and easier.

App is buggy with CarPlay!
I experience an issue when using Deezer while connected to my car with CarPlay. The app plays and works fine until I try to use Siri to dictate a message for example, then when complete and you’d expect the music to resume, it doesn’t. When navigating to the Deezer app on the CarPlay screen and try to unpause it, it does nothing. You have to open the Deezer app on the phone and unpause the track to resume audio. I have seen other posts online where other users have said they experience the same issue. This is a dangerous issue and also frustrating. I don’t get this issue when using Apple Music, Spotify or Amazon Music. Come on Deezer!

I love deezer. Say you want to shuffle an artist, the shuffle range of songs is always really varied. Keeps things fresh and interesting. May be a bit more pricey than other streaming services but it’s worth the money. Also loving the 100 percent woman feature on flow. Please keep it permanently.

Good selection but poor interface
Lots of good music - using the Flow feature has allowed me to discover lots of new good tracks and bands
Terribly lacking in offline features - it shouldn’t be that difficult to cache local playlist changes for upload when connection is re-established; but instead the whole app freezes and becomes useless until back online. This is the worst thing about the app.
Queue management is also pretty poor - when I add a single track to the queue, I don’t want the whole album it’s on to be automatically added and have to go through deleting the tracks one by one!
Would like the ability to download single tracks without having to add them to a playlist - although the ‘Favourites’ playlist is synced, it’s no use as an actual playlist because it has everything on it.
It’d be good to see as much attention being paid to UX for paying subscribers as is paid to trying to convert free users to paid

Listen everyone, subscription is only more expensive through the app due to Apple’s tax, don’t blame Deezer. You want the best prices avoid this tax and subscribe via the Deezer website!
Regarding the service, playlists and algorithms aren’t as good as Spotify, but the sound quality is so much better.

Great design for music lovers
I love many things about Deezer, for example : it keeps music separate from podcasts, it has its own Shazam integrated into the app and when I play FIP (the best radio station in the world) it identifies the songs automatically and I can like them there and then.

Yes enjoy using this app. Listen whilst working or at home. However the Just Heard playlist - need to be able to delete tracks from it as surely it takes up phone storage and I never play songs on that playlist otherwise would have given 5 stars! An addition - get rid of the “Top Tracks” playlist as well - really no need for this or “Just Heard” playlists but no option to clear the songs in them or remove these two lists completely. Just an add to the above - can we have an option to remove the “Top Tracks” and “Just Heard” lists - I have never used them and they just take iPhone space

Old Soul and Funk fan here!
I joined Deezer a year or so ago, moved from Spotify purely because I can DJ from Deezer and not from Spotify…. HOWEVER…. Most of the Soul and Funk playlists are compiled by Someone called Yannick…. His playlists use the same old tracks time and time again! I can see what’s wrong….. he’s too young to have the eclecticism of taste required to give a BROAD base of the classics available out there…. Please can you use other Editors to do this job ? I for one will be leaving soon if this doesn’t get any better Many thanks

Ideal in many ways
An accidental discovery. I was looking to get music on my running watch and found it challenging, complicated and nigh impossible with other streaming services - more a reflection of my technical inadequacies than anything else I suspect.
Discovered Deezer. Truly smitten. Works brilliantly with running watch. Seamless integration across devices. Upgraded to family version as my son asked me. Looks like I’m the ‘right on’ one in the family.
Well worth it.

Long term subscriber
Hey FOLKS ,(you have to be careful these days in how one addresses others) I have been a subscriber to Deezer for years now. Pretty much close to its inception. I have the family subscription (up to 5 users! Awesome! and you can all share each other’s music!)
Well Its at least 6 years and more by now, transferring my profile from phone to phone.
I can categorically inform everyone, that Deezer is COOL! I have had issues there and then in the early days of my subscription and I hated having to email as apposed to actually talking to someone on the phone.
However, they replied to my emails in a reasonable time and gave me CLEAR instructions on how to rectify my issue/s.
So each time on the day I had an issue, I was back online the same day! (Who else does that?) I have had no further issues in at leat 4 years. (It was all probably just me being old)
I love the timer option as I have insomnia and love being able to relax, focus my mind and listen to the rain. This allows me to sleep and not wake up with a flat phone battery!(great feature).
My only gripe, which increases the more the app grows, is that there is no clear HOME option, so when I get deep into the app options and services, Its seems a ‘mission’ to get back to the front page. That’s all!

