Misleading
The app is great, it’s easy to order clothes, simple to navigate, rewards are a bonus. However when you look on the app description it says it is compatible with apple wallet. Even after googling how to do it I was unable to. So I contacted customer service about it and was finally told that apple wallet wasn’t available. I wouldn’t be so annoyed if I wasn’t told that I was able to do it in the first place. So Urban you either need to take down that the app is compatible with apple wallet or make it work. It may only be because I have the UK version of the app but please sort it out so you don’t keep over promising and I under delivering.

The app used to be good. But now it will randomly log me out and not let me back in, say my log in is incorrect and when I try to reset as it’s fighting me it will say it’s not able to at the moment. videos makes music stop
Recently urban must have added videos which makes it so every scroll my music stop and i just have to sit there in silence contemplating life decisions, making for a very depressing shopping experience. I would much prefer to keep my music on and have no videos, not to mention they’re very annoying i don’t want some person walking around the screen when i’m trying to plan my life around outfits.

Trying to buy jeans
We had an annoying experience this evening, trying to buy jeans, my daughter was still in the changing room just finishing trying on lots of jeans at 4.30 on Sunday when we came out to purchase them at 4.35pm we were told we couldn’t buy them as the tills were shut! At no point did anyone come to the changing rooms and explain we couldn’t purchase after 4.30 exactly.
We live 35 mins from the store, all my daughter wanted to do was spend her Christmas vouchers, so we have now had to come home , download the app and purchase on line. Which also means she doesn’t have them for the event she wanted them for. Frustrating as I worked in retail for 25 years, at the end of the day managers would certainly have the autonomy to put a sale through after closing.

Good app - easy to use and nice layout. Sadly the option to scan gift card did not do as intended, it wouldn’t accept the details so in the end after a few failed attempts I typed it in manually and had success. Unfortunately by then a few items in my basket were no longer available and I missed out, but you win some you lose some! X

The Customer service are not too bad as assistants do back to you pretty quickly with any challenges. I did experience an issue recently .

The size might be too small @ 36 waist I would prefer a size 38 and all items seem to be taking 36 inches waist to be the maximum available. Also, 32 inches inside leg is too long again I would prefer a shorter leg length of 30 inches. If possible please advise me as soon as possible all items saved on your waiting list I’m interested in purchasing but only if my size becomes available (38 waist, 30 inches inside leg). It has good prices for such high quality clothing items as well as always having a great range of sale stock! staff are always friendly and the vibe of the store is very calming, changing rooms are tidy and clothes are trendy and chic!

The app is very good when it comes to browsing for clothes but as soon as it come to creating an account the app switches to become a very poorly manufactured application this is due to whenever I have tried to make an account it has either kicked me out the app or has kept me in a constant cycle of asking if I’m a human and not a robot , overall this is very disappointing as I cannot properly shop online with this app.

I love UO models showing details when browsing the main page, not necessarily need to tap into see.
I would like to recommend size guide measurements before digging into the page in advance like Outnet, to have a recommendation of the size. As sometimes I am not sure if I have to choose S or XS in terms of different types of clothes. That leads me only confident enough to buy the same type of clothes online.

My rewards points keep getting taken away
Honestly just buy in store - using the rewards portion has been such a hassle because every time i log on there’s a different amount of rewards points. i had 75, then it went to 3, i reached 99 points and now i’m down to 22 ?
also the fact you can’t scan the receipts of clothes you’ve bought from UO or at least the tags in order to get points in my opinion is just weird. like if i forget to scan my OU rewards card when i buy something why can’t i just scan the tag when i get home??

UO is definitely one of the best brands at the moment. In store and online it’s just the greatest experience and always has the perfect brands and clothes for me ✨
although the online store and app are amazing certain locations of urban outfitters are practically equivalent to an every day primark when you see teenagers like myself raiding the store.
Although sometimes the general public can be a pain that doesn't change how great the UO products and quality is compared to every other store.
Overall so far in 2024 my UO shopping experiences have been great and I can’t wait to spend more money x

good but problems with UO Rewards system
On the UO Rewards page it says you can get 75 points for joining, 50 for getting the app and 50 for subscribing to emails. I have done all three of these and have not received my points. I’ve only gotten points for enabling push notifications and browsing the app. In total I have 55 points when I should actually have an extra 175 points. Apart from this, I love them app and the items Urban Outfitters offers.

