Rubbish. Paid £10 for express delivery and was assured delivery would be next day! 24hrs later still says packing it up on app and nobody to contact! Customer services does not work! WhatsApp chat does not respond and no delivery in sight!!!! Waste of £10 and desperately needed my order for a holiday! Why take the delivery fee if you know you can’t deliver on time??? I really like Hollister’s clothes and the in-store experience is always great. The staff are friendly and the vibe is spot on. But the app itself could use some work. It can be a bit glitchy at times, and I’ve noticed it’s either missing a dark mode or it’s really hard to find if it exists. It makes browsing a bit uncomfortable, especially at night. I love the brand, but I wish the app was smoother and had a proper dark mode option to match the quality of their products.

I really enjoy shopping from hollister, the app overall is honestly a great app. It’s easy to shop from and isn’t laggy at all. The reason why I didn’t give the app five stars is because it’s been randomly logging me out, and I’ve had trouble resetting my password as the communication isn’t great. My account is also in the uk but for some reason the app said I wasn’t able to earn or redeem points without an account in the uk? I contacted the Hollister account on WhatsApp to sort the problem, but it’s been two weeks and still nothing has changed. Quite annoyed with this problem but the rest of the app is great! Recommended getting it!

Almost perfect!
Hollister has really cute clothing for every occasion! Not only that by as I am a British citizen, I wanted the currency to be in pound sterling instead of US dollars but the app wouldn’t let me so I emailed in. The staff were amazing in returning my emails and changing my currency/region they were so kind and generous with their time and gave great advice. My only critique is that the app doesn’t allow you to save the product if it’s sold out. But overall my Hollister shopping experience has been great, thank you Hollister!

Can’t let me change my region settings
Hollister has adorable clothing and I wish to purchase from there a lot and earn points however on the app it doesn’t let me change my settings to uk even though I am a British citizen Because of this I am unable to receive points because it states I unable to earn them without a uk account.I myself remember making this account and putting the currency to GBP.
I hope problems like this can be resolved in future updates.

Good but something very important is missing
The app is really good, but the only quite bad point is that I would have liked something to receive a message/email whenever an item would get back in stock. Now I have to check every day if the item is back in stock and I never know if I missed it or not.

the company itself is amazing and the clothes are perfect however the app is very laggy. i go into my saved clothes section and it tells me that i haven't saved anything. sometimes the app just doesn't load any photos. i also really don't like how you can't save anything for later when its sold out and can't set any reminders for things being back in stock

Just doesn’t really work
The app is so laggy. I try go into items i’ve saved and it says i’ve saved nothing, even though there’s a number of the amount i’ve saved. doesn’t load well at all. Glitchy too, I ordered some jeans and selected the exact size I wanted, only for after I paid I went back on and it said that size was sold out and I had apparently ordered a different size, even though when I originally ordered them the size I selected was the only size left available. The app just doesn’t load at all, is very laggy and glitchy.

I love Hollister and I love the layout, the only super annoying this is that you can’t like/save items that are sold out therefore can’t save them for a later date when they may be in stock again, also you can’t even click on the product at all if it’s currently sold out in every size! Apple Pay bugs
The app itself isn’t too bad, there is a bug with Apple Pay payments however. When going through the checkout, the first Apple Pay link doesn’t accept the billing address (this isn’t a problem specific to me on any other site).
When you use Apple Pay at the final stage of the checkout, it does accept the address, however the payment says failed, even though money leaves my account and the order is placed. For whatever reason Apple Pay thinks it’s failed.
I think it’s something going wrong in the Apple Pay API.

ADD DD+ TOPS/DRESSES ASAP PLS 😭
Ok I loveeee hollister i always buy from here but they desperately need to add DD+ clothing. I DO NOT MEAN PLUS SIZE. Bc I know they go up to an XXL and now with the options of petite/short, regular, & tall it’s really made such an improvement as I can now find the right length for myself. Now I am an XS normally in clothing and I’m only 5’2 so the options are really good as I can now get clothing that fits me better but YOU NEED BIGGER CHEST SIZES 😭 I’m so sick of not being able to wear nice tops or dresses because it’s made for flat chested people 🥲 please just help me out here and add DD+ as well!

Best brand yet!
This is my favourite clothing Brand. They always have the best quality clothes, wether winter, spring or summer. However winter collection of knitted sweaters, joggers and coats are by far my favourite. I trust no other brand but Hollister to keep me warm and or comfortable while looking amazing.
Also being a curvy girl, their jeans are the only jeans I ever wear!!

