I used the bundle for less offer. I checked out and was told it would cost me 1.90, I checked out and went to bed. I woke up in the morning to a 7.40 charge on my bank. I used the chat which was no help then I called them and spoke to a rude manchild. Scam artists!!! Don’t trust!!! DONT USE!!!

I’ve bought a couple of things from Ali Express now and it’s been a really mixed nag as far as items received go. I’ve ordered a guitar only to find that the store in question has been closed down because of infringements what ever that may mean. I have bought a watch which is , at the moment fine and I also bought a 4tb SSD drive that disintegrated when I tried to plug it in!
I think the motto is ‘you get what you pay for’ and ‘buyer beware’ that seems to be the way to deal with this website

Most items suddenly arent available for my country/ region
I usually love this app, but recently A-LOT of items are being removed from my basket and suddenly a message ‘this item is not available in your country/ region pops up when I click to buy items I’ve brought before. I think it maybe a bug the developer needs to fix, I’m from England and never used to have any issues with this app before. ☹️

Everything was good, apart from one store I ordered from didn’t ship to uk, until I questioned why , then to be told don’t deliver to my location in UK but got full refund within 2 days. Great value!
Been using the app and store for 7-8 years and always found it easy to use and a huge variety of items. The delivery is fast, and only a couple of items have ever failed to arrive.
Quality is good on most of the items, and they are fairly well priced, but you get what you pay for! Check the measurements in the description to avoid disappointment, and with clothes really check, as they are Asian size, I am XL Europe and need 4XL.
Watch the shipping cost, and compare 2-3 of the same item, and compare the full price plus shipping before ordering, the cheapest price may not be once shipping is addded.
Any disputes are settled quickly and refunds take 10 days. But you only get back the cost of the item, not the shipping. Couple of times the seller cancelled the item as not in stock, refunded the cost, but not the shipping!
In general, an excellent site for getting a huge selection of good quality, items, very efficiently, and at excellent prices.

But some are the same price as eBay you’ve got to look for the bargains and read the reviews. Horrible customer service
I bought two items from AliExpress, one of the items was faulty so I initiated a refund the other item I was not satisfied with the quality and as per AliExpress buy your rights I was allowed a free return within 90 days of purchase for both orders however I was forced to pay for the shipping fee for the return for both items which cost me more than the items I was promised time and time again that I would get the refund and I would get a refund for my shipping fee for both items however it has been more than a month and I am going back-and-forth with the customer care team and they are giving no response this is the sixth time I have been told that I will get a response from the higher ups 24 to 48 hours but all I get is that my given even though I have shown proof of return and they have confirmed that they have received the items the customer service is the same they do not help all they do is tell me to wait 24 to 48 hours. I highly recommend that you know what you are buying from AliExpress because the refund process is very horrible and very unfair and very very unjust to the consumer. I have screenshots of all the chat logs but they don’t seem to care and they have not been helpful at all and I still haven’t received my refund or the shipping fee amount.
If I could give a zero star review, I would, but I will never ever use AliExpress as a platform ever again.

AliExpress rocks!, so much content and products too!, this is right up there. If variety is the spice of then the variety for shopping in this application almost seems limitless. I am really happy with my first purchase of a chrome motorcycle helmet considering the logistics from china. You simply can not get these amazing quality value products anywhere else especially at these prices. Having experienced the website coming across AliExpress a fair few times and found the shopping experience on my phones browser a little hit and miss I have found after being redirected here for more needed items I have searched for on Google that the application for shopping once signing up was worth it. The only thing I could suggest for in terms of room for improvement is more click and collect pick up points as from personal experience the couriers are not the greatest in the United Kingdom and are prone to just dumping parcels Willy nily anywhere that you would not like unless you have a easily accessible address with clear safe places. Otherwise I am really happy with AliExpress!! Next up are some boots 🥾

Poor quality and misleading app
I wish I could attach screenshots to this review to show you the incredible possibilities you could get scammed. I ordered a raspberry pi (which I found out was the same price as what I would have got if I bought from the UK) and when it arrived, the charger exploded in my hand as soon as I plugged it in. So I started a refund and sent the item back. In the refund page it said “your money will be refunded in” and there was a timer under it counting down from 17hours. Once the timer was done you may think they would do as they promised and refund me but no. They just replaced the timer with another deadline which was 3 weeks from now which meant my credit card would be charged. My advice is if you do decide to order the poor quality items always take a screenshot from the page they’re showing you because one morning you’ll wake up and they have just changed their terms and conditions. There’s no guarantee that what they tell you will be upheld. So at least you can use the screenshots to claim a chargeback from your credit company.