Fantastic but I guess no better than other music apps
It’s great. I hate paying £9.99 per month and not getting to keep a single song if I cancel but that’s the way everything is now. Maybe if you could keep an album a month it would be more worth it even if they raised the price a little. But that’s the way of today everything’s on subscription even things like office. I wish there was an app you could at least save some of your favourites if you can no longer afford the app

Deteriorating fast
The last two ‘updates’ in Q4 20/0 have been disastrous. Previously downloaded tracks are stored on your phone, where they take up storage space, but the app still has to re-load them each time you use the app. And surprise surprise, some of them will fail to load. It could be your all-time favourite song or album, but you’ll no longer be able to listen to it offline. Tough. The app developers assume constant internet / wifi access, so don’t try to use it at 30,000 feet or in a hotel where they charge for wifi. The worst predictions of those who said all along that we should hang on to our CD collections have come true. With apps like Deezer you will always rent the music, not own it, and it you must remember that it can be withdrawn at any time. Maybe they’ll sort out the recent issues, but don’t hold your breath. This is the new business model. They need you online 24/7 to make money.

I signed up with Deezer back in 2008, and have been following their progression ever since.
I have never (maybe 1x in nearly 13 years) not found a song I was looking for regardless of the origin - American, French, Iranian, Greek, Italian, Japanese, traditional or new.
Their global scouts have true a talent in finding the pearls and the popular of our globablized world. Huge shout out to the team !
Please if you read this, can you bring back the “Discovery of the week” option (a pre-mashed playlist of popular and niche artists), this truly made my repertoire and allowed me to branch out outside my comfort zone.

Getting better all the time
Just upgraded to hifi... really impressed... am streaming at home and mobile and honestly what can one say... the worlds music at your fingertips for the cost of a few beers in lossless quality. Also impressed by customer service... able to get chat support on a Saturday afternoon to explain a feature. All I want now is a family sub for hifi and more tracks on audio 360. Demanding lot us customers...

Not bad, but could be better
I’ve enjoyed using Deezer since I can find almost all my favourite songs with ease. However, what I find a bit of a bummer is how the playlists work. I listen to around 3 song that I chose, and suddenly there is a random song that I’m not interested in, and after that song are more uninteresting songs. You could argue that it’s recommended from my personal tastes but they aren’t and it annoys me a bit. I just want to listen to the songs that I PERSONALLY chose, not some random songs that straight up kill the mood of the playlist. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who loves listening to music. It’s great and I hope it continues to become better over time.

Few problems
Generally has access to most songs. Only a couple that I’ve not been able to find.
The search option is very specific, in other words if you miss a dot or dash it won’t find what you need.
The app keeps coming up with an error claiming I’m not connected to the internet but I am...all other apps work fine. I have to close it and open it again before it will start.
Deezer seems to filter the searches so that the top results are covers by unknown groups. It can be a bit if a headache if you’re trying to find a specific version.
Finally, it’s difficult to make a list of songs to play - if I ‘add to queue’ the song is added to a huge list of songs that have been selected by Deezer to play. This is one of the main issues I have. I currently subscribe to the premium family version but for this reason I am considering changing.

