Relax Meditation offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $9.99/month and an auto-renewing 3-months subscription at $24.99/3-months to provide you with unlimited access to Relax Meditation while you maintain an active subscription. Relax Meditation also offers a Lifetime subscription for $19.99 which is paid for by a one-off upfront payment with unlimited access to the Relax Meditation forever.
Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. App is decent when free but a warning to not pay for the lifetime pro option as the sounds need to be downloaded and none of them will download - didn’t see until after purchasing that this has been an issue for others - and no way of contacting team

So calming…
I deal with insomnia and severe anxiety and frequent panic attacks, especially at night, so I put this on if I’m ever doubtful about sleeping. It’s safe to say, it calms me down a lot, and soon enough I am able to fall sleep. There’s a lot of nice sounds to listen to. I’m glad I downloaded the app.

Best meditation app out there. I love the ability to overlay my favourite sounds... at differing volumes, there are numerou sounds and meditations to choose from, you can overlay for different moods within the free part of the app.

Half the sounds are on the pro version which you have to pay for. No intelligent person is going to pay actual money for sounds, it’s a rip off. In the limited sound that are free there are a good variety. This program could be great but I wouldn’t pay for it. Add videos of calming virtual scenes such as travelling through a garden or at a beach might be nice.

Helps me with my tinnitus
You can create your own mixes on this app from all the different sounds (and there are plenty to choose from!!!) I use different combinations of sounds to help block out the annoying sounds of tinnitus. I also find it very relaxing and can put it on when I am going to sleep and use the timer function to turn it off after a while too.

Been using for nearly 2 years now and it’s still great !
One of my absolute favourite go to apps for relaxation ! I have made several music playlists which I alternate to help me sleep, it’s great you can set a timer so the music stops and app closes after a set period of time. Depending what I need or how I am feeling I will I keep referring back to the guided meditations, lots of variety targeting specific areas/ needs. Definitely was worth buying the lifetime access when it was on special offer x

Absolutely Amazing!
I suffer with anxiety, and I’ve used a variety of meditation apps, but this one is the best that I have came across. It has helped me relax significantly, and has helped calm me throughout the day. I would highly recommend to people who suffer with insomnia, there is a wide collection of sounds on this app, that really do help you to fall asleep. It’s honestly the best meditation app out there! There is a lot of things for me to be thankful from this app. It has helped me be a better, kinder and calmer person.

This is a good app but if you don’t want to pay for pro( like me) there are very few meditations that you can do. Therefore I just use this app for the sounds.

Best meditation app
I started using this app around a year ago now, and I never expected I’d still be using an app so often. I love the content and how there’s different programs for different needs. I can literally rely on the app for multiple different types of mental relief. They’ve finally added a new program based on your focus.
I CANNOT FAULT THIS APP AT ALL. But a suggestion out of love - I would love more new content regularly. Maybe based on societal standards (the millennial struggles of social media) dealing with toxic thoughts, helping to reduce overthinking.

Great game but have to pay a lot....
This is a great game I definitely recommend but whenever I get on it I get the page where it’s the no ads and the get all the sounds you know? It’s so annoying 😡! There are quite a few sounds tho so that’s good but when you go onto meditation 🧘♂️ you do the first two and then you pay! It’s literally over ten pounds 💷 maybe even twenty! So if you like to spend ur money in game get this game. And if u like being relaxed 😌 I would recommend!

The best meditation app on the App Store
My initial reaction to the prospect of paying £20+ for an app was “How much!?” but after completing the free content I was completely hooked. The lifetime updates are excellent and he quality of the recordings is far above any other meditation app I’ve experienced. I used to host the popular iOS App-To-Date Podcast and would undoubtedly recommend this app to my listeners. Hats off to the development team. Pure excellence.

Since i downloaded this app for my anxiety i have been so dependent to it and lately when i install the new IOS version i dont have access with my lifetime subscription and was disappointed ‘cause i may have to pay again to get a lifetime subscription again which is costly for me. Best app I have found that I can use offline and is a price I can afford. Good variety of meditations and sounds. Would like to see some longer meditations like a 20 minute body scan, grounding meditation and a more thorough chakra cleanse and balance of 20 - 30 minutes for those who want a deeper longer session.