Worst shopping experience ever
I can’t believe what just happened to me the last 4 weeks. I purchased a power station and solar panel from the same seller on AliExpress, received a faulty product and requested a return and refund the same day as I received, AliExpress took a few days to approve the return request and yet due to the system error they didn’t provide the return label, after another 2-3 days they told me to find my local courier and pay the fee first and promised me will refund me later. After everything returned properly, I can see the tracking information on Evri, the item was delivered at seller’s address, but they never confirmed the receipt and I waited another 2 weeks, they finally refunded the power station money, but they never refund me the return postage. After I submitted all the evidence about how much the postage is, they said the tracking number isn’t showed on postage invoice! But that’s what Evri provided, the invoice doesn’t have the tracking number only have the order number which generated from when I made the delivery order online. This is unbelievably frustrating and disappointing! I will delete the app straight away! I lost the return postage! You manipulated my trust !

Poorly made Chinese goods.
I’ve always wanted to order from these to see what service and quality I’ll get.
I ordered 3 items from the promotional discount. Ordering was easy and the items arrived from China on time, the items were made from very poor materials and much smaller than they looked. The torch I purchased was very bright but made from cheap, noisy plastic. The charging port was very loose and feels like it would break soon.
Another item was a light. It was bright but again made from cheap, poorly put together plastic.
The last item was a nail care kit. The kit that arrived was not the same as the picture. The kit was small, the metal was very cheap and bent very easily. The scissors bent extremely easy and wouldn’t cut my nails, most of the other accessories are extremely easily.
I will never be ordering from them. Do not waste your money on poorly made Chinese items. If you do, then do not spend more than a few pounds and I wouldn’t trust any electrical goods.

I’ve only joined AliExpress recently and I had a big problem with an item I bought. The seller was less than helpful at every stage despite my providing plenty of evidence that fully supported my case.
After trying everything I could to resolve the issue I gave up and raised it with AliExpress who looked at my evidence and resolved everything very quickly indeed and I am grateful to them for that.
To me that dispute only arose because the sellers customer service was not as good as it could have been and perhaps the seller should consider refreshing the customer service team’s guidelines for the future as good customer service is the backbone of any business.
Once this was resolved I tried buying the item again with the SAME seller and this time everything went smoothly and even better the item is as good as I expected it would be and I honestly think it’s absolutely brilliant and a great upgrade to their older model. Alls well that ends well. Thanks again AliExpress.

Overall a great app ,but couple of things to be careful with is the sizing and especially with shoes,most only go to an 11 but 9 out of 10 times an 11 is actually a 10 so they come up small, if like me your an 11 you can’t go for the next size up as there isn’t one. The second thing is sometimes the quality of certain items isn’t great but with that in mind check the price ,mostly bargains galore but not everything is any cheaper than other alternatives. I have had some great bits at great prices and I have also had some rite old rubbish,under sized and poor quality,but Ali express is always happy to step in and deal with any issues and 9/10 times a full refund is issued if you’re unhappy.
Must say as an update,sizing is terrible,it’s so hit and miss,one item will be massive the next tiny both same size.
It’s starting to put me off buying anything clothing wise as I’m just giving them away due to them being untrue to size.
I don’t see how hard it is,why can’t every country follow the same sizing,at very least why can’t all the companies using Ali use the same sizing,at least we would stand a chance of finding a size that fits

I shop from AliExpress regularly and although some things are really good you have to bear in mind that some things aren’t as they seem neither. I have learnt to triple check all dimensions yourself rather than relying on pictures.
I shop from a select few sellers now for my electronic parts so I know I’m getting a good deal. Like any other selling site though there are “fake” items so don’t be surprised.
When things don’t go according to plan with your order, which is not often I must say, it can be frustrating after waiting for up-to 2+ months and the process for getting a refund could be more straightforward because it’s the buyer that has to prove they haven’t received a delivery, I mean how do you prove you haven’t got something? So I always pay with PayPal because it’s that extra piece of mind if things do go wrong.
All in all though I’ve had 98% satisfaction rate and things seem to be getting better recently too. Don’t be in a rush for things unless using the choice deal, which can take anything from 7 upto 14 days. Otherwise expect to wait around 3-9 weeks. Always check price elsewhere too because not everything is cheaper by the time you take into account tax, delivery and the time it takes to get to you.

Can be confusing to navigate.
Lots to look at but navigation not that simple. Have seen some good deals and items bought have always had good delivery times to the UK. Not sure what collecting the coins actually does though. Overall happy to browse and make the occasional purchase.

Have used Ali a lot more recently and now finding it a lot easier to find items and add to the cart. Many items ordered recently have been delivered very quickly. Impressed overall and happy to continue using.