Free trial but not on my bank account
I subscribe under the free trial with Deezer, I used the app for couple of days, I realised that is not for me, and I cancel my subscription. What is my surprise? I was charge from the day one. I contacted Deezer customer support, they told me that I have to deal this with Apple because I subscribed under iTunes and is beyond their control (how easy to put the problem on their partners). When I report to Apple, the answer was giving within a minute (looks like automatic) with this exactly words: "We've determinate that your purchase doesn't meet the conditions for a refund"
During the last few years, I've been subscribing with different companies (movies, music, channels...) some of them I kept for months, some of them for years, some of them I just cancelled within the trial just because it was not I was looking for (like Deezer), but the only one that actually charged me on the trial is Deezer, and I read other feedback from people with the same problem, and not I am not getting refund because they said is not their problem but iTunes problem... well, this look like trying to get the money back is going to be a massive struggle and probably I will lose it anyway, so they can keep my money, but I hope that people on the same situation will report it.

What is happening to Deezer recently?
I’ve been listening to deezer and using it for a king time now but recently I’ve been trying to listen to my playlists and all I’ve been getting is other random songs that are not from sponsored artists and I’m sorry but I’m trying to listen to music I’ve liked and all I’ve been getting is music completely irrelevant to the music I like and this goes to other playlists from other people too. I’ve found myself testing this out on other people’s playlists and the same thing keeps happening the songs that are meant to be playing aren’t.think I might have to delete this app because there is no point of my listening to a made up playlist which I clearly didn’t pick :(

Not very good
Another update but no mention of sorting out any of the problems I have currently with this.
Stupidly I paid for a year and so am locked in for a few more months. If you only listen on your phone via the app then I guess it is OK. However, it doesn’t work well with Alexa (I wasted a lot of time with customer service before they finally said ‘oh yea, this is a known bug’), it doesn’t work properly with Apple car play (the artist list is out of order for some reason) and the user interface is pretty poor. Whilst it works OK with Sonos it is no where near as slick as the main competitor. Also, sometimes when in the app I notice that some of the artist bios have reverted to French (Deezer is a French company). Things that are irrelevant
It’s a very great app, user friendly and financially reasonable. I’ve used it for a very long time and always up to date. My complaint is about the “song not available in my country feature”. Certain music I downloaded a while back has just been taken away for no reason. I find that feature absolutely useless and inconvenient looking at the money us deezer users pay. Obviously we use it world wide and it only supports first world countries which is unfair so it would be nice if you could remove that irrelevant feature. Overall great app and I’m loving it.

Okay but...
Love the new update and ease of access through the mini player. However, when I want to pause, the song playing doesn’t show up on my notification pull down screen or in my control centre where it normally does. Not sure why this is happening but this isn’t my only issue with the newer versions. Even in playlists with a lot more songs, it doesn’t play songs from the playlist which is the whole reason I made them in the first place. This also happens with other users’ playlists that I have added. Finally, the app frequently ‘resets’ mid-song, meaning when I am listening to my music, the song will stop and when I open the app it has returned to the white opening screen and I can’t resume my music. This is becoming a real problem and I would switch to another music player if it wasn’t so much trouble to transfer all my songs. Please try and fix this!

Good
Had Deezer for years now and it’s been fine and worked perfectly but recently my playlists have been empty and when I scroll down any playlists starting with a letter after t won’t show up and it’s starting to annoy me
can’t even make new playlists anymore, doesn’t tell me anything just doesn’t let me press done when i’m trying to make one
now i am unable to play my playslists, songs i’ve never even listened to come on so i basically have a random song app, what a waste of storage
it is gradually getting worse and worse, i cannot listen to a single song of my choice. no matter what playlist i pick it won’t play it, it just plays a random song. i’m sick of not getting any of my songs. the whole point of the app is to listen to the music i love yet i can’t listen to anything i want.
Honestly if u want to listen to music for free don’t get this app cos they have now decided that free accounts can’t listen to their playlists, i contacted deezer support about my playlists playing songs that are not in the playlist when i press shuffle and they said free accounts can’t shuffle playlists anymore, what’s the point init anymore then, why have the free account option

Ridiculous.
I’ve had this app for over a year and have previously used it before that. I’ve always had a good opinion on it and I respect the premium feature- you have to make money to. However it’s getting ridiculous that now even if I make a playlist I’m hearing completely different songs to what’s on it. If I didn’t have many songs on the playlist I could understand BUT i have a playlist with 102 songs on and I have used all my skips IN A ROW just to get to a song that I actually know. It’s so so SO stupid. I just want to listen to a playlist that I’ve created not the songs you decide I like. You need to fix this. People are going to delete the app not but premium.

