App navigation issues
Every time I open a restaurant page to view menu or availability, the back arrow disappears and I am unable to navigate away from the menu page. Have to close the app and start again every time. Very annoying

My brother put in his real age and it didn’t work
When you go to Disney you use this for tickets and so you would put in your actual age so it’ll match your ticket but when you do put in your actual age it says not eligible to make an account.

This app has definitely changed and I went to Disney and was able to successfully link my tickets and create an account! The app was great but I hope it works in the park and I love the feature when you can choose what u want to see on the app ( phone charging points,shopping toilets characters etc etc.) They should make the app easier though because my twelve year old daughter couldnt sign in but the app is 4+ and she is twelve and she deleted the app afterwards

Horrible customer experience
How do people like Disney? You in a Disney universe where they can’t manage to correctly save your payment method in their app, so you have to do it over and over again between buying fast passes and restaurants. For one order at a restaurant you’ll need to enter your address detail and receive between 3 and 4 emails. Unbelievable. And then the quality of thing is just poor, in the shops or the rides.

Don’t use for wait times
The app is great for hotel booking admin, maps, show times etc. However, the wait times for the rides are utterly inaccurate - often double what is claimed. Whilst this is probably not an issue with the app itself, it does make planning a day at Disney Land Paris somewhat challenging.

Does not work properly!!
If you want to check ride times and things it works great but it will not let me book through the app even though I arrive in a week. Speaking to Disneyland Paris directly they are saying it’s my issue as I booked through WDTC not them even though they directed me to WDTC as they cannot do travel. Please make it so your app works properly.

Not the best if it’s your first time!
It was our first time in Disneyland Paris so we decided to use this app. When we got there , we had to do the usual QR code to get out of the Disneyland village to Disneyland but as we got to it the app had started being really slow and the directions to all the rides were laggy and hard to follow . It was definitely easier not using the app for directions!

Pain to login
When logging in to the app it never works first time. I always have to force close the app and then open it again then it still takes a few minutes to get to the login screen. It also never stays logged in (not like the disneyworld app).
Once logged on the app is great but it’s such a pain to get there in the first place!

Dreadful app!
This app is so glitchy it’s unreal! Constant spinning Mickey. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Logs you out constantly and you have to retype everything. Booked our upcoming trip and all the details still not showing on app, unable to book a lot of the functions until a week before - reserved areas for shows and parades. Probably the worst park app I’ve ever encountered sort it out please as so many customers are complaining according to our travel provider

Awful clunky slow unintuitive
What are the developers playing at!? The API calls are horrendously long especially the login one and some (character experience ones) don’t even work.
The structure and layout of the app is horrendous. The fact I’m now using the web site to manage my booking and trip says it all. Given the scale of the organisation I’m astonished they can put out an app this bad.

Fix the sign-in infinite loop bug
The app has decent features. The map is very useful, and there are helpful descriptions of all the rides, shows and entertainment. It does have a major issue, though. Booking restaurants, accessing your tickets and making other plans are all hampered by the painful login process. The app asks you to sign in to do any of these things, but once signed in returns you to a “please sign in” page. These infinite login loops happened almost every time I used the app for booking things. Closing the app and restarting sometimes worked, but often did not; only a whole iPhone restart worked when this didn’t. It is pretty annoying spending so much time trying to make this work when looking after young kids. Since this is the only way to organise certain things (reservations etc) at Disneyland Paris, this is a must-fix bug!

This app was pointless before and during the trip to Disneyland. It was so difficult to sign in and I was constantly being prompted to do so. The wifi in Disneyland was dreadful and combined with the plodding nature of the app, queue times were impossible to get. Really pleased that I've been able to delete this from my phone now!

Ok so we recently used this app during our visit to DLP.
The map is ok however your location does not move round as you walk like google maps therefor you need to actually shut the app down and reopen if you are using it to check your progress towards an attraction.
The other issue is that once you have input your log in details and clicked confirm - it just reloads and doesn’t actually log in - making it impossible to book extras or look at your booking info.
I’d like to check prices for next year and the app doesn’t even let you scroll down when looking at calendar/prices

Useful app but annoying bug
This app is quite vital for your full enjoyment of the Disneyland parks, but for the life of me, I can’t understand why it asks you to sign in multiple times, over and over again! Very irritating.

Bugs in the app, couldn’t login correctly with my shared Disney account. Can’t pay on credit card (constantly rejected) had to use PayPal. Can’t use ApplePay (for a company this size for an iOS app…. probably just to save the fees) Most annoying is booking additional options through the app such as show tickets, going all the way until after payment AND THEN being told you must print off the ticket. You cannot add it to the app.

