Extra long wait time
Cashback is always great obviously BUT I’ve been waiting for nearly a year since I booked my holidays and now over 5 months from when the hols had place? Customer services naturally not helpful- basically saying it’ll be paid when it’s paid.
Shocking! There’s so many other apps I could’ve used for this one, albeit a little less cashback but much quicker and in the future I probably will if I have a choice.

Tracking is awful - waiting time too long
Despite following all instructions I’ve had a nightmare with multiple transactions not tracking, meaning I’m having to then wait a ridiculous amount of time to receive cash back. Really frustrating when I’m have to keep flagging up missing transactions then getting responses about making sure I’m following a list of instructions even though I already am!

The developers need to be honest about how long it takes for cashback to be paid out, that is if it is even registered. On average 11 to 13 months for money to be paid out it’s normally lower that advertised cashback amount.
I would never let the cashback influence which company to buy from only use it if I’m going to buy from the company irrespective of any cashback.

When it’s pennies it’s there quickly when it pounds it’s like waiting for a purple moon. Originally it was 26 weeks now it’s prolonged to 46 not sure what’s going on and just because I purchased something twice doesn’t mean ( you terms and conditions don’t say otherwise) you should cancel one and only allow 1. Nothing ever tracks anymore and they don’t care
Initially, everything tracked and paid quickly and seamlessly. Now nothing ever tracks. I made sure all the settings are as suggested. I tried both my phone and PC and nothing changes. I have to claim for every transaction and some get refused after 18 months of chasing them up. They show zero goodwill and just say there is nothing they can do. They offer no proof so there is nothing to stop them just pocketing the money and claiming they didn’t get it. I fail to see how they can advertise cashback if you purchase something through them and not pay it when you followed all the terms, they have a record of the click through and you have proof of purchase.

Fantastic!
I was really unsure about this at first but I’m so glad I signed up. I save all my cashback up through the year and use it to buy my children’s Christmas presents (through topcashback) I also had enough left over to treat my children to a new climbing frame.
It’s so simple and easy to use. You may look at the percentages and think it’s pointless but the cash back adds up!
Also the refer a friends is a great way to boost the £s.

Refer a friend scam
I have been using this app for six months and had two friend referrals you can no longer gain access to check on the app but when you click on refer a friend, it’s just blank you used to be able to check to see how far your referrals have got, now you have to go online to check under refer a friend then over view friend performance but I have checked today and it’s saying I had not referred any one yet what a joke I will be getting my cash back and closing the app then i will put a review on Trustpilot

Still not working for Sainsbury’s and many others - bug not fixed!
I was a huge top cash back fan but I’ve been so frustrated that they’ve not got to the bottom of some cash back sites not loading, something to do with the system some of them share and it’s rejection with talktalk. It works if I use mobile data but not WiFi but it’s a real pain as I use my iPad for all my internet shopping, not my tiny ancient phone. Would love to see this resolved!!! It’s now been on and off for a year! Edit - in response to the reply. This is still an issue, I’m afraid your suggestions don’t work. Your IT dept is aware, but it’s been far too long.

I signed up about 4 months ago and wish I hadn’t bothered, was meant to receive a sign up bonus which sat in the confirmed section for about 8 weeks until I asked what was going with that plus the other two lots of cashback I was waiting for, one was estimated 8 and one as gone up and down constantly between 12-18 weeks estimated, I’m still waiting for the two lots of cashback and have no idea when it will come through as I just get generic updates to say that they are passing it along but can’t give me an exact date. Because of this I decided I wouldn’t bother again and honestly the deals aren’t that great anyway

it’s an easy to use app and gives me cashback on online purchases that I’m buying anyway. It’s not a scam and since having the app I’ve claimed over £950 back to spend in my bank account would definitely recommend . The only drawback is you sometimes have to wait for your cashback to clear over 4 to 5 months

Does not pay out on larger amounts
I have used this site for years and after looking at reviews and my own experience can only conclude that they will pay out on small Cashback ( a couple of pounds) yet any large amounts do not. Large amounts end up having to lodge tickets or manual claims and inevitably end up being declined with some vague reason as not last refer. Do not use for British Airways ( check out the reviews for evidence something seriously dodgy going on there). They also say no Cashback is guaranteed so I suggest you keep that in mind when using and don’t expect any Cashback and don’t use it to sway your options of booking through them thinking you will get your Cashback as chances are you won’t.

