Fine but Borning

I mean, the app runs well enough and looks okay, it just...doesn't keep me wanting to come back. There doesn't seem to be much logic in the solutions and I end up getting frustrated and just randomly putting elements together without really caring. So, eh, it's an okay app but not really captivating.

Flawed from the start.

Doodle God is a fantastic game that I would recommend to everyone but Doodle Farm leaves much to be desired. While Doodle God requires logical thinking this game is basically just guess work. The mixes seem to be based on what animals look similar or have similar characteristics, however as such ideas are objective, you'll find yourself trying endless combinations. I'm glad this game mostly lets you see what can and can't react because this makes it quicker to complete which I did to justify the £0.69 I wasted on this game. The game makes no sense biologically and seems like a concept that was hastily contrived and executed horses and donkeys don't even breed to make mules. Very dissapointing.

Good

Needs to be updated for iPod touch 5th gen's larger screen and better graphics. It's too easy and not as good as the over games in the series. Other than that it's a good game and is worth the money. I would give it 3 and 1/2 but you can't do that so I gave it 4 instead.

Not as good as the others

I liked the other doodle games but there should be some logic behind the combination of elements. An example of the logic in doodle god: water + fire = steam. In doodle farm: cat + rat = DOG?!

Amazing!

Loved the thought that goes into these games. I've played all 3 and each I gave 5 stars. It's simply fantastic. You really have to think hard about what goes with what. Only niggle I have is the price. On IPhone it's 69p but on my mums HTC phone it's 1.49!!!! Don't know how you can justify that price. Just because its a different phone does NOT mean it should be more expensive. Sort it out please.

Disappointed :-(

I was rather uninspired by this doodle version. Doodle god and doodle devil were epic and I would recommend them

to everyone. However I finished this one in a few hours without using a single hint. It wasn't very challenging and I wouldn't recommend it even if you are a fan of the others in the series. It's not worth the money. It would probably do better to be a promotional game to entice others to buy the god and devil one which are both excellent.

I'm waiting on a chemical reaction one. That would be epic. :-)

Too short; too easy

I finished this in an evening without using a single hint. It wasn't that satisfying either, as many of the combinations were not that logical, and even the quotations given on creating a new animal were mostly quite dull: some were just Wikipedia-type descriptions, and one seemed to be in Chinglish!

I loved both Doodle God and Devil, but was pretty disappointed with this one: worth playing JUST if you loved the others in the series, but nothing like the same quality.
