When swiping back from an article to the app’s front page, it too often jumps back to the top instead of staying where the current article is. Could you please fix this?

Impossible to cancel
I’m not sure how this is legal. There’s no way to cancel the subscription except calling a US phone number and talking to them for half an hour. Just terrible!

I’ve paid for a Wall Street Journal subscription which works fine on my computer but doesn’t work through the iPad app. This makes the app pointless because I can’t read any articles.

This app doesn’t automatically take you to the most recent news, if you don’t open it every day. It isn’t readily apparent how to get it to give it to you either.

Great app; unscrupulous business practices
The app is lovely and content is good, but you cannot cancel your subscription online! So after the trial period price ended and the price doubled, I had to call WSJ. They then try to sell you to continue the subscription. Mention the high price as your reason to cancel, and they’ll cut the price in half. It’s really pathetic price discrimination.

I no longer need my subscription but that seems to be impossible to cancel. It is quite unconvenient that I have to be paying for something I haven’t used in months. I have not received any reply from your customer service either.

Notification and article links seem inconsistent
The app itself is great, but the notifications don’t seem to open the right article on iPhone (works on iPad) - it either opens the home page or whatever article I was reading last. Occasionally article links open topic pages instead of the article detail page

Good news but clunky app
The app is difficult. It either sits you on a historical story and makes it hard to load the new day’s newspaper, or it loses what you were reading. It should add a history function (just like every browser). They should order the history by date and then by time spent active on specific stories.

Love the WSJ news but the app is not the most user friendly. FT app is better. WSJ app sometimes does not update easily and it is hard to sign in
