Absolutely my comfort game, I love it

I had this game when I was a kid and it was great, then I rediscovered it a few months ago and fell in love with it all over again.

It can sometimes be a tiny bit slow but has lots of goals and some mini games.

I really enjoy collecting the sets and collections and meeting the goals which keeps it fun and engaging and I can spend literally hours rearranging the villages and doing different little tasks haha

Very much enjoy and recommend this game :)

I love the game I would love to be able to get a band with music in my village purchased bit by bit with my coins instead of access to them the way it is but iwill keep trying I would like to obtain them like the animals and the other things thanks though for the game.

Too many acorns needed and scrat problem

Too many acorns are required to progress. I did an in app purchase of a small amount of acorns as I was initially enjoying the game but the amount of acorn needing goals and price of acorn animals is far too much to progress without spending loads of real money. If you could actually get somewhere by making an in app purchase I would do another but it simply isn’t worth it so the developers have shots themselves in the foot there.

There’s also an issue with catching scrat in your village. Two of my current 3 goals are to catch him but he hasn’t appeared since the game tutorial! I’m at level 17 now and he hasn’t appeared once! You have the option to skip those goals but as I said, with the acorns being needed too much in the game, that’s isn’t really an option. Therefore I’m stuck!

With these issues fixed it would be a great game but I feel developers are just too focused on getting you to spend real money that they ruin it for both you and themselves.

I love this game. I once deleted it and instantly regretted it. I have watched all the movies and enjoy them all I am so glad they made this game.

Every time you go up a level you gat a. Character from the movie walking around your village and giving you tips to make it better! 😻

Also every time you go up a level, you get lots more things that you couldn’t unlock before.

Their are games witch you can play on this game as you go up levels to unlock coins and acorns to buy more animals and decorations for your ice age village. 🥶🤩

New items please

So I have over 5000 hearts at the moment but nothing new and interesting to spend it on. Not even a trade system of hearts for acorns or something. The vip thing...whatever it is, simply doesn't interest me. I've been playing for over 2 years now. This is an update. I lost my iPad and lost my game many years ago. I decided to finally re download and play again and it was just as it was before except there is more demand for acorns to complete the goals which is annoying. But more annoying is the fact that many of the animals when they are supposed to give out their coins at the end of their countdown simply state…ready….and you don’t get anything from them, and it will stay like that until you put the animal away and then bring them back out where they start their countdown again but often doesn’t give off the coins again! Don’t know what that is about. Please fix. Probably won’t. Will prob just delete again.

Played this for years

I’ve played this game for years, on different devices. It’s one of my favourite games, however as I’m levelling up (after losing all my levels after getting new devices) there are more and more challenges with more expensive acorns and the Kung Fu Scrat game rarely gives you acorns and those challenges build up and you can’t skip them without loads of acorns. Can you make an update where you can buy some acorns with game coins? Even just more acorns on daily reward?.

This game is super amazing and i have been enjoying it since my childhood. I had a question about data transfer cuz i restarted this game about three times. I want to transfer my progress to another device and I don’t know how to do that. I linked my account to facebook but when i try and log in to facebook in the new device it just links it so rather than transferring, i now have two accounts linked to Facebook. So please could you tell me how to transfer it because i don’t want to restart again.

A great game for all ages. Graphics are superb - all the film characters & more. Tune will drive u mad the more u play on it!

Highly addictive & u can achieve goals or in game purchases without spending real money if you're patient.

Infectious game as you build a cool village but the cost to buy land becomes ridicules amounts as it get's bigger! To earn free acorns has improved and some great features and themes now added. I don't like the fact that you have to spend big money on buying your own acorns. Gone down hill

I have redownloaded this game onto a new device to find I had to start again from scratch. Very annoying as I had an awesome village set up before but logging in with the same Facebook account and the same Game Center account didn’t save any progress.

There doesn’t seem to be any ads linked with the game any more, if it offers to watch an ad to double winnings there is never an ad available. I also am unable to purchase any acorns. It says transaction failed straight away. Seems the game isn’t being looked after any more. Could be making themselves a lot of money still but never mind.

What happened to the seasonal events?! They used to come around every few months. As of now it has been years since I last saw one. One of the collections in-game requires animals from a seasonal event but I can't complete it because the required event isn't coming round for me to be able to purchase the animals I am missing. Please bring back the seasonal events, they were part of what made this game fun.

Loved this game app at first but as time goes on the land expansions shrink in size ridiculously as well as the amount of coins required for extensions becomes very high. All the best decorations, animals etc cost acorns and the cost of purchasing acorns is steep and for some of the items way too high.

