A good place to start. I have learnt a lot of useful words and phrases. However, I now realise that it doesn't always provide both formal and informal options, which are important to know if you want to make a good impression!

Great App!
A really good app, perfect for learning simple phrases and very helpful with the tap and speak feature. I want to go to Uni in Italy and I found this app gave me a good foundation of Italian words and phrases. Would definitely recommend to people starting to learn this beautiful language.

So easy to learn no Internet needed so u can use anywhere! Has most of the words you would need when visiting Italy, I rate this app highly.

This is a great little programme to start to learn and at a great price, easy to use and understand

It's free, so can't fault it too much.
But there are some glaring admissions. The greetings section doesn't include "good morning", "good afternoon" or "good night".
The biggest thing I'd change, is to get rid of the default "speak" option. I was trying to learn some, and if I want reminding what something is, it'd be nice to have both English and Italian visible on screen (written down), and then tap to speak.