Not fit for purpose!
I cannot believe that a huge company like this refuses to give me a paper map even when I showed them that the app wasn’t working properly on my phone. I then spent 12 hours with this useless app, it kept signing me out so had to continuously wait for it to load again,GPS jumping all over the place inaccurately, you can’t rotate to get your bearings, kept throwing up error messages and just spoilt the whole day as it was so frustratingly poor. If Disney want to disperse of signage and paper maps… make something that can actually replace them!

Can’t log in!
This app WAS ok, but for the last two weeks I have been unable to log in. It just throws me back out to the log in page.
I go to DLP this weekend and am worried that it will be ruined as I will have no way of managing all my bookings, or knowing queue times, etc.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE somebody look into why the app is throwing customers out (I can see that other people are having the exact same problem as me).

Not as helpful as expected
The user experience is poor. In the hindsight I should have used a traditional map. The navigation don’t work well if the buildings are close to each other so for someone who is visiting for the first time it is impossible to know.
I tried to use it for restaurants but it was not very informative. The food at Disneyland is not great so I was trying to find something healthier. The app would not help.
It is handy to book a table.
Maybe it would help to read some more about how this app works but one probably should not expect a instantaneous help.

Map hard to navigate
The map is tricky to navigate when walking around the park. Keeps jumping location and the ride details get in the way when they load up. Also queue times not always accurate to some ride causing us some frustration. Would better if you could download an offline map so you don’t have to keep using the app.

Useful but Flawed
This app was incredibly helpful during my family’s stay it allows you to see wait times and located rides near to you however there are somethings I would add as me and my family purchased premier access we would have liked to know how long the wait was for that as well I would prefer if the app would give notifications on starred rides when they are closing or have a low wait time. This is not the big issue the issue I faced was the extreme amount of crashes this caused, sometimes when I opened the app after leaving and re-entering it would become completely unresponsive leading to me having to full reload the app. However there were some truly annoying issues with one being that it crashed my entire phone. I wanted to take a picture and accidentally opened the app and that straight up crashed my phone. If this app can overcome its bugs this would be a truly exceptional app however till then I say download it but beware of these issues.

Great app, when it works
Pros - easy to navigate, use map and book restaurants. Links well with hotel bookings. Cons - it logs you out regularly and won’t let you log back in, just stays on the loading symbol until you delete and re-download. It also could do with a list of all the ride wait times like third party apps have.

Stop asking for login details every time
The app is useful for viewing the park maps. But if you want to view your bookings or book tables the app asks for a login every time even if you last entered it an hour ago. This is completely unnecessary and needs to stop. It becomes a pain to use.

had potential
i’m giving 2 stars because the wait times were generally accurate and we were successful in booking a restaurant slot without issue, but the map itself, the only reason we really downloaded the app, was really horrendous. it shows us accurately where we are but when we wanted directions to an attraction it would start swapping routes for no reason, telling us we’ve gone the wrong way, teleporting the little symbol that represents us to a completely different area meaning we didn’t know where we actually were, and sometimes even just terminating the directions in the middle of us walking there and not giving any option to have them again. given that the actual disney parks have really limited direction signs the map was our one thing to rely on to help us get around (we are not disneyland connoisseurs) and it made it a lot more difficult for us although there was never any huge misstep as thankfully all closed rides appear as closed on the app. it was mainly the directions that was an issue. please fix this, seems like it’s been this way for years now

All great but I can’t sign in.
I have tried updating, closing the app and opening it again but it hardly ever works. The few times I’m successful the login doesn’t last for very long before it logs me out again. I get a blank screen on the sign in page. I can’t see my bookings or make any new ones.

Could be better!!
The app is great and easy to use BUT after booking some restaurant reservations on the app for our visit , it doesn’t give you the UK drop down option for adding my UK mobile number to my booking? Only USA?
Also booking a table for lunch and then dinner is a nightmare…. Their lunch & dinner times are really annoying for example I couldn’t book pirates of the Caribbean at 12:00 noon and Chef de Remi at 5:45pm (dinner time for my little ones!!) I couldn’t book them both only 1 or the other as they both come under the LUNCH times at Disney and unfortunately ‘dinner’ reservations have all been booked up!
Great app but if a restaurant is open all day drop the LUNCH/DINNER bit so more than one table service restaurant can be booked within 6 hours!

Could be better
The app has been a great tool to have when we went to DLP in 2021. We’re booked to go again at the end of this month and have been trying to book Restaurants but the dates from 29th -31st of August is not showing up which is unfortunate as we’re still there on those dates. Hope it gets fixed soon.