Finding Aliexpress strangely addictive. Have bought many items since. All have been delivered and some as quickly as 6 days. Have recommended to many friends! Still find navigation a bit confusing as wanted items get diluted with others so takes more time locating what I was originally looking for and then end up spending more money…..!

Refund problem
Was ok until I bought a mobile phone the phone arrived damaged the seller wouldn’t refund and AliExpress didn’t step in to help at all I return the phone back by DHL over a month now still waiting for refund and not get any answer that are they going to refund or not AliExpress is the one provide the seller for people to shop from ain’t it should be AliExpress responsibility to help us when we have problem specially when the product arrived damaged I already lost some money on sending back the phone but now not sure if they are ever going to refund me at all big disappointment Everything is fine until you got a problem then take AliExpress long time to help me out sometimes don’t even get any help and some of the seller are very bad
So this year I had a lot of problems with AliExpress slow delivery some items waited nearly two months and order come part missing few times and broken items which uploaded photos and video but didn’t get any refund or resend their dispute team found any excuses not to refund so now I completely deleted the app and I am never shopping from AliExpress again all crooks and con men unreliable can’t trust them at all my advice found better shopping app like Temu fast delivery very reliable and very helpful nothing like AliExpress service gone right down my rating one star is even too much lol

Good app
Very smooth app , good bargains to be found . When you pay ( by card) I use a top up Visa (bread) card the money goes in to escrow . Which means the seller knows you paid but doesn't get the money until you receive the item and are happy with what you paid for. If you're not happy you can open a dispute . If you're happy confirm the transaction and Ali will pay them from escrow. I haven't had any bad merchandise so far and it's all been cheap and quality goods . If you're buying expensive things remember their are potential customs charges. Do your homework on this and talk to the seller - they're eager to help and do business! When you order the seller has to send to you in a time limit ,or the orders cancelled , but you can extend this and in general I've found a longer wait for Musical instruments than , say pendants or Bluetooth earphones. Update …..they have a buy now pay later scheme where you buy they put it on your card and when you confirm delivery they take the money. All in all an excellent app!

What Did We Do Before Ali?!
Ali Express is a wonderful site, full of items that are hard to get hold of anywhere else. Their support is excellent, the sellers are diligent and honest and the value is nearly always unbeatable. The app itself is simple to use and the only thing I’d change is the search; whereas the website allows you to search unhindered, the app projects your former searches within your current search, so if you were looking for a Tamagotchi earlier and are now looking for earrings it can get a little confusing! Fixing that would make it a 5⭐️app, imho but in terms of mobile experience it’s probably a lot easier to use the app if you’re searching on a phone. I❤️Ali!🥰
Update: Ali Express is still amazing and…despite those of us now having to pay tax due to Brex5h1t…it’s still way cheaper than Temu and all the copycats springing up. Some good news is that the shipping is way faster than it used to be thanks to Ali’s Global Shipping program which offers exceptionally good AND FREE tracked shipping over £8 from participating stores. I’m still a fan after years of use, the slightest problem has always been dealt with by instant refunds from superb customer service and the products are a tiny percentage of what you’d pay for the exact same thing elsewhere. Highest recommendation from a very happy Ali customer.😊👍

I’ve Got To Give It To Them…
So, AliExpress has a reputation, and it made me stay away from them until a couple months ago. I think it’s important to remember that really there is no ethical consumption under capitalism. Even with all that said, the range and value for money is stunning, and while shipping often takes awhile to where I am in the UK, I’ve done 4 or 5 orders at this point and there have been no unforeseen ‘issues’.
So, a reliable shopping experience. Some of the ‘gamified’ aspects I find a bit annoying, particularly as they seem buggy. That makes it doubly distracting. The app itself is fairly well put together but they could do with focusing on stability and speed for a bit. Just my thoughts.
Remember to shop responsibly … unless you’re poor. If you’re poor do what you need to do to make life bearable. Here endeth the lesson. Heheh

Variety and loads of Options
I like the easy to use app and that you can add stuff to your basket until you are ready to purchase them weeks , months , years later. I like the variety of items and options to find similar items which allows you the choice to buy what is suitable for you. The creative designs are wow and getting something unique as gifts is something I love about the AliExpress market. I have also had my disputes resolved in a timely manner without me contacting or chatting to customer care. Though items have become pricy over time and quality is something that still need to be worked on. It can be a bit tricky for a buyer when a buyer pays a lot for an advertised product but when the product arrives it looks different from the advertised goods. It will boost confidence of buyers on the app if AliExpress can try to make buyers not to pay too much money for goods that do not match the quality of goods advertised by seller.

