You will receive your finished expense report with cost categorization, date, vendor and all the other information already filled in for you. ABUKAI's receipt scanner eliminates all the cumbersome work associated with creating expense reports and business expenses including typing data from receipts, categorizing expenses and looking up exchange rates. ABUKAI will "automagically” create your expense report and email it to you once you submit your receipts.
Downloading the ABUKAI Expenses mobile scanner application is completely free, and includes 12 expense reports/year (counted as sets of 10 receipts). Additional expense report submissions or customization require subscription to an ABUKAI Expenses account plan.
Do you require customizations or have a different expense report template?
With the standard version available for download, you will receive expense reports via email in Excel and PDF. ABUKAI can tailor reports to your company’s existing Excel format or directly post your expenses into your company's expense web portal, document management system or ERP system. For example, ABUKAI can directly post your expenses into tools such as Exact, FreshBooks, QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero Accounting. ABUKAI can also be customized to upload expenses into Oracle or SAP.

Take a pic and the app sorts everything into a report. Still waiting to receive my report ..... where d'it go.
Free version is 12 reports / year up to 10 receipts ..... otherwise starts at $99 / year. Yikes!!
I'll carry on doing it manually thanks.
...... still no report ..... maybe the dog chased the postman away ......

Works very well, Easy to use
I was very impressed. I didn't think it would be able to pick up the details from the receipts, but it did perfectly. Easy to use. Emails take a while to come through, which is very minor, but worth pointing out so you don't think it is not working, like I did initially.

Doesn't send email. Doesn't generate reports. Waste of time even downloading it.

The BEST way to submit your Expenses
Totally awesome ! This app is fantastic it does exactly what it says and the customer service is great. The reports they email you are exactly what you need with pictures of your receipts. You can't go wrong with ABUKAI

Terrible
Couldn't tell you if it generates reports well as I couldn't even get past the take a photo part! Just wouldn't take a photo or go back to the main screen, just froze on the camera every time. Very poor

Simple and effective
I have tried loads of expense program's and this is the only one that has actually worked. It very simple, it's quick, and in managed to send the report to be processed so easily. Recommended.

Very effective... And very good for translating your receipts to excel sheet. Will hopefully save me almost 60% time for my expense filing.

Initially impressive
Started out well. Photos of receipts was good. Final expense report was unfortunately comical. A week in Bucharest resulted in a report spanning the Australian Gold Coast and Russia!!!! A £715 expense claim was reported as £288. A complete waste of time and effort.

Absolutely Brilliant!
No, I've no idea who this company is, but this app is stunning: Line up crumpled receipts on kitchen table, photograph them one at a time, put a customised category or comment in if you like, and … that's it? Yep. That's it! When you're ready to collate them all, hit the Process button. The next thing you know is there they are on your email as a spreadsheet - any sort you like, pretty much! Very very clever, and very good. It just works - as long as you're connected to WIFI, but I'm sitting at home in the kitchen, aren't I!
Perfect so far. Just perfect. Now, Mr Developer, how about the clever ABUKAI Small Business No-Brainer Accounts Package: photograph bank statements and credit card purchases and integrate all the expenses with my income every month! I'm a Powerchange Coach so my accounts aren't rocket science, so my entire business would be ready for his lordship The Taxman!
Seriously, folks. you've just GOT to try this - -and its free. Well done … whoever they are.
