Rubbish App
The app is so laggy and slow. Once you click on an item to see, the app becomes unresponsive, you can’t pick a colour or a size or even add to Wishlist or bag! Please fix it, it’s frustrating!!!

I love the clothes from Stradivarius, however the app is really frustrating sometimes. It has been logging me out if I haven’t been on for a short amount of time, then when I try to log back in, says I need to change my password and that it has sent an email to my email address. I haven’t received one email, and I even tried to sign up with a new account using my Google account instead but it says the same thing. Would be good if it actaully sent the email and didn’t log me out all the time.

Returns
I want to return and order to my local post office however when I got write my postcode or street name it says that there is no result therefore I cannot return my order! This needs to be fixed.

Awful
I’ve bought Stradivarius items before and really liked them but there seem to have been some major changes. Jeans are much lower quality, and completely different sizes. Took over a week to dispatch the items. Then, when trying to return a faulty QR code was provided where half of it was cut off. Tried to contact customer service about it and they were totally useless and were unable to locate the return (even with a return number provided).

Not working
I registered via Apple, and now, when I try to log in, it says your account is disabled. I am not able to see my order status or can’t access my wishlist. I can not log in by entering my email since I used the hide my email option. This was not the only problem; previously, when I made an order, the order status wasn’t updated, so it was saying in transit, but it was delivered, and I wouldn’t know if I didn’t ask them. This happened more than once.

In store purchase and returns receipt not working properly
I opted for the online receipt when I purchased an item in one of the stores. Instead of receiving a receipt like I normally do from other shops, I had to register to get the receipt, which is ridiculous. You need to make it clear to your customers that that is what is going to happen. The receipt wasn’t showing up on the app. I had to log in on the website where I was able to access the receipt. I had to wait 24 hours to access the receipt on the app. Not a good start.
To make matters worse, when I returned the item to the same store I did not receive an email confirmation or notification on the app to confirm my return. The return was processed according to the cashier and the manager said that I needed to wait 5 working days to see if the money will be refunded, which will confirm that the return was processed. My anxiety was high! I instead opted to contact the company on the app via email. The box doesn’t allow for much to be written inside so it makes it hard to explain what the issues is. I instead had to use the WhatsApp option to speak to someone.
Once my issue has been resolved, I will be deleting the app. I can’t speak on the online purchases and refund process because I haven’t used it. It seems like they need to work on the issues for the in store purchase and refund receipt, as well as notifications.

I ordered a white top to go with my jeans and only the jeans were delivered. I tried to email but it says my order number is invalid and I also tried to WhatsApp but the same thing happened. I would at least like a refund

Horrible customer service
I placed an order on the 25th of November and my order hasn’t been delivered yet and no one is able to inform me when it will be delivered. I have tried contacting them via live chat but somehow it doesn’t work and i have send maybe a dozen email, none of which have been replied!!!!
This is madness, there is no one you can talk to and you just have to sit and wait to see whether your order will be delivered or not.
This is the most terrible customer service i have ever encountered!!!!!

This app is amazing and wow their delivery is speedy! I’ve bought from there a couple times and it’s great!
The onlyyyy thing id say is that the sizing should be improved a little. Adding an XXS category would be good as well as maintaining the sizes the same across items. I bought three tops (all the same size) and they all fit differently (one was slightlyyyy too big, one was perfect, and one was slightly too tight 😂)
But apart from that it’s amazing :)

I must say I am disappointed with Stradivarius I ordered an item did not receive it on the scheduled date it was rescheduled still did not arrive, I was unable to contact customer service to get an answer the track my order option did not work properly on the app or website.

Website is nightmare to navigate
I found your website extremely difficult to navigate. There is no facility to request details about a particular garment. Just directed to your different collections. Screen keeps jumping to from site to different site. Altogether a nightmare especially compared to other easy to use businesses. It’s not just my opinion, other customers I have spoken to agree with my assessment. I only used you as my granddaughter wanted one of your tops.

Klarna didn’t work
The app is simple, clear and easy to use. After several issues with the website, I moved over to the app only to find the Klarna options for payment didn’t work and came up with error messages. I then had a hard time finding support from the app and didn’t get a response so I’ve had to put it on my credit card. A big pain so I’m just hoping my order is good now.

Always wrong size
I’m very unhappy with this company. They never send the right size of jeans … I always order tall because I have very long legs but so far I received 4 pairs of jeans in short size 😡They never attach return details to the items so it’s not easy to contact them and return anything… Never buying from them again.

App looks great, clothes are lovely. Shame nothing works! Wishlist randomly deletes and then can't be accessed for weeks cause of a 'can't connect' error. Sometimes the entire app just freezes or loads nothing. Nightmarish experience

Bery bad!
First of all i ordered two black and one green top. All of them was the same exact top and same size but different colour. One of the black tops was much much smaller and one of them was different fabric. Very bad service and quality. Order was received a few days late. Never ordef from here. The service is so bad. I won’t return these because i’m worried i won’t get the money back, since i have now heard very bad reviews about returning. The packaging was also VERY BAD! Plastic bags were ripped open.

Removes saved items
Great clothing but the app is a pain. You save the items you like but once you close the app and enter it again, all your saved items disappear making it a lengthier process for when wanting to purchase the items at a later stage.

Vat number ??
Takes far too long messing round ordering on this. Had no idea what a VAT number was never been asked this before when ordering from a website. Needed the skirt for Friday but because of the messing about with the vat number had to select standard delivery which is 48-72 hours

Very bad UX
I spend so much time shopping but I discovered that it’s impossible to buy on the website. I tried app and after going to the basket you can’t go back and add or edit items in your basket. After removing everything from the basket (no other option left) I still don’t have an access to the shopping tab. I can’t believe no one check usability of this app. I tried so many times today to do the shopping but I simply give up now.