Really liked game to start with but over time less and less works - no daily goals, I haven’t had special events for a year and the standard solution doesn’t fix it and contacting company led nowhere, bought acorns at full price that was supposed to include a % extra but it didn’t and no response to 2 emails so that was wasted money. Shall I go on? Lack of support has ruined the game for me.

This is my third time of playing this game, as I have upgraded my iPad a couple of times for more storage. I love the graphics and the detail in all the animations, but the price has gone up considerably. For example, the bat family and the blue crab family would cost £80 each to buy sufficient acorns. Copyed my island

Games great I love playing it but when I was giving my gifts back to people someone had the exact same island as me and when I say exact same I mean every part is the same the paths the cubes where I put animals and places and how many extensions. The only thing that was different was the level cuz I'm higher then the other person but that really annoyed me cuz I spent my time on that island, not so that other people could copy it. Issues

I would give this 5 stars, however there are issues, I get asked if I want to watch a video to gain extra money or acorns, which I do, then don't get them. I played this years ago ended up with millions in the bank , couldn't go any further as I needed Acorns to buy more land or animals.. I've noticed this time that more Acorns are required to buy animals .. the Acorns are too expensive. There should be a way that you can swap coinage for them. It's a very addictive game, hence why I've returned to it, despite their being numerous games in the Apple store. May bank holiday

I've been playing this since my review, it's still addictive, however I've gone into the Scrat game and pressed the play for free by watching the video.. I've done this several times now and still don't get to play.. weird as on occasion it lets you others it doesn't. Which makes me feel cheated. Please sort out the price of animals. The only good thing is the sales so one can get them cheaper.

I like the game, no pressure and you play at your own pace. But, like all developers, they seem to tire of fixing the problems and tend to move on to new projects. I the the line they use. Sorry we have to close this game and we thank our loyal players. I cannot see this one lasting long either.

I have been playing this game for some time - it's become addictive I have now reached level 108, but since Christmas I cannot purchase any more land - on customer care it is stated that this is a known issue and they are working to sort it out (among other troubles) then I receive a message telling me that it will not be sorted and suggest I find another of their games to play!!!!😱 To say I am not best pleased is an understatement I have lots of things put away which I have no room for as the land I have is full - I am an oldie & have really enjoyed playing this game & am upset that it has to end 😥 - I will certainly not be playing any more of their games that's for sure

I cannot see why no more land can be purchased as there is plenty of space left on the island for expansion, I just think they can't be bothered, they are concentrating on new games instead of sorting out the problems on the old ones 😣

Many Issues

Great game, very addictive but too many issues to make it fun. Not everyone is on Facebook so linking it to FB is restricting it for some users also there are a lot of annoying issues, some of the targets on the daily events are far too high and unreachable and the rewards too small, also you quite often cannot get onto the daily friends feature but although it's an issue with the game you get penalised, then the updates.... Every update brings more problems, also the game continually crashes, you contact customer service and don't even get a reply.

There are far better and reliable games out there!

Can't play the game!!

Love this game but since downloading it 2weeks ago I've had nothing but trouble with it. I had to delete it and download again because it kept crashing ( luckily I was on a low level) I've had to keep restarting my phone as when I pressed the icon it just crashed all the time and wouldn't load and now I haven't been able to play for 3 days due to it crashing....please sort this problem out as looking at all the reviews/forums it's been an ongoing problem for months! 😡

Good game but just 1 minor problem unfortunately

I am enjoying the gameplay and I am having fun but when I have a chance to win acorns,double my reward and win other stuff the game by watching a video it does not seem to let me for some reason and I do not know why when I do stuff like this on other apps it works completely fine but with this one it does not as much as as I would prefer. Other than that I would rate the app 5 stars.

I love this game. But unfortunately I keep getting kicked out , which is really annoying. I am still not getting the daily coin rewards. Please sort these problems out.

I seem to have been playing this game for years and I still get a lot of pleasure from it. However, it has become a little stagnant. How about varying the challenges a bit, add another mini game to complement Sid's egg and Scrat's piranhas? Add a few items to be exchanged for hearts? Thanks for hours of fun.

Can't even open the app.

I've missed this game. I was an avid player when it first came out and got very happy when I saw it was back on the App Store. First time playing was great. Went to play it today (second day) and it won't even open. Crashes every time I launch it. I've tried restarting my phone and closes all open apps. Still won't work. If this is fixed and I can't actually play, I will definitely change my review and rating. Please fix it.
