Cannot get any sound despite raising the volume up to the maximum, checking IPad’s setting and trying the app on different device. Nothing but silence. Would like my money back if not resolved..

Suddenly stopped working
My son has had this app for a few years but now it has suddenly stopped working. It crashes almost every time he tries to open it and then when it does eventually open, there is no sound!
I have even been on your website and it suggests that the device may be the problem, and to click through for iOS help sheets - but there are none!
Needless to say, my son is very upset.
Edit: in my efforts to resolve the issue, I appear to have rectified the sound problem. My son had inadvertently put it on mute from the control centre. However, it still keeps crashing more often than not.

Great game for the kids but crashes
My autistic son loves this game but like others have said lately it keeps crashing on startup (iPad mini latest IOS). it’s not been updated for a year so I doubt it will ever get fixed!!

Perfect for toddlers
My 5 year old grandson is really taken by this app. He loves postman pat and loves playing this especially the farm game and flying the helicopter.

No updates since 2013?
Literally crap deleted it after watching my little one struggle to make it work! Shes a huge fan of postman pat so its a shame this is the only postman pat game on offer but if not even being looked after and updated why not just take off the app store??!!! Shouldn't be on especially as a paid app!! Waste of £2! Wouldn't even be a good free game!!

Too many bugs, otherwise would be excellent
Could be a great set of games but there are several bugs that make it a bit frustrating and confusing for my son to play (the fixes in ted glens garage don't always match and pats helicopter deliveries are a bit random, plus a few other minor things) that make this game a bit of a disappointment, otherwise it's a great game and would have given it 5 stars.

Could be a good game - BUT - music has a massive bug making it unplayable with sound. The fact that developers know of this but can't be bothered to fix it says a lot about P2 Games Ltd. FIX IT?

Sort the music
Excellent game, my three coming on four year old loves this it! Teds garage, we sometimes can't find the last item to mend, bit annoying but the music arggg the more you play games the more times it plays over itself, it's a short piece of music anyway so grates on your nerves. Can turn off sound if your little one will let you (mine won't). Would have been a 5 star if not for the music

Please sort the music, it starts good till you start a game and then three tunes at once go of spd song, otherwise this app is great my son loves it, he a big fan of anything postman pat but for us adults sort the music and for kids who love to sing along

Crashes while loading
What a waste of money, used to work ok but now doesn't even load. Was my sons favourite game. Now just a waste of memory space. Honestly very disappointing.

Postman Pat fails to deliver
A great app, whilst it worked, now it fails to load and frustrates my little girl.....a complete waste of £1.99. How can I get a refund?? I've deleted, and re-installed to find the same issues. Until these glitches are sorted, it should not be available to buy !!!!!

My GOD the music is THE most annoying ever. It glitches so you hear it all. The. Time. On a round, "special delivery service" please, for the love of all that is good, sort out the music.

32 year old couldn't even figure out
Just got this for my son for being good at school this week. Says for 5 and under but I'm 32 and even it was abit complicated for me. My son can't read so unless I read what to do to him he has no idea!! Waste of 1.99 will stick to fireman sam!

This is a kids game, right? In the garage scene there are NO help or hints and my boy just got frustrated that the clock was ticking and NOBOBY could find anything 'wrong' with Pat's van - and this was the easy one!!! It's a bit clunky, with a few good bits

3 year old son bored after 15 minutes
I feel sad to waste £2 on this game. It only kept my son quiet for 15 minutes only and he told me he was bored of it. I sure when I bought it 20 minutes ago there was no reviews and now I wish I read the reviews! Put it this way, there is better ways to spend £2!

Very disappointing
The other games of this nature from p2 have generally been excellent but this one is very disappointing. The games are difficult to play and require knowledge of things like numbers or the ability to read complicated rules. Completely useless for a preschooler.

This game is not intuitive at all. The games are hard to play and even on easy and my 3 year old gets very frustrated. I am 34 and use computers a lot but I find the 'Ted Glenn's garage' game totally confusing.

