downloaded specifically to convert gallons to litres during a touring holiday in France. This ap has no mention that the gallons used are US gallons - quite different to English gallons. It cost me a lot of money as costs were shared based on different vehicles mpg. The competition clearly state that they are US gallons - PLEASE BE AWARE THE USA IS NOT THE WHOLE WORLD.

Imperial conversions please!
This would be 5 star if only it had imperial conversions as well as US, eg it only coverts us gallons, not UK

This is a good application giving you most of what you want quickly. Couple of problems. 1) All units are american e.g. gallon. There is no option to input a british gallon. 2) you can't put in negative values, eg -17 degrees celcius, althgough it will give this answer if you inout zero farenheight.
But hey - what do you want for 59p (that's 99 of your american cent things).