Absolute SCAM - £1000 lost and ignored by their customer support - BE WARNED
5 years I used TopCashBack, building up almost £1000 in cash back which I was going to use towards my children’s first holiday abroad.
But then, suddenly out of the blue, I received an email from “Olivia” asking me who I worked for, why I had built up a balance above their maximum allowed limits (which they do not state in any of their T&Cs) and to provide evidence of my employment etc. So I email all of this sensitive personal information across and what happens next? My account is suspended and the funds wiped.
I feel sick, I know I should not have relied on the money but I trusted them, I told my children we was going to go abroad next year and now I can’t afford it as I had planned to use the funds I’d built up on the App.
Please do not become victims of this scam company, take out any money you have in your balance and be warned that they operate in this way as you have zero rights and the only way to contact them is through long winded support tickets which are ignored.

Payment doesn’t track properly on many sites
Payment does always track correctly despite always enabling cookies and clearing the cache. Quite often I’ve had the amount showing as pending to be a different amount to what is advertised. This is after reading the terms so I know the advertised %age isn’t on the whole transaction amount (eg excludes VAT delivery and other charges). When logging a ticket to query that the amount is incorrect the system knows it’s incorrect so why don’t they correct it rather than having to query? Crazy!
Also, some of my purchases never moved to payable so each time I’ve had to contact customer service. I’ve got a booking I made in October for Gatwick Official Parking to park early December. It says estimated 8 weeks from parking but it’s now nearly 5 months and it’s still pending! It is now 5 months since travelling and when logging a ticket with customer service they say I have to wait even longer…. How long should I wait before I give up chasing … a year? 😬
App is ok if you’re happy to double check you’ve received the payment you expected and chase anomalies.

They said I unsubscribe from emails on this app when I didn’t, all my recent spends have not gone onto my account because you say I am subscribed from emails, which is a lie, all my email preferences are on I’ve lost hundreds of pounds of cashback and now I want to take my money out you say I can’t have it because I haven’t an email on file with you, I’ve been told three different things maybe I unsubscribed maybe it’s because of spam and thirdly you said you may have deleted it. Money for nothing
I just love TopCashback. I’ve earned almost £1000 over the past 5 years. It really is money for nothing. I go through TopCashback to buy my car insurance, house insurance , holiday insurance , any insurance we need I simply click onto the cashback site and shop around for what ever I need . I also use it if I’m buying and tools or DIY stuff from screwfix , and when i shop on Temu if I go through TopCashback to buy anything I get paid cashback , I would advise anyone who shops online to download TopCashback and use it,,, it’s amazing how quickly your cashback grows…

Could be better.
So far my first purchase appeared but showed zero cash back. I was not au fair with the process so missed out on chasing this.
Since then a further batch of purchases went through ok. But then a further purchase maybe about a month ago did not show.
Although I submitted a chase on this there was not an option to view or track this chaser. Eventually I received an email but it was weeks later.
Yesterday I made a further purchase and again it is still not showing. I am waiting the 7 days I think I need to wait before I chase again. This is cumbersome.
There is clearly the need for some finesse within the app to ensure all purchases are tracked.

My view
It seem great but it takes ages to get your cash back. I’ve had cash back available before, but because it’s taken so long, you get fed up of checking and the. Forget about it, by the time I did check it, it was expired. There should be no expiry. I understand that it’s companies that you have to wait for, but when I refer a friend that’s the app itself, my friend has joined and used it themselves for months now but I’m still waiting for refer a friend. There are other apps that maybe you don’t earn as much but they pay more quickly. It’s a great idea but needs to be quicker.

