Huge potential but otherwise disappointing
The major flaw of the game is that it does not store your progress. The lives do not get replenished like at each stage you get +1 life so that at least you can play for a while. 3 lives is just not enough. The paddles are very clumsy and response sluggish.
Overall for an iPhone where I play this game, it's hugely disappointing. Glad I didn't pay anything.

Good potential
This has potential to be a great game. But it doesn't save your progress. If you quit the app, you have to start all over again next time at level 1!
Also, when you switch music off it automatically turns on again.
Glad I didn't pay for it.

Fun multiplayer game
Overall a brilliant game. Its up to 4 player on one screen which is good. There are a few bugs that need fixing, like the bot pads sometimes just stay in one place and dont move. Its good that you can play your own music however the game music consistently switches itself back on after you turn it off and even plays over the top of your selected music.

Not quite what I personally was looking for but ok for multiplayer, haven't been tempted to try one player though. Would move on to something else after a couple of games if I wasn't trying to get my moneys worth.
Bit fuzzy considering it mentions Retina.
The 'no music' option thinks i've changed my mind after each game and springs into song again.

Retina support is needed
This is a great game and is really nice to play 4 players with friends and family once in a while. It's just something I keep on my iPad and take out in those occasional moments. One thing that is needed is retina support for newer iPads, I have a feeling the developers have just given up on upgrading this game. It's been a long time and still doesn't have retina support, that's a shame since this game would look amazing when its sharp.

Good fun
Good simple game enjoyable to play with the family, would like to see the addition of extra lives added to game types manually through an options menu, and the ability to play NPC against multiple humans (for example 2 NPC's vs 2 humans) and the ability to rearrange them appropriately.

Recommend highly for iPad
This is great fun in multiplayer on the iPad (2 or more people using the same iPad) since you each get a paddle to move. Great music, innovative gameplay, and can get very competitive!

What can I say...
This is a great game, I love the way you can slide your finger and still see the paddle that hits the ball, with a lot of games this is a problem. The music that plays through the levels are funky, you can also play your own music whilst playing this game. Keep up the good work

Dunno what all these idiots are saying, the app runs smooth and easily and no problems when downloaded; I just tapped it and went strait into the game. These stupid people who are complaining to the poor producers of this game and giving it shocking reviews are harsh and unfair. Their problems are probably caused by owning out of date or jail broken devices which don't work properly.
Would recommend for every one as it is an amazing app and I particularly love the FOUR PLAYER feature which I have lots of fun with with my whole family.
Keep up the good work and don't listen to these unhelpful, harsh and unkind hole pickers. :)

Great game, love the graphics, so many extra game modes and styles. It works perfectly on my iPad 2, never crashes and I keep coming back to it again and again :D

Awesome, but not perfect
Its a really good game, but some bug fixes and improvements needed.
There is a startup bug, but it didn't happen every time, and maybe on multiplayer mode on iPhone you could have some al to add some competition.
However, apart from that a solid game!

It's Pong Jim but not as we know it
Surely one of the best designed games for iOS, the graphics really make it feel like a wooden box and ball bearings, only it's alive! Strange but brilliant. No reflections though? (minor complaint) I wish I had an iPad, I bet it's glorious on that.
Bigger complaint, no online multiplayer. Would be great.
Works fine (no crashes) on iPod 3G but I have the iOS from last year still..

Downloaded this game as it seemed an interesting concept! Was then thoroughly pleased when I played it but after that first play, every time I've tried to start the app it crashes out at the main menu. Tried restarting the phone but to no affect :(

Great modern mobile take on Pong
Just needs multiplayer over the air. Especially the iPhone version which has too small a screen for people to cram around. Integrate with Game Center so we can matchmake and get it on!

A good game in solo or multiplayer, great fun if there's four of you, but crashes quite often. Fortunately not during gameplay, just when making selections in the menu.

This App should be up in the top 10 with Angry birds and Cut The Rope! Endless fun at a very low cost! Well worth at least £2.99 so the current price is a bargain! The latest update has made it even better! Now I can play on my iPhone and iPad and it has game centre! What more could you want?! You should get this App I see no reason not to! The Most Gorgeous Multiplayer Game
This is the most beautiful game on the app store and four people can play at the same time. You have to have this game, it's so much fun and an absolute pleasure to play. The new game modes, bonuses and music are incredible. You don't get free Flash games on the Internet that look this great and let four people play. Who needs Flash??

Fabulous, endless fun for kids 5-75!
Bought this on a whim before going on holiday with my kids, 3, 5 and 7. My wife and I and the older two loved it and couldn't get enough of it. Great graphics, great sounds and easy enough for young ones to learn but hard enough for all of us that after dozens of games we haven't gotten bored. Well done. Bravo.
