Pretty good
I used to play this game when I was younger and recently came back to it. I have a couple of issues with the game as it is now…
The first is that The issue that is the most annoying thing (whilst trying to ignore all the in app purchases that would cost me my entire wage to afford each month) is something that would hopefully be an easy fix… the move tool only allows you to move things that you’ve clicked on from the bottom, but will place things in the very bottom tile of the screen. As the bottom half of said tile is cut off, once something’s moved there it’s impossible to move away! I have things that give me xp multiple times a day that I can’t click on because I can’t access the bottom of the item, or access it to move it! SO ANNOYING!!!
The other, main issue with the game is that I have a few different things that need resources to upgrade to look the way they’re supposed to but the amount of resources is ridiculous! Especially as there’s usually more than one at a time that you need to collect for… it’s also difficult to expand the planet swoof as everything’s so expensive and once you’ve unlocked the other areas too all the money/resources etc becomes too much to collect. A seriously unreasonable amount of money/resources in my opinion.
I somewhat understand the in-app purchases for special huts etc, although the prices for these are EXTORTIONATE, but the resources don’t do anything to aide the financial side of the app, and at this rate I’ll be giving up with finding the resources and stopping playing! The bottom tile being inaccessible but still allowing things to be placed there is honestly such a quick fix that i would love to be sorted asap please.

Sound effects issue
Recently, when playing the game, I sometimes noticed that the sound effects disappear, maybe when I go out the game and come back in or after I’ve done something like watching an ad. The game is no fun without the sound effects, so can you fix it please. I have re-downloaded the game and started again. However, I have noticed, since playing for awhile before I deleted it and re-downloaded it, that after you get to a certain point, you can’t just buy houses with coins or Smurf berries and you actually have to pay real money for them. I think that’s quite ridiculous so that is something I would like you to improve as well.

Used to love it but now can’t access it!
Used to love this game. I was really high up in the levels and had loads of extras, some which I’d earned from other games which transferred (and no longer exist) and other which I had spent my own hard earned money on. I haven’t played for a while and when I went to log in, it started me at level 1 again. All my possible email accounts states mismatch so I cannot log in. I contacted help to find my account and received no help whatsoever and was just told to sent a screenshot of my village or my smurfs ID. If I knew any of this then I could easily log in myself! When I explained this, I was sent the same message again and told my account didn’t exist! I’m not happy as I have had this account for around 15 years! Absolute joke of a game!

I want to start playing, but can’t because I can’t get past the terms of use page at the beginning. I’ve contacted support about this months ago, so I know they’re aware of this issue, but it hasn’t been fixed.

Needs more space
It needs more space. Lots more space. Some levels haven’t expanded in years. Like Space. The bit with the animals through the portal looks like an over-full, tiny exercise yard.
And the special effects need to stop it raining constantly. You turn it off, it comes back on again seconds later.

Not worth playing. Was good but now too glitchy
Was having fun on this. Good little concept, but it glitches too often and erases progress. It’ll take away any purchases made but will not refund the money spent. Won’t open on IPhone 13
Game was amazing until I couldn’t play it anymore due to upgrading my phone, my old phone (IPhone 7+ can still play it) but my IPhone 13 won’t let me. I open the app and there is no text (apart from Policy and user agreement at the very top of the screen so I cannot touch them) and it won’t allow me to press the button to open the whole game.

I am with most people regarding this game! It takes too long to build wonders etc so much so that I just don’t bother although they would make my village etc more interesting! Reduce the time it takes and also the amount of resources and I think a lot of old players may come back! Also it has been a ridiculous time since the village itself got more space available!! I agree with other players that it is now becoming a Pay to Play game which in the current climate no one can afford ….

Fun nostalgic game, but
I used to play this game all the time as a kid. I redownloaded it to see what it was like now. The answer: full of in app purchases. You are constantly bombarded to buy things with special deals and limited offers, and a high amount of smurf huts are only available for real money or premium currency. It would be appreciated if there was an option within settings to stop in app purchases like some other games have, as i cant turn them off across all my apps. Adding a setting like turning off these purchases would help people like me, and those with kids who dont want them spending on the game. It used to feel like a game where you could genuinely progress, but now it feels almost pay to play like many other mobile games. Please add a setting option to disable in app purchase features so we can experience the game how it once was, without the bombardment to buy
As well as that, the smurfberry cinema is completely broken, the ads buffer but the bar progresses, meaning you sit there for 30 seconds and by the time the timer ends you cant leave the ad as the button doesn’t show up.