That's what it's all about, relax and enjoy. I found this app did what I needed it to do and release tension of everyday life after working a long and hectic day. I have tried different apps before but I found quite good guided meditation through this app. I never tried to mediated by myself before and it was quite easy to follow the instructions. I definitely recommend this app for the beginners.

Relaxing Melodies
It would e a brilliant app if it wasn’t for the Annoying Adverts at the bottom 🤬 They are far too close to the buttons, so every time you go to select an option you tap the advert button instead and are then stuck in the ad instead of doing what you should be doing within the app.
This app is meant to be for calming you down. I find I get more frustrated because of the extremely annoying ads.

I enjoy all the relax melodies series. I have one on pro but don’t need to pay for all of them, as there are some repeats of sounds and meditations. Not too sure about the meditation leader’s voice, but you get used to it. The voice of the leader is so important to enable you to meditate successfully. All in all, very good, but not perfect.

Very well thought out and creative app. You don’t need to spend any money to use it, but I think it is worth it for full access.
Great for beginners AND those with experience to meditation. 10 minutes a day is not a lot of commitment and mental is very topical at the moment.

Absolutely loving but only been using for 2 days...hoping to keep at it, definitely makes you calmer and more relaxed even throughout the day not just after meditating. I’ve gone premium as it is a fair one off cost and considerably cheaper than the monthly subscription apps. There is so much on this I think it’s well worth the cost.

Great for your mindset
Hi, I am doing the 11+ next year and I have been stressing about being calm and relaxed. I thought I should try meditation and I have to say, even though I have only been doing it for two days, I feel much calmer and relaxed about my exams. I would recommend this app because even if you are not doing an exam or something really stressful, it is a great way to clear your mind and make way for a good day full of ideas. Out of 10 I would give this a 8 1/2 rating. I hope this meditating will help me next year.

This app offers a sounds section where you can layer a range of sounds upon each other to make your own relaxing sound meditation. It's a great feature and the first app I have seen that allows you to layer more than one sound at once.

I think relax meditation is a great guided meditation site. You can meditate in all sorts of different ways and add sounds to the background. Another great feature about this outstanding app is you can adjust the volume of the voice that is guiding you through the meditation. I have a chronic illness and have been recommended meditation numerous times. I think it’s something we all need to do and I was keen to start but unsure how to. I downloaded this app and used it immediately. What a great app! Within 2 days of downloading it and feeing supremely relaxed and pleased with myself for starting, I upgraded to premium (lifetime). A bargain all things considered. My boyfriend has started listening to it with me as well and he also thinks it’s fab, despite being sceptical initially. I will recommend this to everyone. It’s a small price to pay and even if you can’t afford or don’t wish to go premium, there’s still some excellent meditations available for free.
I am impressed with how the developers keep this app updated and add to it regularly. Thank you for making this app and keeping on top of it, long may you continue to do so 🙏🏼

Favourite meditation app so far
This app has a varied selection of sounds to mix and match, there are endless combinations so you'll never get bored.
I find the voice that guides you through the meditation is easy to listen to and doesn't distract or annoy you.
Highly recommend this app, great for pre sleep meditation. Works a treat!

Amazing App!
I've been searching for a long time for an app with different sounds that assist me to relax and sleep without being intrusive and I can honestly say that this app is the best I have found. There are so many (free) sounds that you can mix and match to compile your own personal sequences, there is a timer, an alarm, sleep tips; it's just amazing! So good I am going to purchase the full app and I can delete every other sound app that I have tried!

Good range of sounds and meditation
The meditation does help me relax and the combination of sounds and music do help me get back to sleep quickly. I wake several times a night but listening to this app ensures the periods of sleep I do get are deep and I feel more rested and less lethargic during the day. As such my quality of life is vastly improved.