Keeps Crashing
I’m having problems with the app just crashing and bringing me back to my Home Screen. Luckily doesn’t clear my basket but if I’m in the middle of actually buying something then I have to start again and if I’m scrolling through stuff I have to start from the beginning again which is annoying. Didn’t used to do this and I have updated my app a few times but still does the same thing.

Decent enough but no reviews
The app is pretty similar to the hollister website and is pretty easy to find your way around (certainly easier than other apps - in looking at you Zara!)
However one thing that is odd is that the app doesn’t include product reviews. There are loads on the website but they don’t carry onto the app, so you can’t tell if, for example, an item comes up a little big/small or, as I had with two t shirts, loses all its colour in the first wash. There were lots of online reviews on the website with people saying they’d had the same problems but the app doesn’t have them. I can’t understand why.

Slow and unreliable
Slow app, hard to be confident whether or not an order has been processed because the confirmation email takes forever if it comes at all. Regularly takes several attempts to pay, and often ends up going to an old address because the app had saved over 40 repeated addresses and would not allow me to update it when placing an order. Love Hollister but this app is terrible and so is the website.

Life affirming
I have just purchased some jeans. They are amazing, truly amazing. I wish I could find the words to describe what they have done for me. I used to get stared at walking down the street in my thong, not any more. These jeans have changed my life. I can now walk anonymously amongst the other humans. I would highly recommend.
Also, the soft inner seams cause zero chafing of my exposed undercarriage.

Really good!
The only problems with the app I think are loading and leaving reviews. Apart from that, there are so many rewards and deals you can get from becoming a member, all products are pretty reasonably priced, and there is a wide variety of clothes to buy, so it’s great!

Actual content great but the app
I’ve only had this problem recently where whenever I go on the app it mentions a wipeout but it’s been going on for about 3 weeks now. It’s frustrating because I cannot access the app at all.
This has only been happening recently so I’m not sure what has been broken but I urge the developers to fix it asap because or else they're going to lose customers rapidly.
Apart from this issue that I’m sure will be resolve soon, I love the clothes on here; very comfy and all true to size. I’ve bought stuff for myself and my relatives and we all seem pretty satisfied with our purchases. Especially, my mum liked the Gilly hicks joggers who said they were very comfy so may get some myself

Inconsistencies
The app has a few major flaws with it, for example I’m using it today and can’t find any filter or option for male clothing, yet I could last week.
When returning a parcel, the link directs you to a random royal mail website, however the return label UPS.
I had to return a pair of jeans, which when I followed the instructions given to me by hollister meant a wasted journey to the post office, as they don’t accept ups parcels.
I also didn’t get a refund for my return and had to call them, the operator said “they had missed it” whatever that means.
Clothes are good and excellent value, the app could be improved.

The app is pretty good but Apple Pay integration is broken, it complains the county field is incorrect, I’ve tried all the variations of my county North Somerset, Somerset, even the classic Avon (hasn’t existed for 30 years), also tried leaving it blank but won’t let me proceed as the Shipping Address is invalid, had to dig my card out my physical wallet!

When ordering from hollister I am never disappointed, all of their clothes are such great quality.
The app makes shopping at hollister so easy and accessible (especially since we have been in lockdown).
I have read the other ratings who had said that the app is a bit buggy and they had to sign in multiple times. But for me this has never happened.
I would definitely recommend hollister to a friend and especially the club Cali app. I think that it is amazing that you can earn points to receive points, it also knows when your birthday is and provides you with a birthday gift.
Overall I believe that hollister club Cali is the an amazing app and I would definitely recommend.

The app is fine, if you’re a member of the Cali Club you’ll receive amazing discounts, the thing is sometimes it gets stuck when you’re at the checkout, that’s the only reason why I gave 4 stars otherwise would have given 5.

A bit buggy
I can’t add my Cali club card to my Apple wallet. When I click the button it doesn’t do anything so I tried pressing and holding but it just came up with ‘copy image’ so it doesn’t even seem to have a link attached to it. If someone could help me fix this I would really appreciate it. Also sometimes the sections just don’t load and you just get a blank screen. So that’s a bit annoying.
Also my order shipped weird: they sent me one item and only now am I getting the other 6 items I ordered. Obviously this is down to Hollister and not the app but I also haven’t gotten all of my points for my full 7 item purchase, only the one that got shipped separately. I’m hoping once my other items arrive they’ll add the points for those purchases too. I was just confused why they didn’t just send all my items together instead of sending one on it’s own and the rest later.