Slow shopping
If ordering things that take so long to arrive you forget why you wanted it by the time it arrives ..and looks nothing like you thought it would this is the place to be …. Not all bad but I’m struggling to be positive…. This is an edit of original review nothing much has changed with some exceptions there’s definitely some good buys and some that ship very quickly and reliably… my latest experience has been with pagani design watches make sure you read / watch the reviews .. the 2 items I have experienced really aren’t great and there’s no returns or guarantees…3rd review…really do have to take time to check prices and don’t rely on delivery times I think there getting quicker and occasionally delivery very quick…4th review nothing really to add I’ve carried on getting carried away buying watches which seem to be getting better and definitely value for money . I love the selection
I see a lot of negative reviews on here, clearly you didn’t order with choice, choice is shippped from aliexpress’s own warehouses meaning 9/10 they will definitely arrive in the time frame given, if you order of random shops then yeah I understand you might get scammed, I’ve been scammed a lot on here but then I started buying CHOICE ONLY ITEMS. And oh my god everything has arrived and been so amazing. I love Ali, I get all of my hello kitty and Sanrio stuff from on here. The customer agents are also really nice (most of the time) I’ve had 2 or 3 lovely woman help me out and they have given me a kind experience even with the large language barrier. They always resolve items that don’t arrive or are not shipped in the time frame. I rate this app 10/10s honestly and the prices of everything is just chef kiss. I wouldn’t order from anywhere else Sanrio stuff is so expensive (unless I’m in miniso if I ever leave my home) but that is very rare.

Worst customer service for refunds or not delivered goods
I ordered 3 times, 2 delivered everything ok , but third order 14,07£ never arrived. And they never refund even i opened dispute and all. They ask client fight with courier, then curier ask client ask seller to contact them. But seller u cant contact directly. U end up again in aliexpress customer service who avoiding to refund they send u back to courier. And so on until maybe u accept loosing your money and stop commenting and be unsatisfied. Plus u cant open a dispute if order is not marked as completed ( delivered) by your own fingers. So you are forced to mark completed just to try open dispute according to their procedure even u dont agree as is still not delivered. Otherwise u cant open request for refund. Then they ask proof with stamp from courier who they will never give u or is very hard to get as u cant contact directly anyway. Just seller can. Is absolutely ridiculous. To put clients theough all this since they paid and never received anything and they get no money back. Then of course this review i add will never be published of course.

App needs to move with the times
Generally, I’m pleased with AliExpress, however there are a number of issues that require resolution:
Firstly, in this day and age, any app ported from a phone to an iPad should always allow viewing in Landscape mode - it’s how 99% of iPad users watch their screens.
Next - and this is a real annoyance - you will often see a picture of something up for sale with a very tempting price, but it’s only after you have clicked several times that you discover the advertised price relates to a completely different item; I know of many people who have fallen foul of this and not realised until the wrong goods have been delivered - often weeks later. This is ‘bait and switch’ and. at its best, treads the line between a dubious marketing technique and outright deception.
There appears to be no policing of counterfeit items. Don’t get me wrong - I’m not complaining about fake Rolexes, which are all part of the buying experience, but electronic goods which have lower-spec chips and circuitry than the original item. These can be desperately unsafe or work very poorly through design flaws.
In-app feedback/star ratings are often completely made-up reviews, and often obviously relate to entirely different merchandise.
In terms of keeping a buyer informed re delivery status however, AliExpress gets a very high rating from me - much better than eBay.

REALLY BAD .
I am having so many anxiety attacks right now. I’m fifteen and family is quite short with money but I decided to buy a few small silly Christmas gifts since I never have before. I spent about 100 pound from my past birthdays that I got from over 3years. I accidentally had put my address in wrong without realising and everything already started to go through. They all got sent from abroad and now they all just say “Delivery Failed” and something about there being not enough information, I’ve redid my address properly now however, they’re all staying as undeliverable and I cannot change this, refund or even send back anything. I cannot contact anyone through the app, all my messages have gone unread, and basically I have lost that 100pound and cannot get it back. I tried to put in my email, but it said I already had an account with it, I’ve never made another account with it so I don’t know how to fix that. I tried again and again, trying to see if I could logout to see the other account with my email but ‘delete account’ was the only option which I can’t do or I know I have lost my money forever. I’m very scared because I know how mad my dad will be at me.

