Great even though it’s not the full version!

So like, I wanted to learn Japanese ready for my holiday in Japan and needed an app that preferably had Romaji (Japanese words spelt out in English letters) rather than katakana or hiragana (あア like this). So this had that right away aswell as hiragana and katakana equivalents so if you are stuck reading something in Japanese then BAM you can search it up on the app! Although there are some useful words that I would love to use with pro... the free part is certainly not lacking - it has all the basic words necessary for getting round in Japan.

Very helpful

I’ve had it around 2 weeks and I go on it every night for a while and I am now able to say a paragraph and impress my friends. I’m so happy this app exists and I think the price for pro is good as the app makers need and deserve money

This app is great, I have learnt a lot! This app is very helpful for keeping up with anime and manga's without waiting for the subtitled version. The only minor difficulty I have is upgrading to pro, but it is a small price to pay for learning a language. Thanks.

I've tried many Japanese language apps on the App Store, and after trying out these variety of different apps, I have to say this is the best one. It offers not only important daily used Japanese speech, but also the way it's pronounced and spelt. Great!

Great! But there's a problem…

I really love this app, it's helped me in so many ways, but the latest update has stopped the app from working.

Whenever I got onto the app, the app is stuck on a loading symbol and you can't press anything.

Great potential, but inaccurate

The app works great! I love the functionality and the fact that it works offline. However, being an avid reader and learner of the Japanese language, I have noticed many times that your Romanji spellings are inaccurate, wrongly educating people.

Great app and it works offline. A notepad in app that allowed you to write phrases and then either translate them or just to store a phonetically written Japanese saying etc would be great too!

Great, but needs just one thing :)

Good app, all words are correct (from what I know of)

But obviously not all words are there and I like to use my favourite list to keep track of all the words I've learnt, so I want to be able to add my own words, so until then it's only a four star rating from me. Other than that it is an easy to use app and worth downloading to learn japanese.

Great

This app is the best out there and I have tried several I've had it about a week and have learnt 1 to 99 thanks to it. The only criticism I have is even with pro you don't get elements and compounds like oxygen and thermite (I only used thermite as an example) and if these where added in to the pro version which they may well be working on I would happily recommend it to all my friends and peers as I know they want to learn Japanese.