This may sound negative to some but I’m strongly convinced that this app is waste of time.
Here is why.
The last four shopping have not gone through the account and they advise me to get in touch with the support team. We simply cannot spend hours on filing forms and communicating with them for each purchase, several times, and for the cash back that may come a good few months later, several months in my case (as I haven’t received a penny since I installed it-only confirmed status). I can make hell of a lot more money on my own than wasting my time on checking and contacting them for each purchase. So, please don’t waste your precious time. I’m done with this.

Really good addition to my shopping process
So basically, the offer is to get money back for things you were already intending to buy, big tick, I defo get that and that is what has happened with me. What has also happened, because I start my transaction with opening the app, I think a lot more about how I’m spending my money, and I shop around a lot more. Offers are good, but tracking is bad
I've found TopCashback to be particular bad at tracking cashback - part of the problem is likely all the ad-blocking and privacy features that are included and switched on by default in browsers, especially on iPhone.
The trouble is the service surely can't continue to function if it's it's this unreliable. I've raised claims too, but the process is so so slow (likely the fault of the retailers themselves).
In my testing I have found Quidco seems more reliable in tracking (over the last month or so) but not had any confirmations and certainly no payments from anyone. Just be aware cashback is slow and flakey no matter where it comes from - but it's likely best if it comes from your credit/debit card purchases directly - hopefully we'll see better tracking in connection with actual bank transactions come about in the new few years.

Let down
I love top cash back! It’s great, money for nothing. However I’m very disappointed lately as non of my purchases are being tracked and I’m having to claim. My last one said I didn’t go through top cash back when I did, I have now resulted in taking photos of my order complete with the top cash back in the corner, I’m not sure if this is going to make any difference. Until the last month I had only had a couple that hadn’t tracked but they have always been sorted. Hopefully this will get sorted very soon.

Takes too long
The process takes way too long, took 6 months to confirm the cashback, then one month later I’m still waiting for it to be paid out which I have been advised they are waiting for payment from the company and can’t give me any update on when it will be payable. Other cashback companies I’ve used pay out a lot quicker than these, and cashback is guaranteed by TopCashback. Honestly worst one I’ve used for cashback, customer service is rubbish, just fob you off. I’d avoid this one and look at alternatives if you want a faster payout, and better service, just waiting for my final payout after 7 months, and I will be closing my account.

Amazing app
I use it on most purchases and pay the £5 membership for higher interest rates and in most cases I get my money back after 1 purchase and in the past 2 months alone it has saved me £36. Would defiantly recommend it as it is easy and efficient and the money can be implemented into your bank or transferred onto shopping vouchers, which gives you more cash back, only thing is that in most cases the cash back can be pending for quite a bit before it becomes payable, however eventually once it becomes payable it is simple to convert to money or vouchers.

I heard of top cash back years ago but stupidly I never recognised the value of the site I have Been addicted to it now for approx 18 months and earned about 450 in cash back which I generally transfer into gift cards which increases the amount. I recommend it to everyone in fact I am quite a top cash back bore showing people whether they like it or not how it works lol

Love TC, some suggestions for app
Rarely write reviews, but wanted to suggest some constructive points.
Firstly, I love topcashback. I’ve had some issues with tracking in the past, buy they’ve all been successfully resolved eventually.
The app is generally very good for searching businesses and the earnings dashboard is really clear.
As a suggested improvement, I find it frustrating that you have to leave the app to deal with some aspects of your account. Granted this is done automatically, but a separate browser window opening on safari is not very elegant. An example of this is initiating a payout request.
It the app could be secured by face id, surely it could all be done securely on the app itself?
My other suggestion is to make vouchers much more accessible, and have them on the app. For example, if I’ve had a payout in the form of Tesco vouchers - these come through on email. I then have to find the email, give my account password, choose the voucher, then give my mother’s maiden name! Big and unnecessary ffaf, and a nightmare if you have poor signal.
My suggestion would be a system similar to train tickets where all you vouchers are in a designated place on the app. Ideally accessible offline.
Al in all, love the app - but think these improvements would make my experience even better.

