iPad good iPhone does not work
Use ExpressVPN everyday on my iPad and is excellent. It DID work on my iPhone but has stopped working. Tried deleting and reloading but now will not recognise my account.
So great for iPad rubbish for iPhone.

Not working
Was a good VPN for many years but the tv companies have caught up and they now all block it, Sky, BBC, BT etc. VPNEXPRESS need to update their servers as no use now and certainly not worth £28 a year

This app no longer works or is blacklisted
A couple of years ago this app allowed access to UK content through, but it appears to have been blacklisted by content providers like the BBC and BT Sport. Happy to alter the review if this changes or you can fix this problem.

Not good for BBC TV in Spain
Have been using this app for some years, but having just renewed it for one more year, find that I cannot get BBC TV in Spain at all. I am using on an iPad.
So extremely disappointed, have tried to email the Company but just get a standard message about China!!! Someone please emails me? Not in Chinese.
Can anyone help me resolve this problem? Would appreciate some help, have found it great for banking etc but do need to catch up on BBC tv, please help.

This app is the worst app ever made
I bought this app then after 5 mins deleted it why because when I pressed the connect button it immediately went black and then my screen was on the home screen I tried again and it did it again then I went on the app and it said internet is not connected when I had 3 bars which is why this app is stupid idiotic and a peace of junk

No customer support
The App has always worked well for the last 6 months although BBC iPlayer does not work.
However stopped connecting last few days. No customer support - I emailed them but no replies just an auto reply!
Won’t renew subscription unless get a reply and fix soon!

Lack of support
My UK server kept disconnecting, then it wouldn't work with BBC IPlayer.
I sent 4 emails to VPN Express but all I get are automated replies talking about China.

Had an issue where I originally gave the app a 1 star review because I couldn't stream UK TV. But found out it was caused by DNS poisioning. Worked around the issue, all good again.

This VPN didn't work
Tried all afternoon to get this VPN to work with little joy! Everything tell me I have a connection but when I try and access BT Sport in Uk from where I work in Africa it doesn't work. Very disappointed with the service I can access with no live chat available to sort out my problem.
I will be cancelling my subscription if this isn't sorted in the next 24hrs.

Purchased this app for a VPN in China. Wouldn’t even connect, let alone have access to all the sites you would normally want - google, face time etc. Would have given zero stars, but that’s not an option... will be approaching developers for my money back.

Every time I go on the app to try and connect it doesn't connect and tells me I'm out of quota. Haven't even been able to experience it

Excellent website with option to buy quota, but a free daily allowance is s awarded, plus daily and monthly draw awards. This is a nice touch. The vpn is reliable and safe. I thoroughly recommend it.
