Pinball HD for iPhone - This game will change your idea of Pinball on the iPhone. Each table - Wild West, The Deep, and Jungle style - are masterpieces. You'll be stunned with the level of realism. This is a REAL Pinball simulator with stunning 3D graphics both with or without 3D glasses.
IMPORTANT
• Landscape mode - "full table" view
• Portrait mode - "flying-table" and "fixed" views
FEATURES
• 3 pinball tables with unique graphics, instructions, missions system, locations and characters
• Landscape mode shows a full table view.
• Portrait mode gives you a flying-table view with the camera panning and zooming over the action. Also you can pinch your fingers together or apart to toggle camera mode from flying to fixed view.
• A wonderful 3D engine that does true justice to the graphic capabilities of the iPhone and especially iPhone 4.
• Realistic physics.
• Built in help for each table. Tap the circled "I" at the bottom right of each table to get a display detailing instructions and descriptions of the features of each table. Make sure to swipe left and right when viewing since the instructions don't fit on one screen.
• Local and global high scores. Swiping right brings up a table of local high scores and further tapping brings up high scores from copies sold throughout
the world. At the end of each game you are prompted to enter your name and have your score included.
• Unique soundtrack with atmospheric music, sound effects and voices.
• Camera tilt brings dimensionality to the games offering a simulated 3D effect where the image changes depending upon how you tilt the iPhone. Camera tilt only works in landscape mode.
• Stereoscopic imaging option (requires anaglyph eyeglasses). You can choose between red-cyan, green-magenta or yellow-blue lenses.
Controls in game:
• Tap ANYWHERE on the left side of screen to control the left flipper and ANYWHERE on the right side to control the right flipper.
• Shake your iPhone to realistically nudge the pinball table, but not too much or you'll tilt.
• Tap on the "electronic caption" at the top of the screen to pause or resume your game.

The BEST pinball game for iPhone.
I bought this game from the first version for iPhone 4 and it still doesn’t disappoint.
Graphics is smooth, accurate, the movement of the ball is simply amazing. 3D effects is excellent and the audio sounds adds to the effects of the game.
A very much recommended game. I just hope they keep updating the app for future iOS phones unlike other apps that just dies off whenever new iOS is released.

Having upgraded my iPhone I’m well hacked off after paying for additional tables that this App on iOS 11.0.2 won’t connect to iTunes Store so I can restore purchases. No response to support for advice. Ripped off!

After downloading game thinking it would be a good pinball game. I was hit with Ad after Ad after Ad.
I understand the developers need to make money, but seriously a 30 second advert after every single lost ball is taking the piss. Deleted app after one go and to ask for £15 for a 5 year old app is crazy

Jungle Table Good the rest are full of ads
Jungle table is ad free and pretty good but all other tables are full of ads to the point of annoyance eg an ad after every list ball and you can't cancel the ad for anything up to 40secs. Of course, all you need to do is purchase the table of top of the initial purchase of the app.

V.good game-but too costly
When I searched for a pinball app on the app store, this game looked like and still is the best one on the market. It is an extremely good game with excellent graphics and has very inventive and crazy tables to play on as well as being insanely addictive!! However, I find that the fact that you only get 3 pinball tables for the price of 1.49 is a con. If you like pinball, and like playing on a variety of tables then I would personally recommend not to get this app as you get hardly anything for your money and then in order to play on more tables, you need to pay a further 1.49 for 3 or 69p for 1.
Overall, good game but if you want a variety of tables other than 3, then this is definitely not the app you are looking for.

Nice to see this game use the full screen of the iPhone 5.
It would be nice to see the standalone tables get the same update, for example AC/DC and Slayer.
I had already purchased these tables as standalone apps before purchasing this app. Or it would be nice if we could transfer these standalone tables into this app.
Great pinball game, my favourite on iOS, I've been playing these Gameprom tables ever since The Deep first came out. I've purchased both the iPhone and iPad version of this app, and bought all the tables again on both versions.
Highly recommended if you like digital pinball, there is no better on any platform. I really hope Slayer and AC/DC also get to benefit from the iPhone 5 full screen update.