Easy to use
I love urban outfitters, it is easily my favourite brand. I love how trendy and collective it is with its fashion and its vintage aspects always leave me impressed. I think the UO rewards system is excellent, I manage to gain points often and achieve 5 pound rewards to which there is no minimum spend. I have yet to use the app to order anything as I would rather try on garments in store before purchasing but I find the app extremely helpful in finding new styles.

firstly, this shop is incredibly expensive. some cheap material is around £70?! its outrageous, people cannot afford that. i’m not saying all the material is horrible and cheap but around %60 is.
secondly, most of the models on here are literally just extremely small and skinny women. I have been scrolling on the app for some time and theres barley any other body sizes. This is awful for young people like myself looking at this. its damaging.

The clothes are quite expensive but I try save up and use it on birthday and Christmas money. Everyone purchase I’ve made have been successful. I do just have to say if u want a perfect fit take some screen shots of what you would like then go to the shop and find it!

Awful app - from a frustrating check out system (that resets everytime you dip out of the app to check, for example a bank detail)
To a “collection point” search , where you have to add in your postcode… and then … nothing happens??? (And I checked with multiple postcodes).
And finally, no “saved” item time
/period system for clothes in your basket - after frustratingly typing in my address five times, as I finally go to pay I get a “oops, this item has now been bought by someone else” alert.
The only bright side is that maybe it’s all a ploy to teach shopperholics like me to stop spending irrationally.
Once the red mist had settled (from having my “dream” item whipped away from me, moments before purchase), I realised there was no point in buying more materialistic stuff and I closed my wallet for the day.
So thanks I guess UO? You’ve done what ASOS app couldn’t - reminded me I should buying clothes on apps.

The selection of clothes on the UK is terrible if you can remember back when UO UK had a truly diverse selection of clothing you like me will be aghast with how bad the fashion is on the UK website. I’m not sure if this is beyond the control of the buyers in the uk or if they are just really bad at their job but the US UO is so much better. Must wider selection of clothing (not everyone want to dress like a 90s throwback) higher end designers. An amazing selection of fragrance and accessories. If the UK Urban Outfitters was representative of all UO sales would plummet. I have just changed my location settings back to UK after over a month and immediately going back because the selection in the uk is not truly representative of the standard of clothing UO has to offer. Do yourself a favour and try it you won’t regret it.

i’m so obsessed with urban outfitters the clothes are so cute and the app is usually very easy to use. But it fully messed up my card, it kept declining it and now it declines anywhere i try to use it. So, i just thought it was a problem with my card because i know there’s money in there. But then, my sister tried to order the clothes for me, on her account and using her card. Her card worked fine all day as she allowed me to buy things with it as mine didn’t work, and as soon and she went to order it on hers, the same thing happened. I know it might not 100% be urbans fault but it’s a weird coincidence and i just wanted to order a skirt and shoes for saturday 😭

The clothes I have bought I am in love, favourite items but sometimes items go away and then come back you order and it cancels later on saying they ran out of stock when you had no trouble ordering it's so disappointing especially when you really like it and preparing to spend your saved money on the item to be told later it's not happening please keep your stock up to date on the website to prevent disappointment

honest but positive review
urban outfitters is class love it. it’s quite expensive but it’s worth it since their products are amazing quality. there’s a wish list feature that i recommend to any new users as it allows you to check for any sales on your fav pieces. the delivery is quite good too considering how popular UO really is and in my experience the size ranges accommodate to most body types. there’s also a review function under every item which obviously helps to find honest reviews about real customers.
overall i really don’t have anything bad to say about urban it’s my go-to clothes store and it never fails to impress.

I love UO because i think the quality of the items of clothing are immaculate. the sizing is almost always accurate and as a short person, i can say the clothes fit good. The only downfall of urban outfitters is the price. If everything was cheaper i would buy way way more stuff, but i can’t because you go in and buy 4 things and it cost a a lot of £££.

Completely dissatisfied with this brand. It has let me down completely and continuously after purchasing overpriced items just to get no effort and a lack of information returned. When attempting to contact them they cut me off because I was disappointed with their service. When purchasing something, it had automatically furthered my delivery date. The customer service did not even apologise. They forgot to refund me of £50 even when I cancelled the order within the span of two minutes after purchasing it; waited a week for my money and only got it back when I formed an email. This experience has repeated and I still haven’t gotten my money back. For the amount of money a piece of their clothing costs and effort and money we give, supporting this brand; they can’t even simply reciprocate it with a simple sorry.

App 10% Discount
Downloaded the app to use the 10% discount to find at payment that it cancelled out the free shipping for purchases over £30 as the 10% dropped the balance below £30 so shipping was added making the purchase more expensive. Waste of time I would have had free shipping without the app so can’t see any benefit of using the app other than convenience on the move. I couldn’t even post this review without creating a nickname that isn’t already taken!!