Would highly recommend!
I have been an active user since 2016, I have been able to make a lot of cash back from every spending! I use the app as my go to before anything I order online, be that holidays, flights, insurances, shopping and even takeaways! All the major brands and merchants are listed with very competitive cash back amounts that more often than not trump any discount codes from other companies. Cash back track very well through the app & is generally very quick to move to payable. If you’re a new user, some merchants track quicker than others. But the customer service team are always helpful and quick with any questions & queries.

I may have been a bit previous by writing this review. I should have contacted their customer service.
Once TopCashback were aware of my complaint they immediately contacted me and the money was in my account within a day.

Nothing seems to track anymore
I’ve used this app for over 5 years and the cash back is good. Sometimes a company declines it and there’s absolutely nothing you can do which is annoying, but in general the cash back does come. However the last few months absolutely NOTHING seems to track in this app, leaving me to chase every purchase and deal with the archaic ‘wait 7 days’ before you even raise it. Nobody can remember to wait 7 days then raise a query, especially about a small purchase. If it doesn’t track immediately it probably ain’t coming through. By not working properly I’m put off from using the app. Maybe the web version is more functional nowadays???

Can’t do less than a star
Awful on so many levels. I purchased a Laptop and never saw cash back till two years, in that time I had messaged so many times and always told to check my account in due coarse.
The most hilarious thing is at after a complaint I saw the amount come in with an email sayings it’s been processed but when I tried to take it out I now have to wait almost the same amount of time for it to be “payable”. Absolute joke, there is nothing a reply underneath can show that will make this better, the cash back was from Currys, a well established company not Dave from the market but I feel Dave would have at least payed back in the two years after purchase, it’s got to the point where now I have to wait to be able for that amount to be payable? I RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY, it’s a just a scam at this point. If you want cash back I think perhaps go to Quidco or just someone else with better feedback. Hopefully will write my 7th complaint letter soon to now get the money which after 2years shows in my account but untouchable due to not waiting 4years. JOKERS

Brilliant service
If am shopping online I always used TopCashback I have £437 pounds to claim I already claim £130 pounds in Tesco voucher. All these people who say the system doesn’t not work you must be doing something wrong. Please note some retailers takes up to 90 days to payout that as nothing to do with TopCashback. For those people who said they can’t get through to customer service…You need to go to customer service I had missing cash back all you need to do is fill out the information when you made your purchase etc….it all takes a little time….

Used to be amazing
I feel rather mixed about TopCashback. It used to be great and still is in some ways. But on average over the last two years I have so many declined cashback requests probably 20 a year. I’ve had 3 this week that haven’t tracked, but an identical transaction that has.
For instance Matalan automatically opens the app when it clicks the link. But cashback won’t be accepted through the app. So I uninstalled the app and it takes you to a page on the browser that makes you login and guess what, downloads the app 🤦🏼♀️ they’ve looked into it and still haven’t addressed the problem. It’s a waste of my time.
I know you see cashback as a bonus and not a guarantee but it just leaves a bad taste. I just think what’s the point. Years of loyalty and nearly a thousand pounds of cashback but that’s a couple hundred short after the declined

Good memory!!
Love the app but you need to remember to make sure you’ve gone onto your regularly used online stores through this app. & should you of accidentally placed the order through the website or all you can’t claim it back…. When you wouldn’t of used that site in the first place had you not of found unless you had used Top Cashback app. Should be allowed to claim all order numbers and not take as long to get through your so called cash back MONTHS later. What a fantastic site.
I have been using this Website now for the best part of four years. At first I was a bit unsure as it sounded a bit too good to be true. Unfortunately my illness means I am housebound for the majority of the time and therefore I shop a lot online. I find Top Cash Back a very user friendly site which is straight forward to use and navigate through. Over the years I have been able to purchase most things through the site and I have received a few hundred pounds back, which I think is brilliant. In my opinion you cannot loose, you can only gain. Go on give the site a go, I promise you all you won’t be disappointed.