Love this app. It helps me sleep at night and there are so many different mixes you can create to find the best noises and sounds you want that night. Amazing with a 30 min countdown to auto-shut the app down so it doesn't carry on playing with this turned on. Would highly recommend as I've used many apps as sleeping aids and this one is the best

I downloaded this app to help me sleep and it's worked wonders! I have also used a few of the guided meditations which I find simple, relaxing and easy to follow.
There are so many sounds available which can be combined for a unique experience.
There is still so much more to be unlocked so I am seriously considering upgrading, considering the full package seems very inexpensive and the great quality of the content.
It is a pretty and simple to use app which I would highly recommend!

Actually helps you to relax
I downloaded this app by mistake looking for an app that only plays relaxing sounds. I discovered by using it that it is designed to help you begin relaxing through meditation. Ive used it a few times now and it defiantly does work.

Great for relaxation, enjoyment and personal growth
The latest version of this is a major step forward with the meditations on offer. The relaxing sounds were something I came back to on an occasional basis but now I expect to use this App regularly.

Well rested indeed
Very good app giving you the ability to customise the experience in addition to a very solid meditation regime. Full in-app costs are massively less than other competitors and well worth the price. Recommended

Good so far
I've only been using it for a couple of days, and I can't believe I hadn't heard of it before, the app is brilliant. I can't say much about bugs, since I've been using it for so little time (none so far), but the options are so amazing. It has Headspace style programmes plus a ton of sounds, atmosphere and others and some other features, like a timer, a clock...... to be honest, I still prefer the voice from the guy from Headspace, but my subscription there ended and it is quite expensive, and this one costs so much less..! Although, as another reviewer said, it isn't very clear what they offer for the price, but I purchased the unlimited access and apparently I have everything until July 2117.
I think what I love the most is that it gives me an easy option as for what to listen to when I'm working or studying or reading. Sometimes I like having something to listen to, but I get so easily distracted by lyrics or melodies, and this is more like ambient sounds. Perfect
(I give it 4 stars because I still need to try it more to be certain about one more star)

Genuinely good app
It's my go to app on those nights I can't settle in bed, the ones were you toss and turn and can't seem to get comfy. Put on a gentle thunder, with some rain and some cricket noises and its works every time. I like how you can put your own sounds together, so whether it's city noises or lapping water, there's something to suit everyone.

Great app for stress relief & help with sleep
I've only used some of the app so far but I've found the meditation techniques and sound landscapes to be really relaxing & helpful in times of stress. Have also tried some of the sound combinations on relax mode and have got a good nights sleep even when pressure is awaiting the following day

Great sound scapes
I find the payment options a little confusing- I'm not excactly sure what I would be getting? Sound scapes, meditations, ad free app usage?
Only app that I have found that uses music in the background and one step better, you can create it yourself!

Brilliant
Have app on 3 devices. Had paid premium but failed to transfer over but customer service was excellent it was so easy to work out with their help. Sleep all night with it on have really bad tinnitus and this is all that helps. Absolutely recommended 5 stars

Great App.
I love this app, have had it for a long time. I love the range of sounds, for both night time and day time. I use the seashore sounds for soothing me to sleep and the repetitive music as background sounds during the day. I had upgraded to premium months ago and when it hadn't applied to my phone also, I contacted support who were very helpful, sorted it out straight away. I'd be a very grumpy stressed out person without this app.

Love this app... great features like overlaying different sound effects and being able to control the volume for each different sound.
My one comment is some of the sound effects can be on too small a repeat loop. It would be nicer if the repeat cycle is less evident.

Got rid of only bit I used
I wasn't expecting the new version so I was a bit surprised at first, however it did seem to be really nicely done and they walked you through the changes (sort of). I'm a little gutted that they got rid of the option where a voice talks you through relaxation as that's what used to help me sleep. Not sure I have any reason to keep the app now. Other than that it seems nice enough.

Amazing Discovery
So glad to find this app. I'm amazed at the extent of the sounds and the depth of the mind energy pulses available to use. Truly stunning. I appreciate you have to pay to unlock further items however I think I will do this on a gradual basis. Something exciting to look forward to.