The amount of resources needed to build things is ridiculous and takes so long to get the required amount then you have to wait ages to get enough for the next stage seems to be a regular complaint but nothing seems to be done about it,of course you can always buy stuff to help but some of the prices are crazy

Great game but a few glitches
Have been playing this game for years now, but the massage in the bottle is not working, and hasn’t been for ages. You get through to quests then the whole thing Stops counting down so you end up with no prize I’ll stop I’ve also lost loads of berries building wonders. As I go from place to place then go back it has stopped building but my berries are all gone that I have used. It’s very frustrating.

I updated the game last night to the pirate update. Went to load the load up and it will not load. The smurf screen comes on for 1 second then goes off. Please sort this out as I’ve been playing this game for about 10 years and never had so many issues as I have over the last 4 months 3 updates and now 2 crashes. Very disappointed.

Great game but freezes often
I really enjoy playing the Smurfs. I originally played it about 8 years ago but decided to download it again and play. It’s been great and I have progressed really far without having to spend any real money. The only downside is the game freezes quite often or doesn’t reward you the smurfberries it should (often from the goals part). I’ve lost out on about 25sb overall from it. I will say tho, the ‘support desk’ is amazing and are really helpful. I’ve had to contact a few times due to missing sbs or even deleted objects, and they have always resolved the issue.

Not happy.....
I’ve been playing for quite a few years, have extended most areas, bought lots of huts etc but now....it’s all changed...too many recourses needed to complete wonders and far too many wonders to try and complete. Now can’t even watch video even when there is a golden ticket and no extra missions available. Won’t be playing anymore, it a ploy to get money out of me and others. Shame as it was great fun. But enough is enough.

Great long term game but has its issues
I’ve been playing this game for 7 years now and I’d say it’s a long term game. The begging is very difficult esp. if you don’t want to spend any money. It does get easier and I have enjoyed it and after a while you can do so many things and they update very often. The main downside for me is that the VIP items are too expensive for what they are and the materials for the wonders have increased and become ridiculous!! Haven’t had any tech issues thankfully but if the comments about losing progress and customer service not being helpful are true that would be absolutely unacceptable.

Such a treat and cute game
It’s pretty nice and the game won’t force you to pay or anything, if you run out of money you can always grow blueberries for free and earn money back. It’s such a pleasure watching those smurfs walking around and you’ll get different characters introduced gradually! There’s plenty for you to do in that game but I wouldn’t say that it is addictive because a lot of the times you have to wait for the mission to be complete. Anyway, a really good game !

I like this game very much but the only annoying thing is that there’s a limit for paths so when u hit the limit u have to star deleting your paths which is annoying especially if you want your village to be neat . Overall I love this game but don’t do the smurf riddle thing it takes forever

Used to be a lot better
The amount of wonders in the game is ridiculous. It asks for way too many stones, wood, dye and blue sacks etc to complete the wonders. I’ve been playing Smurfs village for years and I loved it. My husband started playing it about a year ago and was doing well until his game got corrupted. He lost a whole lot of things and support couldn’t fix it for him. It was nothing he did himself, it all started when 5000 berries appeared on his game overnight and it all went wrong from there. This game just seems to be about making money since it got taken over. What a shame ☹️

Too many glitches need ironing out
Lots of glitches on this game of late. Sometimes If you build the next stage of a wonder, or plant crops, when checking the next day the gardens are empty and wonder building stage has not happened - but the resources have gone. Recently 500 circus dollars spent and the item had vanished next time it loaded, or Camper Smurfs mountain game rewards disappear. The message in a bottle has ceased to end properly too.

I can’t even remember how long I have been playing this game but I love it! You don’t just get one location to decorate, you get FIVE! It’s so interesting to see the imagination and creativity of others as well. The new developers are really great and helped me with an issue recently and offered a free gift for my village. Great fun but quests take too long.
Have played on and off for a few years but have noticed the game has become more difficult to play because quests are completed in stages and require more resources to complete.
Most recent quests have left me with lots of half built items in my village.
Resources are expensive. I don’t mind buying smurfberries, and do so often, but I draw the line at overpriced resources.
Overall the game is great fun and I enjoy it but I’m not sure I’ll have time to continue once the pandemic is over.