Missing information depending on phone language
The app is great for seeing what is currently happening in the parks however I've noticed that the complete times of shows and parades don't show up if my phone is set to English, but they do if it's set to French. This makes planning your day quite difficult especially since the programme isn't available online anymore! I really hope they fix this :/

Booking calendar broken
As mentioned elsewhere, the app does not currently allow you to look more than a month ahead for table reservations if you have linked a booking. Seems to have happened since the most recent update. Advice was to remove booking and start again - but there’s no option to do this. The info within the app is useful but the functionality is somewhat poor - but there’s no choice but to use this app for the full DLP experience.

Won’t allow me to view full calendar in restaurant bookings and lettering is overlapping as if page not fit for screen. Viewing on iPhone so not sure why. Many pages like this, won’t allow me to completely scroll down to the bottom. Quite frustrating. Otherwise would be a great tool.

Try harder Disney…
The amount of error messages this app throws up is amazing. I was unable to book dining because for weeks I just got “oops try again” messages. By sheer luck I managed to get it working, booked the two restaurants that were left (the ones I wanted had long been booked up) and the other two days will have to be pot luck as the error messages started again. I am now 3 days before my trip, the app very cheerfully tells me I can now check in! Except…more error messages.
In theory this app is great, it should give you the capability to manage your dining bookings and check ins without having to sit on the phone for hours at premium rates. However, it’s so glitchy and hit and miss that it feels almost like a beta version that’s gone out without robust testing. Disney is one of the biggest corporations in the world so I’m left feeling like they could do better with this.
2 stars because I guess I did manage to book dining in the end and being able to view the ride wait times is useful. But that’s it. Even then it feels like a generous rating.

Really I didn’t use it in the park but I did use it in the hotel to see what rides I can go on the next day. Even after my trip I keep the app so I can be reminded of the best themed park ever! It told us what rides were closed for the day. Overall Brilliant app and definitely the best themed Themepark I’ve ever been to!!

Great app, but...
This app is great, but the latest update is a bit odd.. it says we can add our annual pass details to the App but it won’t let me.. there’s no option to do this. When you click that part of your profile, it takes you to the part to purchase new tickets instead. A bit of a mess

No good for newer iPhones
I used this app 2 years ago during our trip and it was great. We are going again in a few weeks and thought I’d be organized, I can download the app but it will not open. I currently have a iPhone 11 when I contacted the help email they said they have been having difficulty with the app but looking at the feedback this has been going on for nearly a year. I found my old iPhone se and the downloaded and worked with no problems. So it seems the problem is just with newer iPhones. Disney are not usually so behind with technology so come on and sort it out PLEASE.

Great Map
The map it self is very good and helpful to find locations of rides. The wait times aren’t always correct.
It would be great if there was a function where you can tick off the ride you’ve been on or create a plan of which rides you would like to go on.
Otherwise the app does what it says.

The worst app I have ever downloaded
Honestly, this has to be the worst app I have ever had the displeasure of having on my phone. The maps don’t load, whether your using data or the park WiFi. Having been to Disney World Orlando and used their app, this pales in comparison and is truly letting down the Disney brand. The whole park system and how the app is used really needs to be reworked as it is tainting what should be a great experience.
I don’t write reviews but I had to for this....it was that bad.

How to avoid the queues
Use the magic pass and you could do the whole park in 2 days easy. Go in early and get on the major queue rides thus avoiding the mayhem on official opening time of 10am. Then before going to eat, Make sure you use your free pass so once you finished eating you can get back on to a ride. During your wait for rides I’d recommend visting the shops. It’s impossible to browse the shops after 6 as they are so busy. Enjoy.

Too many closed attractions for one day!
So many closed attractions for 1 day... the main ones; Indiana Jones, the pirates of the Caribbean (which closed at 11 am this morning and only reopened at 5.30 pm), space mountains (also closed for a a few hours and the haunted house (when it s Halloween s week) so more queues than usual as not many attractions left to queue up for! The expensive entrance ticket deserves to get a discount for this “special” day to compensate with the €11 hotdog!! Fast pass please be aware; you need to run first thing in the morning to take advantage of this option as only a few numbers are allocated! So if you did not know... you will have to suffer from log queuing....

Not what it should be
Say Disney to anyone and instantly it brings to mind magic across the ages and that what 6 adults with 3 very excited 3yr olds were expecting, Unfortunately not for Disneyland Paris !
Yes the set up is there but the staff are more suited to grumpyland then here.
Rude, ignorant and couldn’t careless attitude of 95% of them takes any magic away.
The main cast characters played their parts to a tee and no issue there, but ground staff must have been there to fill the numbers. We were shouted at, had our questions ignored, sent on wild goose chases and was treated as a hindrance
On top of this that some Buffoon in management thought it was wise to put on a fun run event over the weekend putting paying guests in second place over cooperate cash is a joke.
Visitors were expected to be herded like cattle with no explanation or reasoning in French let alone any other language while fools ran around the park
Very poor experience and one we will not be looking at taking again

Best to use Google Maps to navigate around!
Great app, but difficult to understand the location of places versus your own location. We ended up using Google Maps when we couldn’t find what we were looking for.
It would also benefit from a speedier internet speed, wether using WiFi or Cellular data

Absolutely no point in a ‘live’ app that isn’t live
On entering the park, all seemed well, despite the fact that the timings given on the app did not accurately reflect those given on the ride. However, a minor issue and something that can be ignored. What cannot be ignored is, when spending just one day in Disney, and therefore wanting to maximise your time, a ‘live’ app stops updating a couple of hours into your day. Absolutely redundant for the majority of our time in the park.