The sellers
I’ve purchased many items from this site and some of them are really good quality and value unfortunately I’ve also received some really bad products that I’ve requested refunds for although items individually are good value for money you have to spend £8.00 or more per order to receive the free delivery but still adds tax on to every total cost of the order so to receive items in a timely manner or wait up to 2 months and pay £1.99 + tax per item for them to be delivered and so when purchasing I normally do multiple items to receive sooner but sometimes it’s just not worth the few £s so if you want to receive a quality version of the product you’ll have to pay for the more expensive version so in the long term you’re not really saving money. Yes it’s easy to receive a refund on some products but can take weeks to receive and on some items the sellers won’t refund unless you send the product back at your own cost which will take weeks and costs a lot more than you’ve purchased it for and probably more than its worth. So buying can be worth it at times but also not worth it, so be prepared to pay less but possibly pay more if you’re unlucky enough to receive an item you like to be refunded for

Many scammers on here , the worst ones are the customer service.
Although ordering from Aliexpress is generally safe Beware! I have bought safely through this app quite a lot and 8/10 times what I ordered has turned up, great for little things that are a few quid and not a concern monetarily. I’d have given it a 5 but Customer service is horrendous If you have a dispute Aliexpress customer service are terrible, they are very much, Rogue, Aliexpress are quite prepared to blatantly lie, I do know they are reported for fraud very often, so buy things on a card that has insurance because you’ll need it. The app itself is ok, works fine with few bugs, again though, getting hold of Aliexpress customer service through the App is very difficult and can leave you feeling Vulnerable, especially when disputing counterfeit items and I assure you there are a lot, Aliexpress staunchly deny being involved however!, under this I feel Aliexpress are complicit in the sale of counterfeit goods, you get this feeling when engaging in disputes. Update. I will refrain from buying anything really expensive from Ali Express because recently the customer service don’t even bother replying

Ali Express App
Great App but could do with much improvement as with all things in life. Perhaps (1): the Wishlist could be allowed to cater for more Files to place items into. Also (2): The cart could do with more items to be allowed into it, while browsing. At the moment it’s quite annoying when you’re notified that you cannot add anything else into the cart cause the limit has been exceeded. I’m only browsing so allow me to window shop and put items of interest aside before I shortlist and chose the ones I will finalise and purchase. (3) Size: The app should allow customers to easily pick sizes of items in UK, EUROPE or USA sizes for all men & women clothing and shoes i.e please use the universal sizing that many are familiar with. At the moment, trying to determine the size of Clothes & Shoes from the different sellers is such a cumbersome almost laborious task as they all seem to be different. One standard sizing please. Preferably in UK, Europe or USA size.

I’m obsessed with AliExpress
I’ve been buying from AliExpress since 2012 and I honestly can’t believe how much money I’ve saved over the years. The best part is that I always manage to find unique pieces and people are asking me where I got it from, when I post on social media or when people see me wearing it on the streets. I literally buy pretty much everything I need in my life. I always tell people that the only thing I didn’t find on AliExpess is a human being. However, someone you is not familiar with the site might quickly get scammed. So, my advice is to always read the reviews as this is the best way to see what the items looks like once the customer received it. Another thing is to always buy from good rated stores, for example with over 90%. Check the stars next to the store name too ( I only buy if the store has 4 or 5 stars). Another tip is to check how long the store has been selling on AliExpress, the longer the better. Anyway with time, you’ll love it.

First time I’d used the site and I was worried that my money wouldn’t be safe or that the product would be rubbish or not delivered at all. Very pleasantly surprised, I have to say, with the whole experience. All the products have been value for money and it’s possible to buy a premium product for a very good price. Some of the cheap tools are just that, but they can’t be expected to perform like a premium branded hand tool for the price paid. They are often a means to dip your feet into a particular hobby before splashing out on top quality branded tools you might use once or twice. All in all I like the product range, the whole process is straightforward, the products arrive when they say they will and often ahead of time. No problems in recommending using the site. I will certainly use it again.

Do Your Research!
There are many dodgy sellers on AliExpress, as there are on eBay. You can easily get stitched up if you shop anywhere and expect something that’s too good to be true. There are however, some great and honest sellers who sell quality products. I know this may sound obvious, but check the photos carefully. If the shop is full of images from all different places, it’s a red flag. For a first purchase with a seller, only buy something that has photo reviews (then later you can help others by adding your own!) and of course check the feedback percentage. I’ve shopped with Ali for several years now and am a diamond member. When things have gone wrong I’ve been given refunds quickly. Just use common sense and be polite and all should be good. Honestly, I’ve been burnt more on eBay…