I Played the game for about 6 years spent £490 total on the game loved it till I changed my phone had the game saved and after a year went to get the game back it went when the was a new update can not get the game back and also asked help from the provider of the game if I could not give them my I’d number for my game they could not help but if the game gets deleted you can not track your I’d number. Yes is a good game but do not spend real money on it

I have been playing this game for about eight years now. My routine is to play half an hour every morning while waking up. In the beginning I bought quite a few berries and special huts etc what gave me a life longVIP status. But recently I am getting irritated. The vip items are expensive in berries and no new items are coming out. The new layout makes my well earned stork useless and the offers you get are expensive. I do not mind spending a few quid here and there for a new crop or a hut. But these prices are ridiculous.

With recent update cannot always play until I have turned iPad off and log in again, swipe doesn’t always work. Move item button seems to be stuck on and cannot come off the move item button and will not let me do anything else so have to log off again, village does not seem same since graphics changed, it’s not as good as used to be , too many updates, should get things right before another update.

I love this game. Unfortunately they are having some technical problem with the new updates. The support team are very busy and took quite a long time to return my purchase , after I have to restore the game. All good now I'll continued to playing this game.

It was great until...
...I upgraded to newer version of iPhone relaunched the app only to find that there was no way of navigating around the village in game, the screen wasn’t responding to swipes, apparently uninstalling/reinstalling the app would mean you loose all of your progress. Others have had the same problems and been told by support from the new developers to wait for a bug fix, but no indication of when that will happen.

Great game absolutely love it but...
Me and my friend love this game and both play it loads but the only thing we think could make it even better would be to be able to chat to you friends on the menu and we both agree that would packet the game be rated 5 stars! Add a chat also the potions lab has a glitch it won’t let me make a potions 🧪 because of the section when I have to hold it it will not move!

All of my progress has gone
I have been a player of this for ages but I had to stop playing it since I was still in school and it was distracting me then I had my old save successfully saved on Facebook but unfortunately this so called “New developer” decided to change everything and I cannot access the old save because the app keep on restricting me
I am very disappointed with the new developer as he or she did not take the time to think about the old saves that people took precious time and money on
To be honest the “new developer” must have a IQ lower than a monkey to actually make a big mistake on this game

Cool game, but definitely a longer term one
The main downside is the amount of smurfy wonders you have to build and the crazy resources required for each stage. Taken me months to build a couple of them and my village is running out of space for all the unfinished wonders scattered everywhere. Also not being able to mass remove withered crops or bulk delete found items like shells is super annoying. Yet I still love this game enough to keep playing 😂

I had this game for a while but the deleted it as I was bored of all of the crop quests and having to send my smurfs into the forest for hours and hours. When I got the game back I found out a time cheat and even though it is cheating, for me it just gets past the slow areas of the game where you would just have to wait. I do recommend the game but it is good having a google for the time cheat to make time pass by a little faster😉

Love it... but not everybody’s cup of tea
I like it five stars just sometimes I felt myself scrolling over my village having nothing to do but I don’t care about it but maybe you do anyways just don’t do the crop riddle thingys they will ruin your life also want a smurfberry watch adds or level up but who would even level up why I suggest you become a veteran and not a 1 time player due to the time it takes but I don’t care again whatever you do using you real money isn’t a good idea unless your cup of tea is pay to win but without cash it’s still pretty accessible any way to get far it’s rushing with cash to buy smurf berries or like me spend time any way I realized I made a mistake to grow blue berries only just grow potatoes they are worth it as long as you can keep up with daily awards in other games then do it this is also the only smurf game I play expect epic run but it got pulled from the App Store so don’t search for it why the title say love it but I don’t think it’s everybody’s cup of tea I just think some people won’t like it but I do unless you play apps only once download it or unless you are a pay to win person but don’t spend money please

Smurfs village
Played this game forever, but so many times my smurf wonders disappear. I can't keep rebuilding as the resources take forever to collect. Also whenever I try to rearrange my village, and press the move icon I just get sent back to the home page, then I have to log in again. So give up at times

