Fits a gap perfectly

Impressive software that is a no nonsense user friendly. Perfect for when I'm at my exhibitions as customers details are all stored in one place. Tickles customers when they are asked to sign for their order on the iPad :)

What's with the $ ?

Good app, very limited in trial mode and quite expensive otherwise. And now their app icon is a $. So they're obviously not too fussed about us here in the UK, so i would use something else if I were you.

Best app for small businesses on iPad hands down

I have spent months testing each app on AppStore and the only major feature this app lacks is SMS payment due reminders to customers ... However there are probably only couple of apps that even offer this feature and they are not very well built... And maybe some improved invoice templates but that's just me being fussy...

The invoiceasap icon on AppStore does not do justice to the quality of the app ...you really have to try to see how sophisticated and we'll structure the app is....

These designers have really outdone themselves although their presentation has been poor and most likely this has caused users to steer away from the app....

Fantastic app!!

Fantastic app. We use it to invoice and confirm payment to customers for small call out charges, up to £200. Instantly able to send email while in customers premises. Would highly recommend. Robert Adam, Adam Gas Ltd.

The Perfect Choice

This is a 5 star App, anyone that disagrees obviously download it to try out other things with it. I am a web designer. Now I can take a payment and provide a receipt to my clients inbox instantly in front of them.

Invoicing overall will become much more simple. Import your clients from contacts and if your products are already loaded onto the app you can send them an invoice within a few clicks.

In admin you can see estimates, sales receipts and invoices paid and unpaid.

This app makes selling even easier as paperwork is dramatically reduced with invoices, receipts etc.

Potential to get paid faster also with PayPal button included in your invoices!

Support for the app is ACE. I emailed and had a reply within 5 mins.

Word of warning

I thought that this would be great for invoicing on the move, a word of warning, I have found that the company are impossible to communicate with and when I requested they close my account they are still taking payments with no option to stop this myself when logged in, not to mention there is no reminder when your trial time is up. The App does not yet provide what we would need from it in order for this to be of any use to our company. I will be making a complaint to the apple store about Invoice ASAP.

Couldn't get passed the 3rd screen & kept crashing. It wouldn't let me change the currency from USD. So I thought I'd trial it with USD & it still didn't work. Rubbish rubbish rubbish. Apple should remove this from the App Store.

Well they fixed it so it don't crash no more on ios 6 but now you get less free features then before.... Saying you got to upgrade to get them, two days ago they were free ie customer signature etc

This app is total rubbish. Will not even let me register. Using ios6. Which is a shame as my friend has got it and it works fine for him. :-( I have to give this one star. If I didn't have to I wouldn't.

Not usable in UK

Unfortunately the invoice does not allow the VAT to be shown, it only displays tax which is not enough. Also there is a legal requirement to add my VAT number which is again not possible. Would be great for US but not for UK. Will stick to remote connection to my PC for invoicing on the move.

Removing this

It's not clear from the description but I was prompted with a logon/create account screen. I did not want an online app so I did not continue.

I might be wrong but I wanted the system to be fully iPhone app.

Top App - this is what Apps should be like

I downloaded this for a means to print out receipts for customers / email them receipts. This app does it all, can even keep track of off the products I have for sale.

NB : after installing this and creating my first receipt in a matter of minutes, I emailed the author to ask if he had plans to allow change currency - the author explained how.

Go to Manage Account / Dashboard - this opens safari. Go to edit settings and there we have it!!!! Awesome

Just what I was looking for

Cracking app that I stumbled accross by chance. A must for anyone wanting to keep track of a sale ledger or sales order processing system on the go. very easy to use. A couple of clicks and you've created and sent your invoice. Far easier than anything else I've come accross.