I always got discount as I am a member at Club Cali amazing idea to reward loyal customers. Great except...
Love the App except that sometimes I’ve had to sign in to PayPal twice before it will pay at the checkout and I thought I was paying double but I wasn’t; it only got debited once. Also, it’s annoying that- even using 4G and then staff trying my phone on the shop’s WiFi- there is NO signal in the Buchanan Galleries store so couldn’t get my order number up whilst doing click and collect! Apart from that, the major issue is that it is SOOO EASY TO SPEND MONEY!!!

Could not recommend this app and brand enough!!😁 The order process is brilliant can order it to my local store or order it to my home constantly updating my hollister app. I do miss the traditional hollister look. I still wear the traditional prep uniform cardigan it never disappoints and always get compliments on my outfits people are shocked that it is hollister. BUT I do prefer Abercrombie Jeans to hollister as they don’t all have the stretch which makes them more durable. But I love this brand and have grown up with it ❤️

I suggest to add reviews on the app though because it’s inconvenient when I find something I really like but unsure on the size I should get so I have to go off the app and search up the item on google to find that information, when it would be easier to access the reviews on the app.

Hollister is very good as they have very nice clothing but somethings can be quite dear but some people can afford it and others can’t but I can’t afford most things but it seem very good to the people who can afford stuff
The person that owns it I think only wants expensive minted people to wear there clothing not wee cheap peasants

Would definitely recommend - so useful!
I love this app it shows all the clothes so well and you can browse exclusive sales and well as get recommendations based on your saved items. It also has a music tab for while your shopping, little things like this make hollister the best!

This is honestly one of my favourite clothes apps out there. It is so easy to use and find what you are looking for. I also love it how you can listen to music whilst shopping making it even more fun:) I love how inclusive the brand is and how they don’t have unachievable standards for the their models☺️

Good app apart from one rather annoying problem
I love shopping using this app but one minor issue I’ve had that recently I have been unable to log in even though I am using the right details, like i can access it through a browser but when I use the exact same info on the app it says it’s wrong, if they can fix that it would be a five star it’s just really annoying that I’ve had to go between the app and the browser if I want to buy something

This app truly provides the most lovely shopping experience. I fell in love with the effortless way in which my online registration took place at the till. And the fact that I was able to complete the rest in my own time. Very unique and so quick ! I only just typed my own e mail at the till point, then received £10 bonus! I love the fact that bonus are collecting and my app shows me this ever time. And any other promotions are shown in the app. Just great really, it just tops the amazing stuff I can wear and be like - yeah this company really understands customer care ❤️ not just sells clothes. Ohh yes I also love the fact that I can listen to Cali radio whilst browsing omg 😮 this is amazing

I love the Hollister app because you can earn amazing gifts by gaining points. It also gives you notice when the sales are on and the new clothing in store. You can also access the shop on the app. I love this app for browsing at the new in clothes without travelling to the store!!!

I love the hollister app, it’s very convenient and easy to access. However, they could add ALL the clothes the models are wearing in the picture. This would be extremely helpful when trying to identify items that compliment each other and the ones in the picture usually do so.

I am absolutely in love with Hollister! At first I was always sceptical about it and then I went in and was extremely surprised! I loved how good the sales were, the quality of their clothes and their style is so amazing! I would 100% recommend shopping at Hollister but probably in the sale !

I love being a member of club Cali and all the exclusive benefits! The quality of the products are second to none and so comfortable and stylish! I am always complimented on my outfits which are predominantly hollister!! Sales are amazing and perfect for gifts as quality is always assured! 10 out of 10 hollister!! Xx

great app so far but some improvement
I would have rated this app 5 stars as it’s a great and easy app to use. the only problem is that whenever I go to see my wish-list the app just crashes, and this is very inconvenient if I want to see what I’m about to buy. other than that, this is a great app with really good features

Hollister app
I love shopping in hollister. I also love that you can view and order the clothes online which is great for me as I live over 60 miles to my nearest hollister, which is a pain. The clothes from there bring a fresh and modern style to the high street. The clothes are affordable, they also wash perfectly and last at their full potential for a very long time. I would recommend shopping here to anybody. Love it 😊

Online Shopping more convenient!!
Online shopping is really awesome and more convenient than going to the stores. As long as you know your size and fitting, there shouldn’t be a problem, though shipping sometimes is too costly and doesn’t give justice to the discount you get from the sale price, sad to say. With this, I’m giving it a 4 star.