Doesn’t work intuitively
The app isn’t as up to par as you’d think it would be for Disney. The ride wait times are rarely updated, it takes ages to load, and it’s very hard to actually hone in on what you want to do and get details for it. For example, when trying to book a character meet and greet, it tells you the times but to verify the actual times in the program, but the program tells you to check the app.

Seriously lacking in functions
The app probably works as intended but it is seriously lacking in functionality. Want to make a reservation? You’re guided to call a number. Maps are lacking interactivity. Show times are inaccurate or not included. There’s no way to personalise with preferences or an itinerary builder etc. Fundamentally though there’s no point improving the app unless the actual service and customer experience focus is addressed as it is utterly atrocious. The app won’t solve this.

Inadequate compared to others
I was a little disappointed with this apps features in comparison to the Disney world (Florida) app or in fact the Disneyland app available for US and Japan residents. On those other apps you can access photo pass, fast pass and book tables at restaurants which could be really useful for me travelling as a single parent with a young toddler. The more organising that can be done the better. I am impressed with the wait times displayed and the details of the map I just hope some updates will be added before we travel in Feb to bring this app in line with the others. It seems odd to me that all the apps are not made equal???

Great app, but a bit slow
It's great at showing you the waiting times, but the map takes a while to refresh and it's hard to see where you are. Would benefit on telling you how far it is to each ride, so if it's worth walking to ride with less of a wait.

Very helpful!!!!!
This app will help my family and I to locate things easily without walking round for ages. We are going in Augusta and this has links to phones we should ring to make reservations , waiting times for attractions and toilets , hotels , restaurants etc- definitely recommend and it would be helpful to purchase this FREE app before your travels I already know what time we will eat , when shows and performances are on on and when we should go to places. On notes I'd recommend writing down the dates you are going and the places you want to eat use this app to locate where the restaurants are then plan when you will go to the park or studios - hope this was helpful , it's worth dedicating 30 minutes or less of your time to make your experience the best it can be!

Snow dates
Love Disney and always will. Also am fully aware that the weather is uncontrollable . Just a shame there’s nothing to do when all the rides close and the characters shows get cancelled . Would always give 5 stars but due to weather we spent most of the trip in hotels and shops warming and trying to find things to do :( will be back soon though hopefully in slightly better weather

Brilliant. But add Countdown!
This app is fantastic. However the only thing extra that it needs is a ‘countdown to Disney’ slide or something that you can see when you slide the top of your phone down from the top. There’s some apps on the App Store with countdowns but it would be nice if Disney could add it to There’s!

Suggestion
Lovely app for planning but can we have an option to favourite certain rides instead of scrolling through the map or list to find out waiting times? This would help decision making in the parks if you could see your faves all together.

No park WiFi and very slow
This app depends on a good signal as there is no park WiFi like you have in Florida. The signal is bad in places at the park which makes the app useless. Also it’s slow to update wait times and the overall functionality is poor. For example it offers a button to make table reservations but then just give you a number a call... we expected much more from Disney...

Okay but lacks features of its US Cousin
The app is fine, gives you a good map and queue times which help a lot, but other features are half hearted, if I want to book a table, call them up. If I want to buy ticket, go to the website... surely this should be in the app?
You can’t login (there is no accounts in the app) so no access to get fast pass deals, no photopass integration which is a great feature of the US app where all the images appear in the app as they are taken around the park.
So someway to go, but right now it’s not a companion app, just a convenient map of the parks and facilities

Good app - but improvements could be made
I really like this app and will be great to use around Disney as I'm going in a week (no improvements there for location services) but it could have an option to plan your trip with times and dates, like a little calendar where you can choose what you would like to take part in at eurodisney. Please put this into consideration.

Excellent resource
We used this app regularly during our stay. It was great to be able to have all the information at hand. The most useful was the ride queue times as we could just go to the rides when we could see the queue times were shortest. They changed a lot throughout the day.

A must have!!
This app is a must have if your visiting Disneyland Paris. It will keep you up to date with all the ride times, ride closures, opening times etc. The app will also use your gps once in the park so you can find your way around. Great app.