It’s a great app but...
I have had Deezer for 3 years now it has Improved a lot over the years I have had it. But it annoys me when I am playing my favourite tracks and it makes me listen to a sponsored track for at least 30 seconds. Also when I’m listening to my favourite tracks when I have listened to quite a few songs it plays songs that are not even on my favourites!!!
With the new update there’s a new feature that identifies the song playing around you so when I did that it said the songs name and singer of that song but when I search for it there was only the piano version of the song, which annoyed me.
If you could please fix these minor issues that would be greatly appreciated.

0.99 is to good to be true!
I hate having to write negative comments. But this is the only way I may be listened to. As a long time free user I thought I would go ahead and sign up for premium because the service is good. No better time to try it out than 3 months for 0.99p so I click the add and I takes me through to be billed. So I go on not know that anything bad would happen. Only to check my bank account to see I’ve been billed for a standard month. So I email Deezer asking for this to be changed they said since it was with Apple I would have to ask them. Which I have been trying all day and it’s like trying to draw blood from a stone. I’m just going to move on and try a different service. Good service but buyer beware read the small print and don’t be impulsive also Deezer you’ve lost a fan.

Deezer seems sorted right now BUT
Please deezer have more diversity in your music, i came to deezer after a certain make of system I purchased, I will say your catalog is definitely not as extensive as iTunes, can you please extend your library to include more music just three examples, where are all the Eddie Grant songs and remixes that have been done, that’s just one example and more movie soundtracks like just a fragment of you from Anthony gonzalez from the film red riding hood, and the Glaciers (roksinix remix) by her majesty and the wolves that’s just 3 there are hundreds possibly thousands of tracks and movie soundtracks just not there, it’s so annoying and frustrating when you Shazam a track and it’s not on your library, come on deezer.

Connection To In Car
I’m really sorry to have to give you 2 stars as I wanted to provide you with so many more, however this is rating based purely on the functionality which you have with BMW. As a music app yeah it’s fine, music selection is adequate and does what it all other services do. However to stand out and be number one, then there needs to be the wow factor and for me, since I drive a lot not having the ability to use the the functionality on the steering wheel to change tracks or navigate the menus is criminal, since this can done via Apple Music.
I’m paying for a family package and I don’t get the features I want so Unfortunately I will be moving to the other guys when there trial period ends.

Lacking basic features
A few major annoyances that put Deezer levels below other streaming services. Firstly, there is no back button when on the lock screen or control centre, so you can’t go back to the last song - this is such a basic feature to be expected, I can’t believe any music app would miss this out! Secondly, there is no indication on which album is explicit or clean. Too many times I’ve accidentally downloaded clean versions which has been an annoying surprise, and in some cases there’s not even an explicit version available.
Edit: your developer response is straight up wrong. I’m listening to my downloads and there’s no back button on the lock screen. And there is no label to identify if an album is the explicit or the clean version. I would show screenshots to prove these points but I can’t on here.

Longtime user, now leaving
Been using deezer since 2008 and normally was a fan, rarely was it that I couldn't find something I wanted. However as they organize the "herding" of free accounts into paid ones, I find myself left out. They have an ingenious way of tempting you into subscribing, the more tracks you like, the more you interact with the app, the more limitations they impose. So if you never "like" any tacks, then you will have more possibilities (like playing individual tracks you search for) than if you appear to be an infrequent user. So just listen to tracks but don't create playlists or "like" anything and you should be fine. As soon as you do you'll see more restrictions appears during use. It's a shame that a multimillion dollar company can't find a more intelligent way to increase subscriptions other than this frustrating psychological approach that badgers users into subscribing by progressively taking away privileges rather than increasing them as you pay. This will result in them eventually closing, which I'm surprised hasn't happened already; they are probably gunning to be bought by a larger company so investors can see a return

