Excellent broker and app

I have been searching for so long for a broker this good. Low commissions, low minimum entries with leverage and more than 15,000 instruments to trade! Really good app also, very smooth and clear to understand. Can honestly not recommend this broker and the app enough! 5 stars!

Rubbish

It is not as simple as on your website, if you want to place a bet on "speed market", you have to scroll up and down to select a market to bet, just waste a lot of time, if you place multiple bet, but it is very simple to place a bet on your website, if your click "select market", a list of market just there, you just select one without scroll up and down!

Everytime you come out of the app and then go back in say a minute later the app crashes and then you have to log back in every time. Can this please be sorted as it is annoying

Excellent App

Easy to use app, spreadex customer service is second to none, if you're unsure of anything at all give them a call and they're all more than happy to help.

IT'S CRAP

This version worse than the last. Charting is rubbish. Don't even have an iPad app. Useless... #GetWithTheTimes

Unusable

The price shown on the trading screen often doesn't change while you are putting your trade and stop levels in resulting in an out of time price & missed trades as a result. The charts are horrible to look at & lack interactivity. Apps from competitors such as City Index & SP Markets are much more user friendly.

Doesn't refresh the markets.

The app would be good if it was refershing itself. I lost quite a lot of money as the app didn't show live positions.

Tried this now they've gone 24/7 and it's actually not bad. Pretty straightforward most markets and charts good to Needs prices when you're logged out like IG but I was impressed

Awful

You guys clearly haven't used other spread betting apps. This is the worst one I have seen, it takes ages to close your position. Spreadex itself is an average firm. How comes their markets close at 9 pm when trading is 24 hours.

Useful little tool

Well laid out, and pretty quick to get to markets. My main gripe is when it loses connection on the tube . Other than that can't fault it.

Excellent, reliable app.

I have been using Spreadex's app since its inception. I am very pleased with its functionality and reliability, especially in comparison to the abysmal efforts of some of the other companies (try harder ETX). I am not technology minded but I have found it straightforward to navigate.

My only criticism, albeit a minor one, is that I have to switch to Google News to do my market research as opposed to having it built in. Although I have mentioned this to my Account Manager and he has referred this to their team.

Excellent app

...in so many ways. User interface is good and clearly has had a lot of time put into making it simple and usable. Only suggestion I would make is that it is very difficult to keep charts in landscape full screen mode, they keep wanting to revert. Perhaps this is something to do with how the iPhone positioning widgets have been used in the programming - many other apps use the switching to horizontal more successfully so I'm sure it can be tweaked. Great work development team - this app will keep me with spreadex!

Been a client for years and finally they've built an app. Quick and easy to manage positions, and I particularly like the design. This mobile platform is a good compliment to what Spreadex already offers. Top marks

Spreadex review

I have been trading with spreadex for a few years now and it's about time they released a trading app. Initial impressions are that it looks sharp has all te functions I want and it's easy to use.

Worth the wait? Probably not, but a great app all the same.

Overall, very impressed! The app had a few minor issues preventing me accessing my watch list but with their latest version this bug seems to have been fixed.