Network crisis
It functions ok but you must be extremely carful as disputes aren’t always reliable and there never appears to be a contact option to AliExpress. Many sellers will scam either through lies on the product or tricking users to close a dispute as only one can be opened even make refund offers of 0$ to conclude their problems of needing to make a refund as many products seem to go missing in the post, some still refund but only after forcing to get a 5star review to hide their failure. AliExpress combine products together later in delivery but this can causes errors of items being combined with the wrong persons other purchase so sent to the wrong address/customer. The post constantly gets sent to a different country to some how save shipping prices but cause deliveries to take an extremely long time to arrive if they don’t go missing in the post abroad yet AliExpress tracking looses track as it states the product has reached its destination country even if it’s still months before arriving in the correct country but doesn’t seem to track after arriving through customs in the first country and picked up by their postal services. All packages are given a set number of days to arrive but it automatically declares it has been delivered when this ends only giving 15days to open disputes yet they often favour more sellers than customers over disputes of all kinds !!

Not as good as it was
I have been a customer for around 5 years but in the last year Ali has not been as good as it was. Seller’s don’t answer questions , also a few items I have bought the shop has closed days later the seller isn’t answering and the tracking isn’t working. Ali won’t let you open a dispute for 10 day’s after allegedly posting then give seller another 10 day’s to answer dispute! Not great when you want your money back!!. Even then takes ages to go back to your account if you win dispute over a month if things go well maybe longer . Another problem is the added tax it’s even added on postage , which makes it expensive. I have been looking for items only with free shipping and there is not much of that . Overall I don’t shop as much as I did . Only shopping if I need it and that’s after checking all English site’s what’s the point of waiting if the saving is small or even no saving at all??. Thing’s are going from bad to worse. There is no longer live customer service advisor to help with your problem or very limited live customer service advisors instead there is a robot called Eva. If your questions are not in her database you just go round and round in circles. Sadly there is no way to transfer to live customer service. It’s terrible I’ll be shopping even less with Ali.

Good, but could be more fair!
I love AliExpress, however as a loyal costumer I am disappointed that the coin system is a fraud! I have 2000 coins and they are pointless! I cannot earn anything with them or pay items by using that balance. As a platinum costumer I believe costumers deserve to have more discounts, promos and coupons. Also a lot of stores are making people pay (like myself) for extra money after purchase is completed for the item to be delivered! This is pure blackmailing! Sending links saying “pay extras” this is a scam! AliExpress must stop this or they will loose many many costumers and money, overall AliExpress must improve their coin system making costumers happier by being able to actually save money, not with fake games! And stop the extra fees after payment is completed! This is scam and AliExpress does not need to do these things, I’m sure you have more than enough money as a company, specially if you help more and more your costumers will buy more and you will have so much more costumers, you don’t have to scam us to earn more money! It’s okay to shop here. Been buying a lot of stuffs from AliExpress. Some are really lovely but some are on cheap quality! One has to be prepared. I been disappointed quite a few times but that’s just how it is when you buy online. I’d been enjoyed part of it so far. I really need to insist to the sellers. Please can you check on your “BUYERS MESSAGE TO THE SELLERS” when they make payments? Because in so many occasions, I placed several orders for one item with a specified message to the seller upon payment. They sent me all same colors when I very kindly asked them to send me different colors! This happens to me here so many times! Eg. 4 trousers in 4 different colors, but came just one color! 7 earrings in different colors but arrived all in black. So frustrating and disappointing! Ali express From a Brit
This app is great it many ways but one.
Delivery isn’t as long a wait as you think it will be priced the way they should be for the most part I have ordered over 50 items and I’ve only had one not show up I asked for a refund immediately and within 5 days it was back in my bank. Majority of things I have bought have been picture accurate, but please keep in mind I have never ordered clothes from this site so god knows the quality of those. As long as you are buying relatively small and cheap things. You won’t pay much for shipping. And generally things won’t get caught up in customs (fingers crossed) sometimes parcels say “held at customs” found that this happens when they ship both your orders in one bag or you buy something like liquid. But if you wait You should be alright.

A huge selection of goods and easy to search & use app
Clothing purchase are a bit difficult with their sizes (too short) & fittings sometimes. Some sellers based their closing products in western sizes, contact the seller if in doubt before placing an order. I’m generally happy with my purchases and have brought many more things for around the house and is completely happy with how easy to place orders via the app. Vast selection of sellers to choose from & some delivery are surprisingly fast considering the distance. Customer service ensures no show items are satisfactory resolved. All items are tracked and even though some items arriving slowly, majorly are within a few weeks. Like all online shopping experience spend time to review the items before buying. So in all I do shop with confidence using this app.