Dislike the new update 👎🏻
I really like this app and think it’s one of the best music apps out there, however I have recently updated Deezer, and gone onto it hoping to listen to some music just to find that the majority (if not all) the songs have been blocked. Seeing as I use this app for free this is particularly irritating as I can’t physically type in a song of my choosing and listen to it anymore. I understood the concept that you couldn’t listen to music offline without premium, or that you couldn’t play any specific song you wanted on your playlist, even the usage of adds seemed reasonable, however not allowing us to search and listen to a song of our choosing is just too restricted. The only thing I can do now is add songs to my playlist (without even knowing what they sound like) and pressing shuffle . My playlist consists of a large number of tracks as I have had Deezer for a long time and have been continually adding songs, so pressing shuffle and getting a song I didn’t particularly want to listen to is thoroughly aggravating. The rating for this app would previously have been higher but unfortunately it has dropped due to this new update.

Deezer stop trying to force premium
Deezer overall is a decent app I would recommend it, however, in recent months they have made certain changes to the app which basically make it pointless unless you pay premium.
It used to be that I could select any track I wanted to listen to and then it would randomise any track from my favourite tracks playlist with the occasional sponsored track/advert after that, that’s fine as I’m using the free account. But now I can’t even select what song I want to listen too at all! I have to listen to shuffle mode and only shuffle mode 😢 I’ve had deezer for 5-6 years as I got it as a package deal with my phone and up to this point it’s been a beautiful experience.
Please at least give us a tiny bit of freedom by allowing us cheapskates to select at least one song we want to listen too

Freaking terrible app
As much as this app is stupidly organized with trying to get a family account, it has been good mostly when listening on an account that does have Deezer premium.
But if you try to get any other subscription
it is unimaginable to even try and down load it. Also, when it said on a special offer that there would BE 6 DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS THERE WAS ONLY 2!!!!!! If I could I would give this app a rating of -5. It is absolutely appalling the fact that my family has had heated arguments over this app. So far we have spent an hour just trying to make things work for us and it has been almost impossible to stop our selves from tearing out our hair. This app is absolutely terrible I would not buy it. Although it would have been a better app if you are single. But still the fact that I have taken this time out of my day off to write this is unacceptable.

I love Deezer but I don’t use the app anymore because of this new update because I came on my phone on day and I was like”I’m gonna listen to Deezer”but when I tried to click on my favourite song it would say”you need Deezer premium to pick your own song”and I was devastated so I had to play on shuffle mode and a song from my playlist would come on but then all of a sudden it would go onto some random song so the other day I got tired of it so I decided to go on the App Store and try to find an app as good as Deezer but couldn’t so I had to just look for a music app and I found one but it all ways brings up adds like every 20 Seconds and just lagged so much I’m writing to you to ask you if you’ll just give us back the ability to listen to whatever song we want and all the he rest can be premium course if it did I wouldn’t be writing this right now and would be listening to my favourite music on Deezer.

Deezer is great but have some issues that I want to be fixed
I have been enjoying this app since I downloaded it! This app is amazing and I can still listen to music even when my phone closes!!
Although this app is really good, there has been some problems lately like when I click on the song I listen, it goes to a different song. For example let say I want to listen to Electricity it automatically changes to like Rewrite the stars and it happens to every single music I have in my playlists. I find it really annoying when that happens and I hope to get it fix soon!
It plays it in shuffle mode and the only way to not play in shuffle mode is if I buy premium! And to skip songs I will also have to buy premium! Like many things I will have to buy to get it like no adds! I hope it will get it fixed soon and I hope that you guys understood what I meant.
Therefore plz do tell me when the problems are fixed.
Overall I am not saying you shouldn’t download this app, its an amazing music app to download, I’m just saying that there has been some issues with Deezer and I wish it could be fixed. You should download this app and try it for yourself!