Brilliant game - great tables, good performance and new content added, although you do have to purchase it. Ball physics seem pretty spot on, too!
Some of the new tables are a little pricey (£2 for one table), but the Da Vinci one at 70p is a bargain.

Great game!!!
I bought the new Slayer & Da Vinci tables and had to reinstall the app due to it crashing constantly mid match or most annoyingly after I had racked up a massive high score.
When launching the reinstalled app, the new tables I bought are now asking me to purchase them again, thankfully, tapping BUY allowed me to re-download without being charged again.
I have experienced no more crashes since reinstalling so this game gets its 5 stars again from me!

Really addictive and well worth the money but needs a few more boards (maybe make the ones you need to pay for, free) and could have a system where you get points for higher scores which you can then spend on customising the ball or even power ups. There could also be a few achievements?

I have tried all the Pinball HD as well as the War Pinball HD and i rate Da Vinci the best of all: balanced, allowing ball control with the way the flippers are set up and overall ball speed well balanced.

Have bought the Da Vinci table. Kept crashing, so re-installed it. Now they want me to pay for it again. Please sort this out !

After checking out many pinball games and reviews I bit the bullet and got this. I wanted the slayer table but was unsure whether to buy the separate app or get the in game one. I'm pretty sure there is no difference so it made sense to get the in game app as it was the same price, plus it annoyed me seeing the demo only icon. The controls are top notch and at first I didn't like the camera following the ball but now it makes perfect sense. If you still want a full view of the table, just tilt your iPhone/iPod landscape and voila! Just a note there are 3 of the tables that are free to get on the apple app Market. I initially thought to save 0.69p thinking they messed up but after watching a few reviews the game looks similar but the paid game looks much better graphically- maybe retina and non retina, and has the landscape camera option. The ipod music option does not work and the other slayer guitar sound does not work, to which i have reported. However im sure they will sort this so 4 stars! Was so impressed I bought the war pinball game too.

There is a review that I read that said a major flaw with this app was the flippers are too long. I wouldn't agree in saying it's a major flaw, but for me it's what stops this incredible app from five stars. I like the voices in the sea level as well, if the developer added different voices to suit each table that would be fantastic. It is a seriously polished app and by far the best pinball your going to get on the iPhone, it's very addictive. I'm hoping the developer considers putting the voices in on all tables and maybe doing a fix on the flippers. They're too long and should be a bit shorter to increase the challenge and get the simulation just right! Fantastic app all in all though, it will surely be staying on my iPhone

Close but no cigar...
Such a shame to see an app this polished let down by one simple but major flaw. No real pinball table in all of history has flippers this long, and that flip to such an extreme angle as the ones in all ooo's tables do. This totally destroys the key pinball skill of transferring a fast moving ball from one flipper to the other by holding it down and jumping the ball. Not possible with such extreme flippers. I'd love to see a fix, but they seem sold on this mistake. I'll keep waiting for a true pinball sim.

Ok but needs improvement
Game looks great visually on ip4 but plays only fairly well.
Would be nice to have more tables (excluding slayer which you have to pay for anyway) and to be honest the tables supplied aren't that great anyway.
Also it would be better if it had actual achievements in game centre rather than just logging your score, seems kind of pointless to be gc enabled for just score.
Ok game overall but pinball ride is much better playability wise, it just costs alot more :(

Great pinball
This is the best pinball on the iPhone, it looks great on the iPhone 4, the physics are great and the tables well designed. The fact they are releasing more tables for in-app purchase will keep this game fresh.
Flipper strength can be controlled by by tapping the screen quickly for a light hit, or longer for more power - nice touch. There is also instructions for each table, which you don't often see with pinballs.
It supports verticle or horizontal gameplay, which helps see all the tables' features.

