Support page is a you tube video so the only way to get a response it through feedback.
Please can you refund me, from the description and advert this suggests it measures for you when it obviously does not and it just a fancy pic app with lines.

Awful and confusing.
All I wanted was an app that measure objects for work. After downloading I have on a number of occasions tried to work out how to do this. No proper instructions. A huge emphasis on buying iCloud space so the user can share measurements between computers and friends. But my main concern is just the lack of instructions, it can’t be that difficult to write a simple set of instructions for someone new to this. It wasn’t cheap. I would expect more thought in planning for the type of people who may buy this app (I just wanted to measure the door frame etc) and for it to be more user friendly. A waste of money and time.

It doesn’t work. I can’t get a single measurement out of it. I would like my money back!

All projects lost. No communication.
The last version of My Measures will not even open in iOS 11. So as an architect, I have lost important info on a good number of projects that I cannot access. The new app has no facility for accessing these files. I have emailed the app developers a number of times, but with absolutely no response. It must be possible for them to enable subscribers to the new app to port across projects from the earlier app, But they appear to have no interest in doing so whatsoever. We are now left high and dry. Stay well clear.

I haven't taken a single measurement that has been remotely accurate. A guess is more accurate.

I like this app as it not only allows you to put measurements on the picture and share with others there is no ambiguity about what you have measured.

Excellent support
I have a very old version of this which, I am told, was produced by a company now closed. I am being forced to upgrade because the old version is 32 bit and will not work under iOS 11.
Got excellent support on how to export my projects and import them into the current app. It worked and the file format is compatible. I am delighted!
The old version used iCloud syncing, which was free. The new one requires a subscription to sync, but I can do it manually via my Mac, which is good enough given I do not use the app often.

Trouble with this app!
I use it to assist with drawing and quoting jobs for work. It's very useful. But.. had the old version, loved it but updated my phone to ios11 and I had to then get this new version. Not a problem but I cannot access all my old files. Very annoying! All want to do is copy my files onto this new app but can’t seem to do it.

Surprisingly handy
Save drawing out a job and dimensioning it. I use this app and it's been really quick and easy to use. Also you can send the images in an email attachment to customers you are working for and it comes across as professional for very little effort. You'll always have those dimensions in your pocket too saving bits of paper. Very handy.

Great Tool

Worth every penny!
This is ideal for dozens of different applications. No more scribbles on the back of an envelope. So much more easy to visualise what you need when buying carpets, timber, curtains, tiles etc. etc.
If you don't buy another app, you need to get this one.

Extremely useful
What a great app for conveying sizes, measurements, information etc. via email or message without the need to try and explain on the phone. Simply take a photo. Add the relevant information and forward it to the relevant person or people. Brilliant.

Been using this for ages now and use it every time I'm doing a job at home.
Really useful little app and worth its weight in gold as a reference point, especially when it comes to things like drilling holes in walls where you've buried cables and had the forethought to photograph and measure the cable locations to avoid any 'accidents'.

beautifully designed and simply executed
very impressed with this, it feels like an app which has been well tested, it makes good use of touch screen with the spreading finger gesture to start a new ruler and really really neat loupe style enlargement so you can get your arrow points just right. it'll be perfect for carrying round dimensions of places we want to buy furniture for instead of scraps of paper in my pocket or burying the info in a notes app. your image is always on screen and scales to fit the keyboard in when you enter text, this is a neat thing. very pleased with this, it does what many great apps do, it just makes the phone indispensable.