Good but not great
Any app that gives you cash back is automatically a good app. However, with this app you have to be switched on as to what you have purchased and make sure you get a) the cash back at all and b) the correct amount. I have had 3 occasions already whereby I haven’t been given the cash back at all and anther where I was given a lot less than i should have. The problem is that your not allowed to make a claim for missing or incorrect cash back for 7 days after the purchase. So you have to make a note of your purchase date. Also you need to make a note of the % of cash back at that time.
I am happy to say all my issues have been resolved but it can take upto 3 months.

Well worth the download!
I was using a different cash back site for years before I heard of this site. Took a look and there are some great cash back offers available. I now go between the two sites as there are different sites available on each one, well worth the download especially if you shop online anyway. Cash back for doing your normal shopping, total bonus!

Quality
I’ve always known about topcashback but never thought anything of it. My friend explained the process so I gave it a go. I’ve had it for less than a year and so impressed with how easy it all is. For years I’ve purchased items online without thinking of getting anything other than the item itself. Now I can get both the item and potential cash back too. If I could score it higher I would. I’ve even managed to get family and friends to sign up as well.

Worked well at first...
Enjoyed using the app from time to time. Received some nice cashback after buying breakdown insurance and also using their own compare platform.
However, things went wobbly after that. A big order from Very wasn’t tracked (admittedly I didn’t contact their support) and a few quid cashback I earned that was sitting in my TC account never reached my bank through a bacs transfer after I requested it.
It’s a shame you’ve got to jump through hoops to claim the end product the company was set up
for. It makes you ponder on just how much they are earning from retailers because of these ‘glitches’, basically retaining cashback through a programmed margin of errors policy that’s intrinsic to the health of their balance sheet?

What on earth has happened????
I have used TCB for several years and on the whole I have found it to be good. It seems to have gone downhill lately, however. I have been waiting a couple of years for a payment that has been confirmed to actually become payable (yeah, like that’s going to happen!) and 6 months for another payment to even get to the confirmed stage. I know that it depends on the company but if they are slack then don’t allow them on TCB! Definitely seems like the company aren’t interested in any issues and given there are plenty of other Cashback sites out there perhaps TCB should actually up their game not sit back and relax.

Qmee give way better rates than this for quick surveys,I’ve spent £91 on here to get a poxy 91p Cashback,omg I’m friggin rich! Don’t make me laugh,at least with Qmee I can earn over £10 a wk by spending jack all!!!!

Aaaaahhhhh,so Topcashback give ALL money from retailers,don’t make me laugh Matt,do you really expect anyone to believe that topcashback get squat for their “service”??? And pay for advertising on tv etc,umm okaaaay,so who funds your wages and the tv ads then??? Yknow,just out of curiosity...indulge me ;D
But as I said I get more from Qmee who actually pay out with no minimum cash out sum and it doesn’t cost me a thing,with topcashback you’ve only got to spend 2secs reading the reviews to see that people not actually receiving their Cashback is a EXTREMELY common occurrence with you guys,so you’re lucky to get anything,and I don’t think 1% Cashback is much to write home about,that’s the same ethics as the saying “lost £100 and found a pound” kinda deal,and that’s IF you’re lucky enough to actually get your Cashback in the first place!

Been great until latest IOS update for iPad
This is a fantastic app and I have saved loads on my usual on line shops BUT after the latest IOS update many of the links to websites I normally can access with top cash back are not working. I have contacted then several times about this and reloaded the app, and have followed their suggestions only to be told it must be my server. Sorry TC I don’t think so as until last few weeks I have had no problems, p,us I can access the regular sites I use directly, just not through TC. Please fix.

Roll the dice
Unreliable and most of my time is often spent chasing up missing or incorrect claims.
I get message saying ‘cashback isn’t guaranteed’ but then they charge you a £5 annual membership fee and encourage you to use their site to make your purchase - pretty sure that constitutes an agreement.
Impersonal service, have claims that are now being declined for ‘unexplained’ reasons such as one for £40 that was due to the website being unable to determine if I went through TopCashback or not - despite having screenshots and proof of purchase.
No way to contact other than raising claims, no complaints process - essentially just a bunch of people who don’t actually care if you get your cashback - I have some claims outstanding for nearly a year and out of principle I am pushing to get them resolved with little success. To say this is free money is a joke given the amount of time I have to spend remediating and checking my claims - I’m probably out of pocket given the time it’s cost me.