I’m a happy bunny!
I have been ordering goods from AliExpress for two years and I always look forward to getting my packages. I have mainly bought things for nails, arts and crafts, and some jewellery. It is incredibly rare that I have felt disappointed. Out of the 400 hundred+ little (and some large) packages that I have received it has only happened a couple of times. Also it is very rare for something to get lost in the post, which in any case is not the fault of the seller. Even during the early days of the pandemic when delivery was slower I was able to follow the packages on the tracking information to check their progress. If something happens to get lost you can open a dispute to get your money returned. After my laptop broke I downloaded the app to my iPhone and I now do all of my browsing and purchasing on AliExpress on the app. It is easy to use and very convenient. I was concerned before that I wouldn’t be able to see the products well enough and that there wouldn’t be the same amount of information about the products. However, my fears were unfounded and I found that I actually preferred it to the computer, especially because AliExpress has invested so much in the app to make it easy to use. Try it ! It does not disappoint.

I love AliExpress!
I've ordered a lot of stuff from AliExpress (roughly 40+ items), including clothes, nail products (mainly polygel and dip powders), make-up, phone cases and craft equipment (diamond art). You do have to wait a minimum of about two weeks for delivery to the UK, but once you see the quality of the stuff, you really won't mind waiting. I've only had 2 items not arrive but have had full refunds from the sellers. The majority of my purchases have arrived within 2-3 weeks but I have had to wait nearly 2 months for a couple of things. I don't mind this though because as the weeks pass, I have forgotten what I've ordered and so every package is a nice surprise! 😆 The majority of items are free postage as well so you can't really complain about waiting times. I've also never had a purchase arrive broken or damaged in any way so that's always a massive plus! When ordering clothing, keep in mind that Chinese sizes are a lot smaller than most countries and so you will definitely need to size up. I'm a size 8/10 and usually buy an XL or XXL depending on how I want it to fit (I like the baggy, oversized look) and even then a couple of the items have fit like a small to medium.

The price change when selecting color or country of origine, by the way ; How does the buyer knows the country of origin? my last delivery arrive ok but the packaging was all crushed and broken! so I am affraid to buy any more fragile item! Some pictures are too beautifull to be true! I mean it is most of the time better picture than the imitation they will send to you , and yes sadely , not all the sellers are honest! The robots have limitations and often cannot understand your queries.

From GB , customs fees are up ! This is to discourage me to buy online from abroad! Also , deliveries are sometimes very slow because of long periode of transit! But, when the item is not delivered, AliExpress may help with remboursements of lost parcels, That help! Iwont recommend you to buy more than one item per order, you may not receive more than one and the system make no difference, so ... With Ali app, you have some funny games , but you ll never win big! Even if sometimes the app keep showing me items selected and paid before! I really enjoy this app and have bought some great items. Shipping can be slow but many of my items arrived within two to three weeks which I am very happy about. I have been shopping here for a few years and like it more than Wish etc. I am a little upset about the tax increases due to the import duty implemented by my country (uk) recently but still items are far cheaper than elsewhere. A few items have been bad or simply not arrived at all but I have been refunded each time. I like shopping from sellers who have a lot of photo reviews from previous customers. I find many sellers to be friendly and approachable when asking questions. The app itself is easy to use and has a few fun features; playing games to win coins and vouchers for example. One of the more unique aspects is finding an item by using image search. I have bought handbags, jewellery, craft supplies, clothes, cosmetic brushes, utensils, accessories for my phone and car, pretty much anything under the sun! The only thing I would not purchase from here would be cosmetics or items for very young children but this is a personal preference.

Best App Ever!
I absolutely love Ali express! I am usually dubious ordering online when I’m not familiar with the seller but this app is fantastic and very easy to use, I used to shop on eBay for clothes but found sizing and quality were not up to scratch and the selection is not as extensive. Absolutely beautiful clothes which for the price are fantastic quality ! reviews from other buyers are so helpful and point you in the right direction I have even bought some lovely things for my daughter who is 7 and usually river island is our one stop shop but as I say the quality and price on Ali express is second to none. The only downside is as the sellers mainly ship from China or the US delivery can take a while so that should be taken into account, I have had some things that have been delivered within 2 weeks and other items I’m still waiting on some I ordered maybe 4 weeks ago so I think it depends on the individual seller. Amazing service even in the middle of a global pandemic!