Played in iPad
I'm a big fan of the P2 games as I feel the selection of mini games represent good value for money. This is no exception and on the iPad has lovely graphics. There are also different levels of difficulty so my 2 year old and 5 year old can both play.

Great graphics, but many games are just 'a drag'
I bought this for my 2.5 year old because, inexplicably, he loves the newfangled Postman Pat. My wife and I find that the slick CGI characters detract from the charm of the original series and the writers and producers seem to be trying just too hard with politically-correct and ethnically- and socially diverse characters. However, in this respect, the game is 100% faithful to the episodes themselves, so we can hardly complain. I found that there is very little challenge in any of the games beyond simplistic dragging of objects. The slick graphics can't hide the facile nature of the games, I'm afraid.
It's o.k. but the boy prefers the JCB app.

Great for postman pat fans
My son is 3 and he plays it on the iPhone and iPad easily. Yes it can be a bit tricker on the iPhone but still usable and great fun. Some of the games are aimed at older children, but this means I'll get value for money as will last him longer.

This is a great game. The kids love it and find it easy to play and want to keep on playing it. I see some bad reviews here which i really don't understand. Well worth buying if you love postman pat.

Touch response is ABYSMAL on iPhone / iPod Touch
This is a nice looking game but has obviously been designed with the iPad in mind. Most of the text labels are too small to read properly on the iPhone / iPod touch. I note the screenshots here are from the iPad version.
However, the biggest problem is the lack of response to 'touch' when trying to tap or move objects or select menu icons.
My daughter became EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED trying to play the games as it frequently ignored touches or required multiple taps in the same place to 'grab' an item - useless!
I tried the game as well and it is ATROCIOUS in terms of it's response to 'touch' and 'tapping' - many times taps are completely ignored.
Some of the games have ok ideas (of course they are all very simple) but they become for the most part UNPLAYABLE because of this touch issue.
There is a serious problem with this app on the iPhone / iPod Touch. I cannot say if there is an issue on the iPad.
I tested it on a 3GS running IOS 5.0 - All the Peppa Pig games by the same developer run faultlessly and have beautiful intuitive touch response as you would expect from a well developed iPhone / iPod touch game.
I have emailed the developer and will be requesting a refund from iTunes/Apple as this app is not fit for purpose on an iPhone/iPod touch
I have never had to write such a critical review before, but this otherwise good little game for children is seriously let down by this problem.
If you have an iPhone / iPod touch I would avoid this game until they have fixed these issues.

Horrible!
Worst App EVER, the only good thing is the music. I am 25 and struggled to do some of the games, let alone show my 4 year old niece. Fix the van game is awful, when you drag the wheel over for example to 'fix it' it doesn't recognise it and you have to keep dragging it over. The drive the van game is worse, you have to put your finger over the van to move it, so you can't see where your driving. Absolutely terrible, especially when it was £2, me and my niece were gutted to say the least.

Hate it!
I've found this the worst app I've downloaded for my daughter. She's almost 4 and has struggled to understand what she's supposed to do with most of the games. For example, in Ted Glens garage it isn't obvious what is wrong with Pats van and there isn't alot of fun to be had from dragging a variety of tools onto a tiny van and waiting to see if they work or not. The game where you have to direct the train down the correct track is hard as to move the arrow to face the correct way is hard even for tiny fingers. The worst game of all is the one where you have to 'deliver' the right parcel to the right person, what use is it to tell a small child that they've got two right but not indicate which two? They then get frustrated when they switch them around and end up with none right! As for the 'clue' button, useless! We pressed it to get help and it came up with 'a box to put things in', not alot of help when you're looking at a group of wrapped parcels in a variety of shapes and still doesn't give you any idea which of the characters need the box to put things in anyway!!!
To sum up, I wish I hadn't wasted money on this for my daughter. There are plenty of other well thought out apps out there for kids.

Excellent selection of games. My 3 1/2 yr old loves this. Different levels of difficulty mean that it will appeal to a wide age range and keep interest longer.
