Best travel trip companion
Been using Viator for a few years now. App is brilliant. Accurate and up to date information. Originally used In Reykjavik, Iceland, then several times in Amsterdam and also for Krakow, Poland.
Viator really help with my trip decisions and trips are reliable, informative and safe.

Poor - Crashes Regularly

I’ve used this App a few times and it’s been brilliant. Sadly since my IOS Upgrade to 12.2.4 it keeps crashing at start up. Deleted now I’m afraid

Tiresome
Constantly crashing or just wont open. Developers seem to have abandoned any updates which is a shame as it used to be the go to app for Booking trips etc. Either delete the app from App Store or update.

No longer works
I use to use the app all the time. Every time I booked I holiday I was right on viator looking for things to do and the best attractions. Now I can’t even open the app. Thought maybe it was just a glitch so I’d download on my work phone.... nope still won’t open!

Terrible App & Customer Service
This Web App (not native) is full of glitches, does not provide a intuitive or positive user experience and should be avoided at all costs. It crashes when you need to show your ticket!
The App is almost as bad as Viator’s customer service who mistakenly confirmed the wrong time of my booking, and refused to refund me the booking until I threaten them with a Consumer Rights claim for a product sold not “Satisfactory as Described”.
Save yourself the pain and cost, and download GetYourGuide instead!

Version 5.12.0 needs updating
I am running iOS 12.4.1 and this app just doesn’t work up to Apple’s standard. I tried to download my ticket to my Wallet but the app simply crashes so there is no way to save tickets to my Apple Wallet. This is a fundamental flaw for a ticketing company! Until this is fixed, I’ll stay away from using the app and instead print a hard copy of my tickets as the app in its current state is unreliable. Also, how do one change the default country that is tied to your account!!

Won’t run on iOS 12.4
I’ve used Viator for many years now, and lately the Viator app. However, it won’t run on iOS 12.4, it just crashes a soon as you try and open it, so I’ve had to remove it from my iPhone.

Rubbish for modern iOS
Used to be a really handy app but now as phones and iOS have got more modern, it hasn’t been updated and instead simply crashes almost immediately. Forget about adding tickets to the wallet, a great feature that now doesn’t work. Poor effort Viator.

I down loaded this app 3 days ago but it has never opened. What is going on! Do you know what has happened. Some of your reviewers love it some have noticed issues about it freezing. I think you need to take a serious look at it and resolve your problems. I have moved on to another app.

No longer works
I used this app quite a bit in 2018 planning my trip to Vegas and used it to book extra trips while we were there. Was really easy to use and great to access the tickets via the app itself. Now trying to plan this years holiday to Toronto but the app no longer opens and just shuts down.

Always crashing
This app constantly crashes. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it I don’t know how many times. When you do manage to eventually get into the app and sign in, every time I try to add my tickets to apple wallet it crashes again. It is so frustrating. Even more so to see that this feedback has been consistently left many times yet nothing has been done to fix it. 😡

Fix the issues - Terrible App
After several years this app continues to crash after the splash screen on iPhones. What’s the point in using this app if you can’t access the vouchers within the app. After many attempts (Viator used to be my preferred site for booking trips) I have now moved to a competitor. Their app works perfectly

Needs updating urgently
This app hasn't been updated for over a year and it seems to have been abandoned with major bugs still left in.
It crashes every time you try to add a booking to your wallet. It is also not scaled for any modern devices.
The service is good but this is a terrible app.

It won’t open. When occasionally it does open it seizes up. I’m quite worried now as I’d booked a couple of big money tours on line and only latterly decided to download the app. Are these guys cowboys I now ask myself?

Great app and variety of trips
Great app and variety of trips available. However i cannot save tickets to my wallet. The app just throws me out each time I try. A little frustrating as I have to either open the app or my emails to show my ticket.