Ridiculously long
If you’re a very impatient person like me I wouldn’t recommend this app, I have ordered 2 products on there so far. I ordered a phone case and it arrived after several weeks. it took so long to arrive I totally forgot I ordered it. I ordered a bracelet on the 9th of September and it is now the 21st of October and it’s still not here. The package tracking seems inaccurate it hardly ever changes it stays on one stage for weeks. When tracking my bracelet once a week it says “left country of origin” and it’s been like that for a long time there’s no updates of what’s happening with the package. Not a good place to buy a gift because it’s not guaranteed it’ll come on time. You could order something a month and half or even 2 months before someones birthday and it could still arrive late because it’s coming from China. I’m convinced majority of products sold on Ali express come from China. Yes the products are good quality but the waiting is unbearable. Several weeks for a little silver bracelet is ridiculous and I won’t be ordering from Ali express again. You’re better off ordering from eBay or other online stores where your packages arrive in 2 weeks maximum. Also when trying to get in contact with the seller I never get the answer I’m looking for and never actually talk to an actual person, it’s always a bot that gives automatic replies with information that isn’t useful to me. It’s almost impossible to solve problems through messages.

I LOVE THIS APP
I’ve had this app for over three years now and have been ordering hundreds of things 99.9% of the time I do get my parcels there’s been two or three cases where they haven’t showed up but it’s expected with postal services, there is some dodgy looking products on here and I do recommend reading reviews if there isn’t many don’t buy it, they have a coin system as rewards for doing little tasks like leaving a photo reviews, you can then exchanging coins for coupons so you can almost get free products!! The more items you order overtime will level up your ‘shopping’ rank so you can get more discounts on selected items. I also feel like AliExpress has a good algorithm, my main page for change and show items similar to ones that I have recently been searching - overall I love this app and don’t know what I’d do with out it

Very disappointed
The seller was supposed to ship the item from Germany and demanded less than 3 pounds for the shipment. Big surprise - got it sent from the USA, with a FedEx duty and tax invoice demanding a payment worth half of the item’s price. This obviously wasn’t stated on the product’s description. AliExpress money back guarantee is a hoax, they refused to return me my money and said that my item has been signed by someone who received it on behalf of me, while still being at the customs. I’m confused. The 2 links sent by FedEx, demanding me to pay the tax don’t work and the FedEx customer service is either very busy or totally unavailable. So, I paid for the product and delivery, received it from a totally different continent and now I’m expected to pay the tax for an item someone signed for me through a link that doesn’t work and the FedEx customer service seems useless. It’s a headache, I’m very appalled by this experience

Wow what can I say? Will I use to use wish there ok but then I discovered AliExpress. I was a bit dubious but after I place my first order, to test the waters. I found that AliExpress has won me over the quality of the goods is very good, but what has really done it for me is the communication. All the way through from start to finish I was getting updates. Now at first I thought it was normal like the others out there, and normally once it has left it’s original country that’s when communication stops but with AliExpress as soon as our postal service received it I was informed and within a couple of days I had report that it had cleared customs and was on way to be delivered I have never before had that much communication and it took a massive weight off my mind as before with others it was ether late or would not even show up. So well done I’ll be using this company again and again.

Definitely Worth Using If You Have Patience...
I have purchased several items from this site, and it is in fact now the only place I buy my fountain pens from (I use fountain pens for writing, calligraphy and drawing so I have a large collection of them), as I have purchased pens from UK retailers priced in the £10-£30 range that are out performed by pens from AliExpress that literally cost e £1.31 including shipping (and no that decimal is not in the wrong place!) Literally the only con I can find to using this site is the extended delivery times (on average items take 2-8 weeks to arrive), but shipping is usually free and the item is coming from china. I have no issue waiting for my items to arrive as the wait is worth the money saved and the quality of the items (Please keep in mind I have very little experience buying anything other than fountain pens).
If you are unsure, I would recommend that you purchase a cheap item as a trial run and see how you get on, i did and I have been using the site now for over a year and have many happy transactions under my belt with literally zero issues (so far - touch wood - I don’t want to jinx myself lol). So in short, buy something cheap to try it, with thousands of items for a £1 and under with free shipping what have you got to lose? Apart from a pound of course, but you’ll lose more than that down the back of your sofa!!!

an awesome app for shopping
You can find all kinda products here from very low prices, most with no shipping(some do) cost at all. In some store or online you have to spend certain amount of money to be eligible for free shipping however you can order from Ali express as little as £1 and get free delivery. It is not like WISH at all. Wish charges for delivery of every product that's why I don't like shopping in wish. Shopping with AliExpress has been like a habit. It's very convenient for me. If you are a shopaholic like me who likes buying little things such as mobile and fashion accessories, clothes and shoes. You can try buying from AliExpress. Some products quality may be little lower however you can check reviews from thousands of other buyers before purchasing ( which I reckon). Deliveries may take from 2-6 weeks in the UK however It can be delivered quicker or later than that depending on regions. One more thing I like about AliExpress is that you can contact the seller if you have any concerns and worries about the product. Well so far, it has been a really good experience shopping with AliExpress.
