Albino dinosaur variants!

This game is amazing!! It’s my childhood and takes up lots of my time. One thing about the late game though is that there’s nothing to really do after you’ve unlocked everything. So I’ve had this idea for ages now about albino variants that are super rare re-skins of every Dinosaur and would make a Great trophy room piece. It’s just an idea but all together the games amazing and I recommend it.

I love this game but I wish there was an option that allowed us to be able to turn into dinosaurs like there were multiple hunters and you have to hunt them down like he normal game but your a dinosaur

Multiplayer mode

Hello, I think that maybe just hunting alone might be boring after a while so I think there should be a multiplayer. I think you should be able to create an account on this game and invite people to hunt with you and you should be able to unlock it by having all the dinosaurs. And just one little extra I think there should be a triceratops and don’t remove the chasmosaurus just have both. 👍

Good and bad

This is a really good game with the inclusion of selecting more dinosaurs than the demo type game and it casually updates to get more dinosaurs and with observer mode is good seeing how dinosaurs may have lived but can cause a glitch top pick any map and dinosaurs you want but that's the good news but here's the bad news the game is paid we already had to pay for an iPad or iPod or iPhone and we have to pay for more games with ACTUAL money from credit cards or other things and that's unfair hope this helped for future game developers

Best first person iPhone game out there

I've been playing this game since October 2011, and must have clocked in over 100 hours. It's the type of game that you can just sit and mess about with whilst watching TV, and whilst the main aim of the game is to shoot and collect dinosaurs for your gallery, the vast swathes of land and sea that the game offers beg to be explored.

There's a lot of ways players can manipulate the AI of the dinosaurs to have fun - getting them stuck on a wall is hilarious and also advantageous.

The latest update has caused the game to stutter somewhat, and the achievements never seen to add to my Game Centre, but other than that this is a great game with the best controls available on to uh screen devices. Highly recommended!

Still crashes

Even after the update, the game still will not run on iPod touch 4th gen. The device meets the supposed software requirements but the game instantly crashes upon opening the app. It is a shame as this game used to work perfectly and was one of my favourites. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thankyou

Don't update!!

This is a great game but the 'revive' update has spoilt it. Now you have to wait for the revive countdown before you can restart. If you try to revive you get caught in a loop of endless adverts. Not great when you've already bought the game. Don't update - wish I hadn't :-(

My 3rd Review for this Epic Game (probably)

Hey, guys at Tatem Games I've seen the beautiful graphics that you are capable of on the PS3 with Dinosaur Hunter Pro. I was wondering if maybe you update the the maps to look just as beautiful as that, and add new gun textures and Dinosaur textures, as well as more guns like a grenade launcher as the Coelophysis get really annoying if there are like 20 of them.

It is a very enjoyable game however glitches happens a lot especially with T. rex if you are on a cliff the trex runs into it and can't move so it is impossible not to kill it 2nd trex swims in mid air I stead of in the water. Petanadons fly threw some obstacles to and dinosaurs can somehow go into one another. I think that if you tranquilliser a dino it should be put into a zoological garden or something and that instead of havering loads of T. rex and nothing else in the trophy room have it so that you have two of every dinosaur the biggest and the smallest also you should have trophies for brachiosaurus when you finally kill it which is also not that noticeable. Plz add some new creatures aswell and change the sizes and how deadly a dinosaur is for a primitive carnotisarus is far to big and should not be deal tier than a spinous aureus but other than that good good game.

Update deleted history

If I had known the latest update was going to remove all the points I had earned on the game since I paid for it as well as deleting the 'trophy' dinosaurs I wouldn't have bothered with the update.

Which idiot decided this was a good idea and how do you reverse this? The points earned zero every day now, the trophy bit doesn't work and you have ruined a perfectly good game.

Needs an update

This is the most fantastic game in the App Store right now, and every single day I'm on this app, but I think it needs an update. Add some more dinosaurs, like some underwater and flying creatures. Add some more terrain, make it more realistic. Like, for example, in the streets of London or a deserted school or something. The game occasionally glitches. Dinosaurs get stuck in one place and cannot move, making it too easy to shoot and tranquillise them. Also, I think you should add some more dinosaur behaviours. So you can really get a feel for what they were really like. Other than the need to update, I think this app is really good :)

Awesome, but a lot of room for improvement

This game is great, I love it, but as a prehistoric animals geek I have to say that it isn't totally accurate. Dimetrodon, which is seen in the game alongside the dinosaurs was actually an early reptile that lived 50 million years before the first dinosaurs. Also Spinosaurus and Allosaurus are far too small. If you watch Walking with Dinosaurs and Planet Dinosaur you will find all the information to make this more scientifically accurate. The other thing is that there are no animals that live in the water. Archelon, Cryptoclydus, Liopleurodon, Opthalmosaurus, Halinosaurus, Hesperonis, Elasmosaurus, Tylosaurus and Xiphactinus to name a few. There should also be crocodiles in the inland lakes. I look forward to seeing the update.

Great game .should buy!

This game is great as its got good features and and good potential. I like its sandbox style ,its first person view of hunting these beasts and the large varieties of islands and weapons.my only problems are that the sizes of the dinosaurs are quite inaccurate as is seems the spinosaurus is one of the smallest carnivorous theropods when actually it would of been one of the largest around, also T. rex is too big headed and amargasaurus doesn't live in herds in the game. I don't want to complain too much on inaccuracies buuuuut dimetrodons and moschops where not around in the dinosaur period and there are very minor spelling mistake although you might not notice them.however putting all of that to one side l would love new dinosaurs,island,weapons and better/more realistic graphics,textures or dinosaur movements .you could also add vehicles as traveling on the large islands are a pain.maybe you even place your hunted dinos in your own zoo. but overall it is one of the best dinosaur games on the AppStore.
