Pessimo servizio al cliente, prendono in giro e non hanno attenzione al cliente

Andrebbe migliorata
Questa app andrebbe migliorata, si impalla molto spesso. Inoltre ogni volta che si apre l'app ritenta di scaricare tutta l'edizione anche se quella odierna era gia' stata scaricata.
Se si risolvono questi due problemi piuttosto importanti saliamo rapidamente a 4 o 5 stelle.

Poor implementation
The application keeps greeting stuck. Repeated attempts are needed to download each edition. Downloading supplements is next to impossible. I've cancelled subscription.

Disastro
Mentre prima l'app funzionava benissimo, dopo il rilancio e' diventato un disastro...molto piu' macchinoso e molto meno user friendly di prima. Complimenti.

Narrow minded
No trial period and subscrisption is too expensive. I can get The Times (with a superior application) for £8 a month, for this I need to pay double.
No wonder in Italy fever people reads newspapers then UK

You get front page. Anything else - even trying to zoom, takes you to a paywall.

costa troppo e non si puo' salvare
Ok si sfogliano bene le pagine ed e' una lettura gradevole, ma a differenza della versione cartacea, non e' possibile salvare un' edizione e tenersela per sempre ( o se e' possibile, non viene spiegato da nessuna parte).
La versione online dovrebbe costare solo qualche centesimo. Tutti si abbonerebbero annualmente e il paese sarebbe piu' informato.. Forse mi aspetto troppo dal giornale + venduto nel paese di piu' corte vedute che ci sia.

Non capisco questa applicazione. La scarico gratis ma per leggere, non mi aspetto l'intero giornale, mi debbo abbonare.

funzionamento offline non corretto
Applicazione interessante ma scaricando (o credendo di scaricare) l'edizione del giorno e poi andando offline ci si rende conto che solo le prime pagine sono rimaste in memoria... per il resto si deve aspettare di tornare online. Inaccettabile.

Un'App perfetta.. soprattutto finchè rimarrà gratis.
Non so quanto durerà questo "paradiso" in cui app fantastiche come queste rimarranno gratis. Probabilmente non molto, ma finchè sarà possibile approfittate di una delle migliori app di notizie italiane per l'iPad.
Assolutamente fantastica.
