The come back!
I used to be a massive fan of Abercrombie; it was a staple of my wardrobe. But they lost their way, and for a while, someone was pressing the repeat button! It became dull and dated, tired and was filled with middle-aged men in pink t-shirts and 19-year-old girlfriends. But a couple of months ago, I walked past a store, and Abercrombie’s comeback is obvious! Looks like they got great designers and the brand is changing for the better! The app is easy to use and often has exclusive offers! Download it, you won't be disappointed unless you're a middle-aged man with a 19-year-old girlfriend!

Great App for a Great Store
Really easy to use and navigate with the account page very handy for understanding orders and status. My recommendation for improvement is a better refinement on filters (i.e showing all colours of a garment as one rather than replicating each time under a new colour). Otherwise great!

Won’t let me stay signed in
I was completing an order whilst signed into my account and realised after it had processed that during the buying of the order I was signed out and bought as a “guest”. This is so annoying as I am continually signed out every time the app closes but it’s so bad that it happens during order purchase! My delivery date is now also a week after what it was when I started the order. Please fix this it’s extremely frustrating

The app often shows items are in stock, however when you add them to your bag it says they’re out of stock. App needs employee profile discount option. Also, Clearpay needs to be added as a payment method like many of the biggest brands in the U.K.

I ordered many clothes for choice in Summer 2023, as I had been Ill and lost a lot of weight. I returned numerous items, but received no credit or refund. I complained and asked for the items paid for to be returned to me. I received no response. Theft!

The WhatsApp chat is the only form of live chat available, but doesn’t seem to work in the UK. And triggering a return either leads to an error, or says it’s processed and the label is never sent.

I’ve shopped at A&F for over 10 years. My wardrobe is full of A&F clothes ranging from underwear all the way through to heavy duty winter coats. I have T-shirts that are from 10 years ago that are still in good condition.
Over the last five years, I’ve seen a repaid change in the quality of the clothes. The material is so much thinner in the T-shirts now and yet the price remains the same.
I usually buy from the website however, every time I go to the states, I always look for an A&F store to buy some clothes. I’ve just returned from NYC and I returned empty handed. I must have walked past the A&F store 2 or 3 times while I was there and I couldn’t be bothered to enter the store.
I am now at a point where I am starting to look at other named makes as I’m disappointed with the quality I’m getting from A&F.
As a company, I think A&F have focussed too much on cost cutting and are now jeopardising the quality which in turn is starting to lose them customers. Such a shame for what I considered to be a great company with great quality clothes.
Hopefully you will change and go back to the way things were or at least find a balance between cost and quality that your customers are happy with before it’s too late.

All good apart from 1 issue
The clothes from my first order were sent in 2 deliveries however after the first delivery I changed the size on the clothes that we’re awaiting to be delivered however the changes in size weren’t amended before the delivery was despatched and there was plenty of time to do so as the second delivery was 5 or 6 days later. Other than that service was excellent as always.

I love Abercrombie
I love the style of certain Abercrombie and Fitch. I prefer stuff clothing with name or moose logo on. I like people to know what I’m wearing or ask if they haven’t heard of it before. I find there clothing comfortable, very good quality. Smart casual. A brand I like to be associated with.

Crashes after 10 minutes
I absolutely love A&F and for the last few years now I religiously place my orders through the app, which has been quick and easy to do. However, the last few updates this year must have some sort of bug because after 10 minutes or so, the app crashes and shuts itself down. This is really annoying as you then lose where you were on the page when you open the app again. It’s putting me off of using the app anymore which is a real shame. I hope this can be fixed soon.

This application is like a nightmare, I’m trying to sign up like they told me in the store so I can easily find what I’m looking for online, but the application never signed me up! Even the website, I know that Abercrombie & Fitch is a big name, so they need to fix this issue immediately.

Apple Pay - shipping address issue
No matter what I put for the shipping address in Apple Pay, it says it’s invalid - UK address. Don’t have this issue with other apps using Apple Pay.

Ok app - but PLEASE add swipe left edge
Ok app, but really needs the gesture to swipe back using left edge. With the bigger phones it is a pain to reach the top left of the screen to tap the arrow to go back. It ruins the experience of the app and makes it clunky to use.
It’s also annoying you can’t see any clothing reviews/ratings on the app, but you can on the website.

Needs updating
This app needs a massive overhaul. It’s frustrating that there are no product reviews but if you go onto the main website they are there.
The links are also poor. You can’t click on an item to navigate back to it from your basket. You have to re search for the item.
There’s also not enough photos of items. Many only have one photo. This is really poor when compared to other top fashion brand apps.

New wardrobe
I recently had a revamp of my wardrobe, keeping it simple with a few stylish items and A&F were perfect! I love their knitted cardigans with simple silk camis and jeans they look and feel good on.

I have bought various items from abercrombie, and I have never been disappointed with the quality, comfort or fit of anything I’ve ordered. Some items can be a little on the pricey side, but when compared to other companies like superdry, there is no comparison when it comes to quality and style. Always fits true to size in my experience, the only reason I’ve gave 4 stars is the fact that there aren’t free returns.

Good app but a few things will make it better!
Really like the app but you need to have a bespoke iPad version of this app. And why on the European version of this app when you go into sale can you not search by category? If I want to look at shirts in sale and click refine I cannot select the sub sections like you can in the US version of this app! Go on A&F sort this out! 👍🏻

Great app up until the last update.
Generally, I love Abercrombie clothes and this app certainly makes purchasing so easy and convenient. The online customer service is just friendly as shopping in the UK stores (I have visited the NYC branch before, the staff there were miserable as eff! Work that one out yourself). However back to the app. Since the last update, the barcode scanning feature has been removed. This is one feature I found extremely useful when in-store, especially when finding an item without a price but the barcode still on the label. Also, checking if the item has been reduce in price, can’t blame me for being frugal😊. Until this feature is back on, I have to give this app four stars.

Older Man Needs To See Older Male Models!!
I might be 54 and not the sort of consumer that A&F are targeting but the cut and style, which this company produce, actually fit me like a glove. I’m an active 54 year old and love the shirts and jackets you guys produce and just wish you would use just a few older models to demonstrate your products.
I will continue to purchase clothes from you as you produce such fantastic items,but just remember there is a bigger target consumer out there, which you could easily tap into.