Would have been 5 stars but not first time this has happened!
I went on my TopCashback account both on my iMac & I phone app only to find I’ve lost ALL transactions ! It might have been the last update but there is no trace of monies I had / the Toby voucher in wallet - I had about 49/50 pounds and was looking to view to see if my last pending & last transaction had registered ... it’s all showing as if I’d never used the app before in my life. Quite distressing as not any one retailer - no way I can find to access customer care as it fits no pre designed “ flaw” to enter into all the boxes: clever that - as really tough questions can’t be asked. Like why & where has everything gone ........?
Customer care needs improving & if this doesn’t rectify in few days not only will I never use again - services I’ve taken on through top cash back I’ll settle & counsel or write & complain too. It feels quite fraudulent & concerning when EVERY transaction ever has vanished ! Shame as until now I’d have rated highly- i would love to know if this is a TopCashback error , or a technical Apple problem . As if it’s the latter it’s bit unfair crit to TopCashback - I can’t check this as saddly & fairly to critique ; TopCashback don’t have adequate customer care for such concerns / issues.

Top cash back is slow and doesn’t track
So top cash back is a bit scammy, especially when it comes to referring friends. Don’t refer your friends it won’t go thorough even when you raise a ticket. They won’t get back to you and ignore you.
Not all transactions go through, when they don’t they say email us and we’ll investigate it takes 3 months for the investigation in the end they can’t get money from the retailer. The retailer got your money and purchase and he’s happy so is TopCashback. You are left with nothing. This has happened to me over 50 times. They say if you have ad block things won’t go through. I’ve switched ad block off and they still
Don’t register transactions. And if by any chance you want to make an extra saving and use a voucher with your purchase that will also null and void your cash back and it goes on and on. Oh and you can’t get cash back until you’ve made over £100 in cash back then you can get your money. Otherwise it’s theirs. I promise you it will take you a year to get £100 cash back.
All these cash back sites are secret scammers. Don’t download TopCashback you won’t save a 💩

Great concept but poor delivery when cash back is declined for no reason, update. Response from developer about raising a claim when cash back not paid back correctly. Developer may be you should raise individual cases with your claims team because my claim has been raised since 1st December 2017 and the actual purchase was tracked normally in November 2017 but was no cash back was awarded and the claim was raised, it was for a holiday booked with TUI which cost me nearly £5k so the cash back is substantial, yet I still haven’t received an answer from TopCashback so please don’t make it sound simpler than it actually is your claims process is flawed because the time scales you show on there are not valid and not followed a year and half later and still no cash back not only that but when I booked holiday through your competitor through TUI for this year, I have actually received my cash back already. Number 1 Cashback Site
Having used it for many years with hardly any issues I can’t find fault with TCB. Tracking has usually all been fine with about 98% of my transactions all tracking and paying out as expected.
Don’t be put off by any reviews about long delays etc as you can see the expected payout timeframe for most merchants on the website along with when TCB last received payment from them so you can make your own mind up on whether the merchant is reliable. Cashback is not an instant refund so expect to wait a reasonable time for transactions to payout.
On the whole TCB vs. Quidco all I have to say is read trust pilot reviews. Seems Quidco is able to manually approve a lot of transactions when dealing with complaints which some may find fishy. So stick with TCB 👍
If you ever need support I suggest reaching out to them via social media as their social media team are a great bunch and happy to help.

Useless
Purchased several things from the app on eBay. After nearly 2 weeks my cash back was still showing as £0 so I tried to submit a no cash back claim but only half of the orders were showing even though I’d definitely clicked through to eBay from the TopCashback app. Estimated cash back of 4p on a £4.95 item. Is it really worth the extra time of going through the app to buy things when it doesn’t even register half of the purchases anyway. Also referred a friend and the friend got their £5 straight away but I don’t get anything until the friend has earnt £10 cash back which by the looks of it will be about 10 years away so no point in referring anyone is there? You’d have to spend an absolute fortune online for this to be of any use to anyone.

