No more specs!
Thank you for giving me an alternative to rummaging around to find my reading glasses! This app is always with me and is a godsend for threading needles, reading menus and food cooking instructions which always seem to have tiny writing! The light comes on in the dark too which is very useful. Highly recommended.

Great For Small Print
I use this a lot now as either the print on instructions are getting smaller or my eyes or getting worse 👀. Handy that it lets you take a picture too. Great app, well worth it 👍

Excellent
This is a very handy app. Sitting by lamplight trying to read Radio Times etc I switch this on rather than putting my main light on. I'm using it more and more - unfortunately it's an age thing!!! It's great that text is magnified but an added bonus is the light. It's also extremely handy for looking for things that have rolled under the bed etc (earrings, money). Very useful thanks.

All you are getting is what already comes with your iPhone???? Take a picture and zoom in or download this app zoom in and take a picture for the same quality??? All they want is your money to upgrade to Pro version and still it does not turn your camera into something it is made to do???

A very stupid app you can't get it crystle clear or take a photo and freeze it. Hide the options and more unless you buy the upgrade. So all you will have is a unfocused camera. Not happy with this silly app.

Close up photo's
I originally purchased the app to use purely as a magnifying glass but having the ability to take photographs allows me, as a clock repairer, to take close up photographs of damage clock parts as an illustration for my clients. I would even recommend this app for those with good eyesight.

Useful addition to your utility belt. 😊
You'll be surprised how often this app comes in handy. I've used it for reading asset tag numbers on IT kit in awkward places, watch back inscriptions, tiny serial numbers on just about everything, and small print of course. The iPhone is an amazing Swiss Army knife of a gadget, and apps like these are a useful addition to it's arsenal.

Fantastic
This is a great. Had it over a year now and it's regularly used. People saying it doesn't work are using it too close or not holding still to let it focus. The focus can be locked but would be even better if it could be locked to the closest focal point with a single push button. Closest focus is around 5 inches at a guess.

Surprised to see a previous comment saying they get blurred images - mine are crystal clear. Really useful app for reading labels and getting splinters out! Both the optional light & ability to take a photo have proved useful.

By far the best
Bought several of these, and this one is by for the best. Clearer, more intuitive, just works. Wasted a few pounds and an hour or so doing the ‘research’, so don’t waste your time too. Just buy this one. (And I have no connection at all with the company. Just a bona fide bloke who needs a magnifying app.)