Deezer review
The app is great all things considered. Good choice in music over a large amount of categories, you are able to remove songs from flow if they are not to your liking. There are a few issues that i have with the app, not enough to justify me giving the app 3 stars but enough to justify 4. These being that you cannot sink Playlists with Siri, the odd occasion where you can’t go a song without getting an advert and the badgering by the app itself to upgrade it to the paid version. Apart from that the app is great, the flaws that it does have are small in comparison to what the app does well.

I used to have this app a while back and remember how good it was. How it let me download songs and pick the songs I wanted to listen too. I loved it and would always recommend it to my friends. Then an update said I had to have premium to all things I loved about the app. So I uninstalled it and tried searching for a new music app. Unfortunately no good apps let you use the “whole” app for free and I know it’s how the app makes its money but it’s just annoying how all the good things about the app cost money. And I’m not saying you should uninstall it! I actually reinstalled it because it lets you play offline and when you go onto different apps. But I just don’t like some features including the shuffle mode. I tap play my songs but after one of the songs I put in my playlist it goes onto a song that not even on there and says I can’t skip it! So I have to restart the app to get my songs back on. Inconvenient but better than most other music apps

Why I'm not happy with deezer
I am not happy with deezer because every time I listen to my downloaded music in my house or on the way to my nans it keeps stopping and at times you can't hear any of the lyrics just the instruments. Also it skips a lot of the tracks so you can't actually listen to your favourite ones without it stopping or skipping.
I am glad to say that deezer is a good app (even with their problems) and I really recommend it (if you have enough patience. Also there is a lot of songs but not all which I'm pretty upset about.
Deezer needs to be fixed. I don't want these issues I want to listen to my favourite songs without it skipping,pausing or it missing the lyrics.

Amazing
This app is amazing, I was looking for an app we’re u can download music and listen to it while being offline (no internet) this app gave me everything I wanted and more this app also allows you to download albums from different artists which makes it easier to find new grate songs from my favourite artists and also gives you suggestions on other songs that you may like based on your downloads and latest viewed all together this app is brilliant and I definitely suggest any one looking to download this app to download it you won’t be disappointed 5 stars 😊🤩

Things which I know would improve Deezer
I love Deezer and have had it for about 2 years now I think, it has improved in ways but also the other way around (deezer premium which I understand is to make money but still) some other small things which would improve the layout way deezer works would be to make it easier to make playlists for example being able to hold down a song and drag it into a playlist which is arranged in recent order (so when making a new playlist you don’t have to keep scrolling down all the time) also another thing is suggest songs by artist, desplay the genre of each song , automatic playlist making eg ( same artist/ style/ year came out ) , when you don’t have deezer premium and you shouffle a playlist it actually plays the songs in the playlist not randomly picks them ,improved flow
hope you make these improvements it would make deezer a LOT better. Thanks ~

Possible improvements
I’m an owner of premium and in love with the app but I have some ideas as to what would make the app better that could be considered:
• new music updates (linked to the music that are in my playlists)
• new music suggestions (also linked to my most played artists)
• more lyrics !! The more lyrics to songs the better (especially Rex Orange County!)
• There could be a separate page (an explore page) where suggested artists could appear that are similar to the artists that I listen to (as well as the possibility to hide artists I am not interested in)

Was 5 star's before removing previous track button
Why the previous track button was removed from the app widget on both lock screen and control centre on ios 11? The new button on the app used to like or dislike the song is so unuseful!
I listen to music a lot and used to skip and go previous song alot throughout the day using my headphones control's, either a wired one by using the inline controls or a Bluetooth headphone using its button controls, but after latest app updates this became not available anymore, you can only skip songs not go to previous tracks, it is so silly needing to open the app to get into the previous song while you have your phone locked!
Will this be fixed? I hope so otherwise I'm afraid I won't be using Deezer anymore, this is so frustrating.

Latest update
In general, I absolutely love Deezer for how many new artists I've discovered (that I never would have without it) thanks to the 'similar artists' feature. And generally the app works well.
That said, I have one little gripe at the moment, which hasn’t been fixed in any of the recent updates. Every time I open the app I’m greeted with the “Oh no, it didn’t work - subscription temporarily unavailable” screen. As soon as I hit ‘OK’ the app opens just fine, so I can only assume this is a bug rather than an issue with my account. Please fix - it’s annoying to be greeted by an error message!
Other than this issue, I love Deezer.

