Highly recommended

This an app that has a sound basis in human biomechanics, taught in straightforward easy-to-understand modules. It made a difference to my low back pain after the first day, and has taught me exercises to continue with to prevent a relapse. Worth every penny

Excellent App. Clear and easy to follow instructions, with good video tutorials. Instantly relieved my lower back and hip pain. Really feel this is helping to improve my overall core strength. Would recommend this app to anybody in need of some instant relief from lower back and hip pain.
