I had my account for about a day and then it removed my account and would not let me log in using my email. Tried to go through the “forgot password” route and I never received the email to get my account back. I tried making new account but I just received error messages when trying to do so.

My account has been marked several times for verification.
I verified my account the first time, only for it to require it again.
I messaged the support team regarding this issue, and to their credit they corrected this error.
However, once again it requires verification.
The problem is that my phone is broken and I now am using an older device - meaning I cannot verify again.
The desktop edition does not allow you to verify, and it is also very buggy.
This is more my problem, but the need to continually re-verify an account is theirs.
I can no longer use the app and will not be creating a new account, as to avoid this headache again.
Possibly a niche circumstance, but should be considered.
The app was decently functional with plenty of real people on it, as-well as bots.
The distance with these people is quite far, but this could be more an issue regarding the apps popularity.

Had an account for years then decided to delete the account permanently then decided to reinstall the app last night and made a new account verified did all the right steps that was needed used it for a while then went to send a message came back as failed then a box with a message came up and just logged me out now when you try and log in it always says invalid login even tried to change password to see if if would work and tried to make a new account but won’t let me do that!

I have tweeted and emailed you but without any luck! My account got hacked, I tried to change password to delete it but no luck.
The account then got flagged and received a pop up saying i need to verify. I am NOT verifying anything!!! It said it was going to be deleted in 72 hours if that doesn’t happen...guess what- it’s not deleted, it’s reinstated even after I asked for it to be deleted!
Security on the app is nonexistent. My account is being used by some random person to message people and I am receiving emailed of suspicious activity! Disappointed! Too bad I can’t give 0 stars

I made my first ever account today and all went well and good until I was in a middle of a conversation and all of a sudden got kicked off of my account! When I went to log back in it said invalid login. I went ahead and created another account and within 5 minutes that one has been removed too! Honestly not worth downloading as every account you make will just get shut down! Waste of my time to be honest.

Great app until you have to verify yourself via a picture then it just fails constantly and the support team never get back to you!
App is also full of spam users who solicit or try to advertise adult snapchat profiles and so on. Way to much spam given you have to verify the account!!!!

I loved this app initially. Met some great people. Then randomly it switched off and asked for my passcode to get back in. This I didn’t have as I signed in with Apple automatically. My profile is still live as I’m getting daily email updates, and the contact center are hopeless and seem unable to get me back in or delete my account. So be careful before you choose this!!

Can’t stop getting the same people messaging you. They keep popping up in the requests.
A lot of them are far away and if you say no then they start acting stalker like which scares me a lot.
Once you block someone that should be it. Not them keep popping up on the radar. Also you can’t change your emails on the app.
Developers if you read this things need to be looked into. If I could give zero stars I would do.
Still getting the same messages. I’m not interested in long distance relationships or people that aren’t my type.

Most accounts on here are not verified and I’ve had nothing but spam requests, within a few minutes of joining.
To the developers, can I suggest, that you force those who aren’t verified, to verify themselves, or stop them from contacting verified users.

Been on the app for a few days and all I get is messages that start of as “hi!” And then they either send a link to “one night stand” website if you know what I mean or they talk long enough to get you to add them on WhatsApp to then send the link.
