Lovely restaurant, staff delightful, food very good quality.
Food was piping hot and delicious.
We had 3 courses, bottle of water and a bottle of wine. Bill was €47 - such good value( we had booked on line with the fork to get 50% discount on a la carts menu).
Would happily return.

Waste of time
Put in all the provincial towns around me with open date and choice.. no search results.. well I can tell you there are. Repeated with my South London address and it returned a pub 25 miles away when I’m surrounded by restaurants.

Crashes constantly and doesn't show bookings
I used to love this app.
However the latest version is crap. It doesn't let you book anything. Each time I try to choose date and people it crashes.
Deleted and reinstalled. Restarted the phone. Nothing works.
Have been booking on the mobile site instead. But even though the mobile site shows my bookings the app doesn't.
This used to be an amazing app. No idea what they've done to ruin it.

Beautiful food & amazing service
Highly recommended - the Fillet steak is melt in your mouth 🤤 my must have is the traditional lapas with the Bola de caco 😍 delish!! The service is second to none, will definitely be back.

A restaurant with heart and soul
Having arrived the wrong side of fashionably late after being Shanghaid by the wonderful Brendan and Juan at Casablancas, we walked into a warm welcome and ever forgiving of our tardiness.
The owner is charm personified and we settled in for our delicious meal from start to finish.
I had my mum in tow who demolished her starter of red peppers filled with prawn and fish. She was silenced in delight which is a sight to behold.
My French onion soup was sublime; generous in portion, well seasoned and embellished with Parmesan and croutons.
Mains of salmon teriyaki and cod with clams were equally unctuous and beautifully presented.
We somehow found room for deserts of chocolate ice cream and a stunning creme brûlée.
Delicious caramel shots with the bill left us aglow.
Thank you for such a warm welcome and a memorable meal.
P.s I defy you to find a hotter restaurant owner in Sitges.

Lovely UX and great offers!
Have used this app many times during trips abroad and it’s helped us discover many great restaurants and sometimes (most of the time) big discounts! Mainly used in bigger cities like florence and Seville though instead of smaller cities like Granada for example.
Could do with a translation of the menu on app but that’s not too much of a big deal. Have recommended to friends and family because I love it so much.

Not reliable
Although the app is well designed, it’s service is not reliable. Although they confirm your booking, the restaurant has the possibility of refusing your booking 24 hours before. Also if you need to adjust the time of your booking you have to unbook and rebook.

We have eaten here twice since it opened and will eat again tonight. It has a varied menu and very good service. The waiters speak English and very friendly.

A “Good Food” app that works...
We found this app along with a restaurant we like and it works. We get the same great food and discount prices. What’s not to like?
We hope this app works for many other restaurants in Tenerife and elsewhere as it gives custom to restaurants and savings to the users...Win-Win!

Absolute rubbish
Tried it out for London. That is London UK and it came up with only two restaurants when leaving date and specific type of food unchosen. These were in Stoke Newington!!!

Where is my YUM points ?
I booked restaurants and got the offers and discounts no problems at all but I never got YUM points they promised. When I checked my previous bookings that I had lunch and dinner with bookings were all cancelled but I had lunch and dinner there with offers and discounts. I just find this strange why all restaurants cancelled those bookings which I had and used them all with them.

Useless app!
There's no point in taking any notice of availability of restaurants when you book, as invariably the restaurant cancels your booking as they don't have availability, just have 3 restaurants cancel when The Fork said there was availability at these times. Useless!

Stress free dining!
Great to be able to search for restaurants, look at reviews AND book a table so easily. In Sorrento and used for first 2 nights to book restaurants- worked perfectly, tables booked and had great meals. Last time we were here was 18 years ago- traipsing around, looking at menus in windows, restaurants booked up. Great app, highly recommend.

Booked restaurant a very long walk away with -20% deal. At bill time told not eligible- different t&cs for French - Eng app. Owner caused embarrassing scene.rewarded by app with 0 for honest review- untrustworthy!!

App Ok if the restaurants paid the slightest attention
First time user. Did not work via TripAdvisor, so downloaded the app and made a booking.
The restaurant knew nothing about it and I just got a 'you didn't show' email whilst I'm holding the credit card slip in my hand.
Total and utter waste of time.

Unreliable information
Booked a restaurant through The Fork which was closed. Arrived on a Sunday evening to find it was not open on Sundays. The Fork had sent constant notifications confirming the booking. No response to my feedback.

Country selection issues
Bookings fail if the Country in Settings is not the country of the restaurant [or maybe your actual location]. Either way it fails unless you change the country. I live in both France and Spain, and visit many other countries. It would be a real pain if I'd have to change this setting every time I move around. What happens with cross border bookings? I will test when I travel to France next week. Andy

Useless...
Booked a table in a nice restaurant in Bruges, got a reference number so all looked fine.
Walked into the restaurant where I was told they are fully booked and haven't got my name at all. The same evening I get a text message at 10pm that the table is cancelled... Bare in mind the table was booked for 7:30....
Save yourself disappointment and book it in person or use your phone...

Needs work
Good selection of restaurants in the countries where it has launched. The biggest issue as a tourist is there is no way to translate menus/small print. You can't copy/paste text from the app. The Fork has good offers, but deciphering the conditions is a pain!

It's good but search for restaurants in London and you get some very nice places in France! I'm deleting the app but might reinstall when next in France!

Would've good if you could book
The App is a great idea but poorly executed. I like the link to TripAdvisor and Google Maps but it fails when you try to book a reservation. There is a bug in the App which doesn't allow you to enter your phone number. The international phone codes are not sorted by number or alphabetically and when you find your country code it still doesn't allow you to put in your phone number. You can't progress with the booking and then have to find another way to complete the reservation. All a bit of a let down.

Terrible
Used the Fork to attempt to book lunch - first, offered me a time which didn't complete - second, booked a time then cancelled at 3 am - third, booked a time when the restaurant is NEVER open. Do not waste your time.