Good products but bad delivery service
I love Urban Outfitters, it has to be one of the best shops to purchase from however I rarely buy online, I tend to buy more at the shop. But these past few weeks I ordered as few items and the delivery is ridiculous. Products were expected to arrive at maximum FIVE days but it’s been ELEVEN days. I purchased two days ago again and the product hasn’t even been shipped yet, it’s just really slow and it will prevent me from buying in the near future, this needs to be sorted out.

Animal cruelty
There is currently a protest going on about the use of materials used in urban outfitters clothing, that is being taken from poor, innocent animals. We live in 2021 and brands like urban outfitters should be animal cruelty free. It’s disgusting to find this out now after I just bought clothes from here. I would much rather spend more money on clothing that is sustainable and good for the environment.
I won’t be shopping from this brand again until it’s all vegan and ALL innocent animals are protected!

Most clothing apps are slow and not worth downloading, but I’ll never use the site again now that I have the app. Really well designed, fast, everything is clear and purchasing is super easy. As for the clothing, I literally buy most of my clothes from Urban Outfitters now. The rewards process is really satisfying and and actually provides you with some monetary gifts and discounts that are worthwhile! Nothing bad to say, love everything about the app and the store 💓

Amazing site/shop
Wow where do I start!! I love urban outfitters it’s one of my favourite shops and websites! Everything in the shop is incredible quality and just yes!! I have been shopping at urban outfitters scene I was a kid I always find good quality things and there’s always a good sale one! I love how you can win money and enter competitions on the site!!

Best clothing app!
This app is great and the rewards scheme is really useful. I shop at Urban Outfitters quite a lot during the festive season as my friends love it too. By being a rewards member I can save money on items and shop sales early. My only complaint is the stock accuracy of the website. There are very often items shown high up the browser which when you click onto are sold out. Often these items are priced very low on sale which I suspect is to convince people that prices are lower than they are. Other than that I think the app is great and the store has a great range of products and great sales . I like that you can save items to your wish list because I find it useful for checking if sold out items have been restocked. Definitely get the app!

Horrendous app
I’ve been shopping here (online and in store) for many years now. I’ve been let down by the app several times now. This includes being emailed and told that an item is out of stock AFTER submitting an order and payment.
Shopping the sale items on the app is frustrating when you put items in your basket then proceed to checkout only to be told that it’s no longer available.
Other glitches include being unable to submit a payment by card I.e. there the button to proceed didn’t allow me to click on it so I had to resort to paying with PayPal.
For the developers:
- Would there be any chance of doing what the other retail apps do where they let you keep the item in your basket for an hour or so?
- Please can you kindly remove items that you know are out of stock from the app..it’s such a disappointment and waste of time for customers clicking through your pages.

Problematic
I tried to get free delivery by ordering over £30 but it wouldn’t change the delivery price, I’ve ordered things saying in stock which then say in the order confirmation that I’ve ordered it as back order which was never said and misleading. My order history won’t let me look at everything I’ve bought and my most recent order changed it’s name to a different product name but hasn’t on my confirmation email. Sometimes when I search up an item, nothing comes up so I have to reload the app and type it again, then it does. The app needs a lot of work I think, I like the reward system though.

YOU NEED THIS APP
Just like any good shop, Urban Outfitters has an online store- you can access this online or through this app. The app is so so much better than the store, and has an excellent rewards program that is super handy. The app is so much easier to navigate than the website, and has clear sale sections as well. I totally recommend - although the clothes are a little pricey, most are of the best quality, and super trendy - I guarantee!

I’ve always loved the clothes and accessories that urban outfitters sells but have always thought that the clothes are a bit pricy (I get why they are). So when I discovered this app I could get free discount codes and enter giveaways to get free clothing items and accessories! This app is also really easy to use and so far I’ve had no problems with it ! Definitely recommend if you like urban outfitters!

Out of stock!
Often sale items are being shown as available but once you have placed them in your basket and go to check out you get the message that either one or some of the items are out of stock. It no longer shows which items in your basket are out of stock so you have to remove each item one at a time and try to check out. More frustratingly the items that are identified by yourself during the laborious process of deleting one item at a time then continue to show available for hours if not days afterwards! UO please get your inventory up to date to avoid further disappointment! Other than this the app would be great!

