No good for families - cannot search by number of guests
This app has a terrible search function. You cannot filter deals by number of guests which means if you have children it’s totally useless. You have to search for the deal and then select number of guests which mostly results in the deal being unavailable.

Don’t know my password. Pressed Reset Password. Received an email with a link. Followed the link to the website homepage. No option to remember or reset password. I think they just push everyone to sign in with Facebook which I would never do for privacy reasons. Appalling and very disappointing service :(

Straight forward
Travel Zoo takes the hassle out of looking for a holiday with the best deals. It’s difficult to find what you want with more and more choice, and the world being more accessible now. Holidays
I have probably been on 20 holidays with travelzoo.
From long haul to Cuba and Mexico to city breaks in Europe and weekends in the UK.
They have always been good quality and offered excellent value for money. I recommend it all the time and frankly is the unpaid salesman!
One holiday I was caught in a hurricane and boy was I pleased that I had bought into a package holiday at that point.
I’m in love with Travelzoo and if you are like me, the inveterate traveller you will love it too!

Great for good value holidays
I always check out my messages from Travelzoo - this gives me some great offers and some places to look at that I perhaps would not have considered previously. I have used the site to book 6 holidays / stay cations in the last 12 months. Travelzoo please keep sending me your great offers, but please can you let me know hours before everybody else !

Travelzoo amazing
We love this site, we are retired and able to enjoy the delights of some of the deals on offer. We have used numerous 4* Hotels and great eating places, looking forward to our next trip towards the end of the month for our Wedding Anniversary. The Lakes is our favourite place and we enjoyed Scarborough last year, we try to do a few days every month or two.
If I am not sure I always check out Trip advisor etc for reviews and most have great ratings, what more could you want for great reductions. bring it on.

Booked through Travelzoo website, made an error when booking basically priced up for the Friday changed my mind for the Saturday but when I booked and paid it was for the Friday!!! Oops rang Travelzoo spoke to call centre in USA said yes ok we can change that?? Nothing after a few days so rang again during office hours a UK based agent sorted there and then with no extra charged and had a fabulous weekend in Hallmark Gloucester!!!

Review about Virgin Wines
Cannot find how to review on Virgin Wines site. Don't buy the box of wine. Absolute rubbish. Not a wine expert by any stretch of imagination, but know a ropey wine when I encounter it! The whole box was a disappointing, waste of time. One by one bottles were opened, tasted, exclaimed at (@"&!?!) When I received email, as now I was part of a 'club', I was quickly exited at my request. I advised the operator of my reasons. He had a word with his manager, nothing they could do. Apology given. Looking at other reviews, it seems I was the exception to the case. Unlucky I guess.

Italian holiday
Had an amazing holiday to Sorrento with Travel Zoo, The hotel was a small hotel clean friendly staff and good food, at a very reasonable price. I was very sceptical at first thinking it would be a bit ropey along with the lines you get what you pay, but if far exceeded my expectations.
Now Travel is my go to holiday company.
