Request for Refund - Limited Access and Costly Upgrades

Dear App support team,
I am requesting a refund for the posture screening app I purchased due to the limited access and expensive upgrades. It appears from the reviews that I am not alone in experiencing this issue.
While the app initially had good functions, I was disappointed to find that the access to its features was severely restricted. Despite the high cost of the app, many advanced features were only available through costly upgrades.
Considering the above concerns, I kindly request a refund and hope for a prompt processing. I believe that the limited access and costly upgrades were not adequately communicated during the purchase process.

Great app

Posture screen is a must have. Accurate results, user friendly and patients love it. I would also like to add that there customer service/support team is outstanding.

Disappointed...

I thought it was worth investing in this app because it included a host of extras that cheaper or free apps don’t. Then discovered it doesn’t include the exercise and body analysis modules I was RCA’s standard and that these are, in fact, separate modules/subscriptions. This means I actually bought an expensive posture recording/photo app!
What it does, it does well but it isn’t the full package...

Good app as point o view, but is eating your money :(

I'm disappoint to find after I downloaded this app with lots money for little bit time to use. Isn't full app for your lifetime. This app asking to buy credits to use the app. So don't buy it, if you don't want to spend money. Just prevent you. I wish full refund. Is not what I was expecting from the price I paid for. I don't need exercises, because I know. I just need it posture body line with the camera.

I like this app. I email posture screens to patients

I like this app as I can email posture screens to patients. It's inexpensive to buy further credits and patients can properly visualise their posture for the very first time.

Good app BUT....

In my job i deal with clients who have posture issues all day. This app works well and i was hoping to use it to help my clients understand more. I how ever was disappointed to find out once you have downloaded it you are not able to fully use the app and why's more insulting, after you have done 10 screenings then you have to pay again and again and again if you wish to do more screenings. This app is good but not good enough to warrant the costs involved. So in conclusion this is a good basic posture app that someone is trying to use as a cash cow and milking it for all they can. Which is a shame cos I was willing to pay the download fee but feel cheated. I'll just stick to plotting the basic posture lines on a picture myself.

Good app BUT...

This would have been a really good app but for the fact you pay £6.99 for the app thinking ok I can use this in my profession only to find out you only get 10 goes then you have to pay another £6.99 upwards for more assessment NOT HAPPY about this so only 2 stars and a waste of my time and money...really am unhappy f-ing in app purchases.

You can't beat this for the money!

I just completed a weekend of posture screenings at a health fair and this little app was a huge talking point! It's easy to use, inexpensive (screenings cost as little as 7p each!). Its a great way to get potential patients to start talking about their health and before they know it the screening is done and they're interested in booking an appointment. I just got over 30 new patients in one day ! It may not be the most sophisticated screening software around but at this price it just cannot be beaten! And if you need any personal help from Dr Joe then he always answers your enquiries - a very communicative and helpful guy! Highly recommend this app for any chiro/physical therapist. A useful and very affordable addition to your practice. (iPod /iPhone review).
Just got the update for the new iPad and finding it easier to use because of the increased image size. Patients are intrigued and impressed to see their posture analysis. It's very useful. Get it!!

Posture screen mobile

Fantastic affordable app, it's got to be the easiest and best way to do a screening, no more having to haul around physical equipment for screenings ( and possibly do yourself an injury!). It really is so easy to use and if you have to contact them with a query, their response and support is the best ever😄. It's also a great tool for patient education! A big thank you to Joe and his team for this fantastic affordable app.

Like it in principle, but in practice?

I've been using this app in practice on my iPhone 4, but it is not as quick/accurate in session as I had hoped for so far. On the iPhone, the margin for error when annotating is not good, especially when lifting one's finger off the screen - many times I am having to redo again and again. A bigger zoom field would undoubtedly help I'm sure, as localising the points currently gives far too great an error to allow for confidence in using it as a comparative tool.
I would be very interested to see a posterior examination viewpoint, perhaps using scapulae, crests, PSIS etc as relevant points - maybe even spinal junctional areas at a push? Another reason for this is that I have found a number of patients are not as keen on having an anterior view taken and can feel more self-conscious than is necessary and are not keen to take part.
Otherwise, it's a great piece of work and would just like those few suggestions considered if possible. Keep it up!

Posture screen mobile v1.5.1

Excellent application for any physical therapist or health professional who wishes to quickly and easily assess a patients posture. The iPad2 is an ideal platform for its use as the larger screen does make life easier although it works just as well on the iPhone. The in app purchases such as the videos are very useful patient education tools and the comparative exam module albeit the most expensive in app purchase is well worth the cost. The comparative report module is the perfect way of recording changes in posture as a result of care and demonstrating to a patient or client how they have improved. My patients have all been very impressed with the reports they have received and it has really brought home to them why their posture is important and in some cases just how bad their posture actually is, after all the camera never lies! The ability to AirPrint and email pdf's directly to patients from the app is just the icing on the cake. A top effort all round by Dr. Joe and his team, keep up the good work and many thanks!

Interesting idea

Great idea, demo screen shots look good but wouldn't work on iPhone 4 with latest iOS. Keep trying and can't wait for next version!
