When I save my favourite teams I expect the app to remember all of my choices, no matter now few. It doesn’t remember all of your favourites so what’s the point in choosing them.

Great content, horrible app
Whilst the content available in the app is top quality, the presentation of it leaves a lot to be desired. Very small text, with no ability to increase the size of it means I can only use it when I have my glasses to hand.

It's straightforward. If you aren't interested in cricket, this is a waste of time. If you are, this has more to look at than the rest of the web combined.

new version of the app launched 8-12 months ago has been a consistent disappointment. it is slow. often articles open half and stop there. it takes a while to find out different articles. i was hoping it will get fixed with updates. i do not see that coming.

Worse and worse
Used to be a fantastic app! But then a huge update happened where the app experience was awful. Now has recently been changed again and is even worse. Difficult to navigate, and a lot of features now removed completely. Really disappointing.

Totally ruined
The old version was easy to use, functional and informative. The new version is a train smash. Jarring UI. Minimal functionality. Utterly useless now.

Less functionality, now randomly closes
The new update reduced the functionality of the app, such as searching for players. Also, having reports/articles open in a new window is very annoying and the stats query links don’t work unless I open them in Safari.
Also, now it crashes a few seconds after I open the app.
The only nice thing I can say is that it looks nice.

You took something and good away
What have you done? Reading on iPad is not good and while app has gone to worse.. personally, I’ll be moving to other apps for live score and news. Live score on iPad is just horrible to see now. You have limited our capabilities with changes.

Brilliant for men’s cricket, terrible for women’s. The favourite teams part is great but you can’t select women’s teams directly (just assumes men’s), and women’s teams are given lower priority than men’s. Plus boring men’s domestic games get commentary but women’s internationals barely ever do. Poor

Hours behind on scores. Difficult to navigate. Different screens give different scores. Must’ve been designed by apes. Shocking. You’re a massive company so just get it right because at the moment you all look like idiots.

Why do you keep changing the layout and navigation?!
The previous updates had made it progressively more difficult to find scores on multiple matches, particularly if the teams were not in my ‘favourites’
Now you have changed the layout and made it virtually impossible to find scores.
I know it may sound unusual and outrageous, but some of us actually want to know what’s happing in games, both domestically and around the world, without having to spend ages searching and scrolling around your app.
Please actually consider users when making changes. The idea should be to improve the app, not something you have been able to demonstrate in recent updates!

Don’t get me wrong good app for looking st cricket scores, but if your like me and want notifications to inform you how games are getting on this app seems to not allow that, been in communications with the makers now and try all the fixes but still can’t get the notifications to work. Disappointed

I dislike the lack of access to any of the other sections of the cricinfo website (particularly the records section), and I really dislike the web view used when getting statistics for individual players