Although this is a great game, I have to agree with other reviewers saying that the new table (4th one) in this update is expensive at £1.79 considering a lot of people including myself have already purchased this game with 3 tables for a lot less before this update. Wasn't worth the update IMO

For £0.59 this game is amazing value for money! The graphics on all 3 tables are brilliant on the retina display and everything is responsive and works perfectly. This game is a must have and easily beats every other pinball game out there.

The best pinball app out there
On sale at the time of writing, for those of you who love pinball, this is the best value best pinball game available...by a whisker. The other noteworthy rival is monster pinball.
In this game the 3d appearance has a real advantage and it all looks fantastic on my iPhone 4. You can tell that the writers have gone to great care, with plenty of hidden extras and features for each of the three tables to keep you going. The sampled sounds are refreshing and authentically replicate real pinball machines.
The best aspect for me is switching to ball tracking view rather than fixed view. Here the view follows the ball more closely as it whizzes and bounces around. In this view the flippers aren't always visible, but it actually doesn't matter and provides an extra challenge.
Just beware that if you buy the in app Slayer pinball table, it's not retina display. Although still great fun you will notice a drop in resolution. However it does remain 3d.
To secure the crown of best pinball app I would suggest adding a table with multiple tables joined together like monster pinball only in 3d.
Keep the new tables coming please!

Ok, but not great.
Fairly solid pinball game, but a few things spoil it. The vertical view is pretty but rather unusable, it's zoomed in so far that it's tricky tracking the ball in relation to the flippers. The horizontal view is better in use, but you lose alot of detail. Another problem is the flippers are too long, doesn't sound much but makes stopping a ball too easy, and flipper transfers too tricky.
Was only 59p, and you get 3 tables, so I guess I can't complain too much, but doesn't feel like proper pinball.

The graphics are among the best I've saw for an iPhone app, and they are even better on the retina display! Gameplay is awesome too, I love how the camera changes and follows the ball in that 3D way. This is well worth the buy!

Pinball HD - Best 3D game Iv ever seen.
Pinball HD on iphone 4 - If you go into your general settings, from your home screen, scroll down you will find options for Pinball HD, where you can enable Stereoscopic View, red-blue 3D glasses required.
It is the best 3D stereoscopic game iv ever seen, super HD graphics, proper 3D anaglyph, no ghosting, swinging camera angles the lot.
If you've got an iphone 4 and your into 3D, youve got to have it :)

Looks amazing - great game. Shame you cant listen to your own music, 3d doesnt work very well with anaglyph glasses and annoying you have to flick phone to nudge table.. cant do that on train and is hard to not drop your precious phone!!

Fun but needs more tables
Great fun and really polished. Works perfectly on my iPhone 4.
However it lacks the lasting factor and depth of some other titles which are just £0.59. Knock the price down and I think it will sell better.

Great graphics, easy to pick up and play. Responsive flippers. My only niggle is that the map of each table (shows missions) is an old skool annotated picture with lots of arrows and text boxes -could be improved to make it less cluttered and more

Great Game
Very, very good. Probably the best pinball app on the store. I love the way they've updated the graphics of all the tables!
Btw, to the guy a few reviews down, it does work on the 3rd Gen iPod Touch, but you will have the 8gb model, which has the same processor as the 2nd Gens, meaning it isn't powerful enough to run this game... You could probably ask for a refund by emailing Apple?

Tilting, stereoscopic imaging and the pinching to change view doesn't seem to work. Or at least they don't seem to be.
Don't get me wrong, game play and graphics are fantastic. They need to create a better menu system as well as it's not very detailed.

BEST Pinball game !!!
This Pinball game is awesome on the iPhone 4 with the excellent HD graphics and realistic game play,
2 view modes and good features on all 3 tables, not bad value at all when you think its just 40p a table !!!