Because . . .
I got this, then stopped using it straight away because I simply prefer going to a shop and shopping than online shopping. Don’t get me wrong some things I do use online shopping for but for some retailers like Debenhams, wilkos, Holland and Barrett etc I go to the store to see and have the item to hand.
The idea of topcashback is awesome and it’s great to feel you can earn money! However I don’t like the idea that you have to shop online, I prefer going to shops, so what is going to be done about that? I use an app called airtime rewards that spots from your card when you use their selected retailers it then rewards your cash back to your account from the selected cards you have listed on your account too. So I can go to the likes of Debenhams, boots, Argos etc, and shop there as normal without using online shopping and still get rewarded. The only problem with theirs is that it takes it off your monthly phone contract (which is still good).
Perhaps future thinking for topcashback is perhaps looking at a similar way to airtime rewards so that people who do still enjoy shopping in shops can be rewarded for their purchases too. We are supposed to be saving the high streets not helping them go bust by online shopping daily. Just a small thought to help better your app.

Excellent service and couldn’t be easier to use
I haven’t written a review for some time but Top Cashback is so simple I felt the need to give my opinion. I’ve tried others like Quidco in the past and couldn’t get on with them as there was sadly too much effort for minimal gains. Top Cashback amply lets me search the vendor I intend to buy from, tells me what I can earn back (provided they are on the list), then one click and you are taken straight to the appropriate website or app (works with all iOS apps I’ve come across so far) and monitors the transaction in the background. Once you’ve competed checkout you get an email from Top Cashback saying what you’ve earned. Simple. My only gripe is having to wait so long for the money to be actually physically available to me. Often takes months. I’m sure this is purely to verify you’ve actually made the purchase rather than returning it instantly. Over all an excellent experience.

Poor Customer Service and Complaint unresolved.
As a new customer, a months ago I applied for a Tesco Clubcard Credit Card because it offered additional reward points on my weekly shop. After completing the online application form I pressed submit and it failed to register so tried several times throughout the next two days and the same happened.
Eventually, my application was accepted but no confirmation given. When I didn’t hear anything after 2 weeks I phoned Tesco who told me they hadn’t received it so I emailed Topcashback to advise there was a glitch on their system which they denied and said that the £31 cashback on this card was no longer available so so I applied to Tesco direct.
I was later told by Tesco that they were still offering cashback on this card but only through Topcashback (the website was still advertising it) and advised me to contact them again to tell them this which I did but still they didn’t accept this! By then they had mentioned on their website several customers’ had reported problems registering (they didn’t say which retailers).
I asked for my complaint to be escalated - as per their terms and conditions - but never received a response! Unfortunately, apart from one other major player they seem to have very little competition so don’t feel compelled to resolve customer complaints or treat them seriously!!

I highly rate this app!
I have earned so much cash back, it soon adds up and doesn’t cost you any more than you were going to spend anyway!! It’s simple and easy to use! I wouldn’t shop without checking Top Cashback first! Every penny counts! Me and my boyfriend were going to take out new SIM Contracts with ‘Three Mobile,’ I wasn’t expecting anything but had a quick look at TCB just incase they could help, and earned £60 each in cashback!! 😄 We also got the sim deal at £3 per month cheaper than going direct to Three! Thanks TCB!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great app, convenient when shopping and a nice little earner.
I’ve been a big advocate of this site and it’s nice to get those pennies and pounds back as well as good voucher codes on top, why pay full price anymore when you can get something back for the sake of going through the app or website. Winner winner chicken dinner (literally at times)!
Over the last few years I’ve had a great return just through click through of the app. Why wouldn’t you?

Wouldn’t be without it!
I’ve saved over£350 from last year so making it my mission to beat that this year! I wouldn’t EVER buy anything online unless I went through TopCashback first. The only frustrating thing thing is that I can’t convince enough referrals as some people simply cannot be bothered!! Not TopCashback fault of course. Loved the extra offers, free cash back and competitions and I would definitely recommend being on their bonus system where you pay them £5 for the year to get even more back!