Songs on my playlist move
So overall the app is really good, I pay for premium too because it’s good for when I’m in a place with no internet I can listen to my music. However there is one slight downfall, some of my recently added songs end up jumping to the bottom of my playlist for no reason. So I’ll come to look for a song that I’ve put on and have to scroll down the page through hundreds of songs in order to find the one I want. (Yes I know I could use the search tab, I just can’t be bothered most of the time)

Good but not that good
Deezer is a all around good app to have. It has every song I’ve wanted to listen to and the songs are very clear and are very good.
Although the app is good there are a few minor faults that I wish were easily fixable. When I first downloaded Deezer I had the freedom to listen to whatever I pleased whenever and wherever I please with or without WiFi then all of a sudden BAM, and everything had to be played by shuffle mode and the only way to get my freedom back was to pay for premium, which I understand is how Deezer makes money. But because of this so called premium update Deezer has been messing up for me a lot lately for example; I play a song on my playlist and it will be alright then the second song it goes on isn’t even in my library. Majority of the time I don’t even know the songs it plays so I always have to reset Deezer to play a song from my playlist but it keeps on happening. When I’m out and about the songs will also suddenly stop wether my data is on or not and it will take me a long time to get it working again.
I am not saying to not download Deezer because when Deezer does work it’s a brilliant app, sometimes the ads are even enjoyable (SOMETIMES), and I hate all ads. But what I’m saying is that Deezer could be improved further to attract a wider audience and a lot more people will use Deezer if our freedom is granted to us without having to pay for it. Or at least keep the shuffle mode but let everyone use Deezer offline.

They may rob money off you
I recently needed to pay for my deezer premium but as I didn't have the money when I needed it, I had an extra two days to pay which was good, but after the two days it didn't inform me that the payment had been authorised so I assumed I need to change the payment method and just enter the same details but it wouldn't confirm it for me so I assumed I couldn't use the details again so I went to cancel my deezer premium which it did allow but then because I didn't have any confirmation of my premium been payed for I went to check my account and my money had been taken out after I had cancelled the premium and instead of charging me £9.99 for 3months it's charged me £9.99 for just a month which I am extremely unhappy about

Great but CarPlay issues lose a star
I have used Deezer now for a year or so. Using it with my Sonos speaker results is high bitrate music that is superior to the other music streaming options. Where I am having problems, which have only started in the last few months, is with CarPlay. Because of these issues I am having to fuss with the CarPlay app which isn’t good when you are in the car. I will list them below and hopefully they can be addressed in a future update:
1) Upon connecting the phone and loading up the CarPlay Deezer app it takes a long time to load albums or playlists, sometimes I have to back out of the app or reload it a few times to get the songs to show. This is in good signal areas or even still connected to my home WiFi in the driveway.
2) When selecting a song from an album list or playlist, sometimes it will revert to the first song in the list and I have to manually skip through the tracks to get it to play the one I wanted.
These issues have been present using both an iPhone 7 and iPhone X in the car.

This app is absolutely amazing I have two accounts so that I can make the most of the special offers like 99p for 3 months premium and a free trial month, the only problem is that I have to create multiple accounts using my other emails because once your account has had premium once then your account is no longer eligible for any other offers so if I got the first month for free then any other great offers that come up I then can’t use as I have already experienced premium. This is the only problem I have with the app and other than that the app as a whole is excellent, definitely recommend to anyone who likes an app that is easy to get used to and easy to use👍 :)

Sensational
This music app gives customers the ability to listen to thousands of songs by numerous popular artists. As well as being able to create your own personal music album, I love the collection of albums developed by the editors- there are albums for different moods and feelings etc, so you can just choose an album already created if you are feeling happy/sad (etc) or if you are in the shower/working (etc). I have a Sonos speaker which makes listening through the use of this app even more perfect. I highly recommend 😊