I absolutely love urban outfitters! It is a unique shop selling a whole range of items I love the the clothing imparticular, every item I buy has a different purpose and meaning. They sell almost every item from the stylish and trendy brands out there with even their own(iets frans). If you download the app and use it regularly to shop and share or just have a browse you can get rewards! Highly recommend, my absolute favourite shop xxx

This is amazing!
This is absolutely amazing because if you’re too busy to go buy some accessories while on the go you can get some fantastic options if you want some denim then you can get hundreds of options play suits, skirts, shirts and lots more and if I’m super picky about what I wear when I’m going for a little shop or visit some friends or go out casually to have a look around it’s a life saver!

Needs A LOT of work
When the app works, it works wonderfully, however it doesn’t seem to work for its staff members in stores very well. On 1st occasion my order was the wrong order and rather than doing a straight swap in store as they could see that what I had ordered was different to the item they gave me I then had to buy the correct item in store and return the other item and wait for the refund, staff were not very knowledgable about the app and this took them AN HOUR to figure out. The 2nd occasion is when I used a £5 voucher, the order went through and I went to pick up my order only to find out that my order wasn’t on the system. Staff then expected me to pay for the item and I would have the voucher refunded back onto my account. I told the staff that this was bad customer service as it was at the fault of the company and why should I then have to spend more of my money to then get the free voucher I earned back? They could see the order on my app and through email confirmation and still refused to give me the item I had ordered. Very unimpressed.

VERY ANNOYED?
I had something in my basket, proceeded to checkout and said it had gone out of stock, so I searched it up and it wasn’t listed as out of stock and i added it to my basket again. The same thing happened the second time round. I then did this with a necklace and a purse. The same thing happened. I gave up trying to purchase these things and added a carmex lib balm to my basket taking my total to £31 pounds, however the app still tried to charge me 3.99 for standard shipping which is free over £30??????? So instead i replaced the carmex lip balm with socks taking it to £31 pounds yet this time it worked, I had to purchase the socks despite it being the lip balm that I actually wanted. Get this sorted Urban Outfitters because your app prevented me from buying FOUR things i needed!!!

Best shopping app!!
UO is probably the best shopping app out there. I love the fact you can work towards vouchers by entering prize draws, leaving reviews, shopping etc. And it is super easy to use your voucher codes in store too. There are opportunities to view sales early and whether it be clothes, accessories or homeware, items are always so cute, making it the perfect gift for either yourself or others. Love it x

It often does not allow you access to the app
It is very frustrating that it can often suddenly freeze and not allow access. This needs to be fixed. It means I cannot scan my app when making an in-store purchase, it means I can’t use my £5 off voucher when making an in-store purchase, and it means I have no access to the app at all to make an online purchase. It is very annoying, especially when you are mid-online shopping and it decides to shut down. Something else that UO need to fix is when something is out of stock, it takes a long time for it to show on the app. Therefore, you can successfully add things to your basket and then they’re out of stock when you checkout. Later you can see that they are still showing as in stock but they are not.

Best app + reward scheme
I’ve been using the app since it was first launched and it’s the best! The rewards scheme is ace! You build up your rewards percentage to 100% just from shopping and browsing the app to get money off purchases as well as first previews of new sales and new lines launching.
It’s easy to use, and has a lot of extra content and features. Excellent for shopping, style inspiration and lifestyle!
10/10 and has made me love UO even more.

Downfall is that the music section sometimes doesn't load or crashes - understandable with a new feature. All in all I love this app it makes everything so much more convenient!
A much wanted improvement is that we get notifications if one of our favourited items / basket items comes back in stock!!

so much better than going to Store”
I’ve alway been a huge fan of this outlet everything just works well in terms of lingerie, fashion, home etc. name it. 🤲🏼 Except the shop in Marble Arch store omg I was shook literally the manager itself doesn’t know how to give or use this app for giving the customer discount which it shows very clearly everywhere on their wall!!!! He gets irritated when I told him that I usually do it in other branch and I never had a problem so he gave me student discount just to get rid of me. Worst service ever it feels like I’m begging for it.

Good but needs some work
The app is fine and functions well had no problems so far but when it comes to shopping it doesn't really have the experience I get with other apps or websites.
There is no size guide on any item so choosing a size,especially when choosing one particular size instead of between sizes (e.g S,M,L instead of S/M, M/L) can be difficult as there is no specific numbered size or outline for which is best for you.
Plus every item I clicked on had no reviews so you can't even choose by the word of others.
I also found that the original item I click on may not be the item I'm taken to, for example I clicked on a black top but when it opened the page it was the same top but it didn't come in black instead 3 bright colours.
All in all the app isn't bad but I can see some trial and error occurring when shopping.
