Description
Astral Dreams is a very special program that uses the latest Binaural Beats technology for Astral Projection, Lucid Dreams, Sleep and two special induction sets using Shaman frequencies.

Excellent quality binaural beats
I don't usually write reviews for apps but I felt compelled to for this one. This programme offers some really high quality binaural beat sounds that send you off into a very relaxed state of mind. Brilliant for anyone with a racing mind who needs a way of switching off.

Try it out ...
Fab app. Just tried it out, slept 'like a log' and was only woken by the phone going off.
Initially thought that this was never going to work, but it does exactly what it says it does.

lucid dreaming
first time using this app and it didn't disappoint. I laid down with the intention of getting an hours sleep. I set the app to one of the lucid dream settings with background rain and I was fast asleep in 5 minutes.
I was woken by a flatmate knockin on my door and it took a few minutes for me to be fully conscious of my surroundings but I can remember almost every detail of one of the most lucid dreams I've had in a long time, which lasted around 2 hours in real time.

Fantastic
I've been using this for near on a year now and it's fantastic.
I use the 2 sleep settings. It really does give you very vivid dreams which can often be quite bad dreams.
It's a brilliant app though.
But you in such a deep sleep.

Intresrting
Personally I feel binaural beats have never worked for me, but hey, I took a chance throwing 2 pound odd out of my pocket, I wasn't honestly expecting much of it. But I found this is a great binaural beat app! There are plenty of choices to select instead of a 1 purpose app.

Won
This has worked okay for a while but after this current update it will not install on my ipod. I keep getting a message telling me 'requires a newer version of ipod software'. I have the latest software installed, tried a shut down and restart and the same things keeps happening.

Back to full working order along with the rest of of the Apps from the same developer. These Apps are great and this app is no different please keep up the good work!

Works for me
the sleep setting works really well, it completly knocked me out. and I had a lucid dream after listening to the shaman setting. I'm still waiting on the astral travel but it takes time and iv only been using it for a week or so.