Lost my game - support are useless
I've been playing for years and took a break when my iPad broke. Returned to find my cloud backup didn't work and support offered is rubbish (they literally said we can't help, have a nice day). I guess they want me to buy everything again - I've deleted the app and would encourage everyone else to do the same. It's only a matter of time before you get burned by this company too!
Ironically EVERY other game that was installed on my iPad was restored from the cloud so that leaves this company as a customer service outlier. Avoid. 😡

All Is Lost - ARRRGGGGH!!!!
Been playing on & off 5 years. So has my family. Put save game progress into cloud a while ago to free up space on iPad, but still keep progress safe. Family did same as iCloud secure supposedly. While we were taking a break from Smurfs, this new developer took over game and made huge changes, which has corrupted ALL of our accounts. Gave no consideration to long term players taking a break and now All Is Lost!!!!!! All accounts progress wiped along with everything purchased sometimes with Real Money! Developers can not resolve, so combined we have lost a packet in real money!!!! BE WARNED game is corrupt! Do not let yourself get drawn into spending real money on an untrustworthy game.
Btw what happened to Smurf Life app? Why was it erased? Spent money on that as well. Won’t be playing with those little blue characters ever again. "Smurfs" is a dirty word in our household from now on 😡

ANAZING!!!!
Best game ever !! All other games on the App Store feel as if they are just money grabbing or like you have to spend real money in order to progress , but this Smurf’s game is so fun to play and makes me more inclined to pay real money sometimes because they give away free stuff all the time and it’s so addictive !!!

Disappointed...
I’m really disappointed to see that the rules of Traveller Smurf’s Caravan have changed. Previously you could watch unlimited ads and could win up to 4 smurfberries at a time. Now the videos are limited and you rarely get more that 1 smurfberry. I’ve been playing Smurfs’ Village for years and the Caravan used to be a great way to earn berries and buy resources without using real money. Now it just feels like a money grab, making sure the only realistic option for earning more than a few smurfberries at a time is to buy them.

Fun
Fun game to pass time! However since the update it’s been less enjoyable as it’s become harder to obtain smurfberries via watching videos. Can we please have the option back to watch more videos to obtain items from traveller smurf. Other than that it’s a great game

Glitch
1 star because I’ve been playing this game so far it’s been good but I don’t know if it’s a glitch or what it’s happened before, the mission from jokey smurf sometimes you have to do it multiple times! this mission is to collect 20 blackcurrents am sure I’ve collected more then 20 but that mission is still there & blackcurrants are not being counted, can you please fix this glitch as it’s wasting my gold coins trying to get more blackcurrants. Thanks

Great game
Great game to play, lots of things to do and a great way to pass the time. Its worth getting.
It would be better if there was some sort of storage/inventory that you could use to store items that you have won or purchased for if you for example wanted to re-arrange your village or put things in to save.
Also when your building things that have stages it can take a while due to not having enough resources to build them, you use a lot more than what you receive. Maybe not have as many stages for builds

Great game, shame about the ad content
I love this game and have had it for many years and my nieces and nephews also love it. This made me even more angry as some of the ads on the game are promoting gambling apps. This in itself is bad but then for these ads to depict superhero’s in them is just wrong. I hope the company look into this as I’m sure this is pushing against the line of what is acceptable regarding advertising for games children have access to!

Great game but I wish the island weather thing would sort itself out along with the bottle task?
Really enjoy this game , pleased some of the bugs are fixed. But I still disappointed that reporter smurf only short term. However have been playing the game for years and will continue to do so..

I am 64 and I have played this game since 2010 and it's been my constant companion even through my stroke recovery! Why don't you show the experience points increase instead of a flat percentile? That would add to the anticipation. Thanks for the consideration!

Not working!
Smurfs haven't been working properly for a few weeks now. Crops not working properly taking double if not treble the amount of time then withering immediately. A few other odd things going on too. We love this game but are fast losing patience and interest.

I love this game!
I recently started playing this game and I have hardly put it down. I may have used a few time cheats to speed things up a bit. I LOVE customising my village but, I just wish there were easier ways to get smurfberries or make the things that cost smurfberries be cheaper as huts like Smurfette's hut is 30 smurfberries and I wish they were something like 15 or 20, but I guess saving them is fun too, but there are just so many things in the catalogue I want to buy. Overall great game!