Good but could be improved
It’s cool and u can listen to different songs but if you search a specific song it says something like ‘u can only listen to this if you have premium’, which is really annoying. But I like that they have flow which learns what ur into. But there are loads of ads and most of the time it just cuts into a song. And in the commercials (which was the hole point I downloaded Deezer) it says that you can listen to it anywhere even without WiFi. But if u don’t have Deezer premium you can’t search or listen to music if u don’t have WiFi. I have also been logged out randomly once or twice and it is really annoying. I would recommend another music app

Possibly a glitch?
So, it’s a really good app! I had used it in the past and liked it but deleted it for some reason or another. Then I got a BRAND NEW IPhone 7 yesterday! Decided to get the app back. I download it and figure everything out. I have some music downloaded and then I go home as I was staying at my Nans place.
I get home and I don’t have much music on it. Like 7 or 8 songs. I decide to try get some more, I search some in. It says that I can’t play the selected song. To retry. I do. Nothing. I’m confused. It’s obviously not my phone because it’s brand new, everything else works on here. It’s just this app. I now can ONLY play the songs I downloaded last night for some reason. It does this will literally every other song and it’s just frustrating. Not deleting YET, hopeful that it’s just a bug or something. If you could maybe explain what’s going on that would be great! Maybe I’m even just doing something wrong? Please let me know. ☺️✨✌🏻

Brilliant
Had this about 10 weeks now, and use it every day, got it playing at work, and it's on when I'm home, and in the car in between, really can't fault it, everything I've wanted to listen too is at my fingertips, new albums I can get instantly for no extra cost, I'm able to listen to what I want, when I want, the way I want, even music from long ago is there in all its glory, which tells you I'm not in my youth, it's easy to use, even for me, and I'm hopeless at these things, I can't even copy and paste lol.
Been using this app for, must Be well over a year now, still can’t fault it, ok I pay £9.99 per month, but that’s just the price of just one cd, and I get a endless choice for my money.

Good app but some improvements needed
Basically , this app is really good for listing to music offline but you only get a 15 day trial of the premium feature . After that , it keeps harassing you to pay for premium. Other than that the music is good , but sometimes the lyrics are little dodgy and you can’t find all the songs you want . In conclusion I find that this app is really good for listening to music online and offline especially with the premium feature . Music offline
I was looking for an app which allows me to listen to music offline. I found deezer and it said u can use it offline so I thought I'll give it a try. I tried to listen to the music offline but it didn't work and I saw that a lot of people had that problem. I realised that when you go into playlist and you select your music folder, above your list of music it says download. When u press download you can listen to your music offline. Which is really good.

What?
Ok so, deezer says that you can listen to music offline. No you cant - UNLESS you download your favourite trakcs which I did. But it doesnt work. So I have to ‘shuffle play’ all my albums and it doesnt give a Choice of what I want to listen to when I am offline. And it only Lets me change 6 songs per hour. For example, it could shuffle play for six songs I dont like in a row, so I have to listen to them all. That is INCREDIBLY annoying. But it used to work offline as well as I listened to my favourites offline in a plane. But now It is not working. And I have noticed that it is not Just me who has this problem. This has made me INCREDIBLY dislike deezer and I would EXTREMELY appritiate it whoever made this app could actually brother reading this and fix this problem. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM, THANK YOU

Not What's Completely expected of the app...
What's annoying about Deezer is that it doesn't have all the music in the world, it's Nightcore collection is utterly terrible and although it says you can listen to music for free but you need to pay for a premium pass to listen to music freely but if you don't then you have to listen to your playlist on shuffle mode which doesn't give you a choice on what you listen to, otherwise the free offer will only let you play music on shuffle mode, but if you're not connected to wifi you can't play music on shuffle mode and also the app once completely logged me out which was really annoying and also if I look up one of my previous playlist it's really hard to find them and also once you're logged on to Deezer you have to find some kind of offer before you can do anything on the app. The least you guys can do is make the offers more reasonable and fix the shuffle mode issue or find another way to anger costumers.
