At last..
..after installing and deleting 5 different gold price apps I have found Goldprice, that is superbly put together, concise and easy to use.

Keeps crashing
App keeps on crashing on IPhone 6 when selecting charts.

Only half working
2 stars as the charts do work, and yes you can setup multiple charts in any currency and various timelines, and then swipe through them. As another reviewer has said, no current price ticker or anything though. AND as of right now the News tab doesn't update, contains old news e.g. from last year. Not great then.

To get other countries and silver, see below reviews, you have to go into the charts tab at the bottom of the screen, lots of options there, but yes the commentary has stopped which is not good so 4 stars only

Not bad but...
As others have said, the commentary has stopped working. Also, the current price would be good to have for reference at the top of every chart, rather than just the daily one. I'd like an update for the UK time zone too...

No longer providing daily commentary
I liked this app but about a month ago the daily commentary stopped working. I decided to give them time but no fix and no explanation. Shame.

Don't bother in UK it keeps closing all the time.

Great Ap with feisty, informative commentary.
...however, the commentary doesn't seem to be updating at the moment ( so I make sure to read it on the website as it is so awesome. ) When this updating problem is fixed, it will get 5 stars from me. One other possible suggestion is to put the current price in slightly larger type on the charts.

Needs An Update For UK Users
It's ok if you live in the United States but this app isn't friendly if you live in UK! Needs an update so the currency & settings can be set to world wide different currency. If not at least show UK currency, it's not too much too ask & then we can see how much gold ia worth.
