Download faulty
I am just unable to download the computer programme I bought from Wowcher. I have followed the instructions but nothing works as Wowcher says it should. Therefore I have paid for a product that I cannot access. Wowcher customer service is just appalling!
Wowcher’s stock response to help solve the problem is so disingenuous. I have asked for their help many times but they just refer me to their supplier who dosen’t answer. I bought the product from Wowcher and not the supplier who I have no knowledge of. My contract of sale is with Wowcher and their arrangement with their supplier is not my concern but Wowcher just refuse to accept this. Shocking!

If I am honest, I'm one of those people who loves gadgets but doesn't want to pay full price. I've used this app for Bluetooth speakers and power bank. Most of the stuff has been exactly as described and works fine. One item took longer to arrive, but customer service helped me when I chased it.

I purchased an item 3 weeks ago and have been waiting wondering why it hasn’t turned up. I Tried to go back onto my emails to find it. Oh ive purchased a voucher which I’ve got to redeem what’s a stupid system if I’m buying a spa break I understand it to be a voucher as you have to book dates etc but when purchasing an item I should just be buying it not buying a voucher or make it extremely clear!! that your only purchasing a voucher to be redeemed as nowhere did I understand or read that’s what I was doing. If you want to be harassed and bombarded with 100+ a day then by all means download. And you might think "oh just unsubscribe from emails it shouldn't be a problem" - well, I have unsubscribed from their emails over 15 times now, and they STILL send them. And there is more. If you go to delete your account in the app itself - they won't let you! ☺️ it will always come up with an "error" message, but never when you want to do literally anything else. Luckily, I signed up with my Apple ID account which means I can delete the account from my Apple settings (which I signed up not knowing how much they will bombard your life) and I think that's done the trick, so for the others out there who needs to delete your wowcher account after making the same mistake I did, go into settings - click your name at the top - then "sign in with Apple" - scroll down to wowcher - then "delete" you're welcome 🙂

Just been reading reviews from people and I’m so surprised by a lot of them! I’ve used Wowcher for years and even when I’ve had issues for non receipt of items or problems with the companies I’m buying deals from Wowcher have ALWAYS dealt with them quickly and to my complete satisfaction! I’d recommend Wowcher to anyone without hesitation and from the many purchases I’ve made I’d say most were smooth sailing! Please don’t be out off if you’ve made one purchase and had problems with it, give them another chance‼️

No Shed
Having a dreadful time with this company. They tell you you have completed your order and give you a delivery date (which disappears off the screen) then I find out a week later I havent bought a shed at all, but weirdly I have bought a ‘voucher’ I can somehow convert into an order for a shed! To do that I have to pay an extra £50 delivery fee which was never mentioned before. Then I get another date for delivery which also disappears off the screen and I am promised an email confirmation which never comes! Trying to contact them is next to impossible, it’s all chat bot stuff that always misses the mark and fobs me off. I’ve spent £700 with this shower and still no idea whether I have placed an order or not, nor whether it is going to be delivered or not. And I’ve got a joiner pressuring me for a date to build it. Absolute omnishambles!

Extremely Disappointing Service – Avoid!
I had a terrible experience with Wowcher and their so-called “customer service.” I ordered a gift package for my partner and paid extra for next-day delivery. Not only did it not arrive the next day, but it has still not arrived days later. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service via WhatsApp, I was met with copy-paste responses that offered no real help.
I was never given a tracking number or any proof that my order was even dispatched. When I asked for confirmation, they either ignored me or gave vague responses. Since yesterday, they have stopped responding altogether. I have been left waiting at home for three days for nothing.
This was meant to be an anniversary gift, and because of Wowcher’s incompetence, I had nothing to give my partner on our special day. The entire experience has caused me so much stress that it has affected my health, leading to migraines. Their customer service is dismissive and unwilling to help—only interested in getting rid of customers rather than resolving issues.
I would strongly advise against using Wowcher. They take your money, fail to deliver, and then refuse to assist when things go wrong. Absolutely unacceptable service!

86 year old disabled lady left to sleep on floor as Wowcher ignore complaints about Nectar Mattress
Wowcher continue to sell vouchers for Nectar Mattresses that aren’t in stock then do nothing to help resolve the issue. Instead you’re left fighting and arguing for goods you’ve already paid for and given numerous delivery dates that fail and fail time and time again. Meanwhile an 86 year old disabled lady with dementia has to sleep on her bedroom floor for 16 nights (and counting) until her new mattress arrives. Wowcher direct your complaint to their WhatsApp page which is run by a robot who does not understand the seriousness and inhumane way this lady is being treated and just replies with computer generated responses. Disgusting way to run a company!

One word - deceptive. Wowcher take your money and instruct you to download the app, which after you do asks you to load unique URLs on a browser in order to redeem. So they want you to download the app so they can advertise to you, get you in their ecosystem but then send you outside to enter your delivery address to redeem an offer. That is deceitful. Also, I bought a voucher for multiple of the same item so happily thinking that I can do one transaction like 99% of other companies BUT NO! I have multiple unique URLs to go and fill out my address and choose delivery with the merchant. And pay a delivery charge multiple times. Wowcher should really be renamed OUCHer. How is this even legal.

I’ve bought 2 items through wowcher. The first were 2 Stranger Things bracelets, they arrived in about 100 pieces & I had to put them together, they were cheap looking & tacky one lasted 2 hours, the other a day so they were binned. I then bought a cordless strimmer. It arrived with instructions for assembly that made no sense at all, I messaged the company & they sent me a video of how to assemble & while that worked the actual strimmer didn’t! As soon as you turned it on & put near the grass, the blade flew off. I argued back & forth with the company & eventually gave up. Honestly you may be saving money but that’s because what you’re buying is cheap rubbish. Spend a bit more money & go elsewhere. I’ll never buy from them again.

Parcel never delivered and received no refund
I ordered a garden trolly in August24
Paid extra for it to be delivered to the local post office, before i went on holiday, so i would not miss the parcel. The parcel was never delivered to the post office. When i returned from my holiday, received email saying that the parcel had been returned, with not even been delivered. Trying to get a refund is ridiculous. Sent loads of emails and been told i will receive one. Since then my bank card has been renewed with a few different digits. Sent emails and asking for a contact number. This keeps showing that the post has not been delivered.

Sad waste of time and money
First you are offered a discount if you select VIP option. No details available at that point what the VIP option means long term.
Then you can’t figure out what you have to redeem. Is it your order or is it the VIP voucher. Bombarded with useless messages and emails.
When you finally work it out you discover an extortionate delivery charge. You ordered two and instead of one delivery charge for both, you have to pay the full extortionate delivery charge for both items. Even though the items are the same, from the same place, in the same order and to the same address at the same time!

Ridiculous service
I ordered a suitcase and received a voucher which I was able to redeem but while I was putting in my details for the delivery, I noticed that they charge £8.99 for express delivery which is a rip off but I didn’t mind because I needed the suitcase to be delivered asap. After paying for everything including the delivery, the tracking doesn’t update anymore and I can’t get an explanation nor a refund for my order. There’s no number to call and a bot responds to their email. This is absolutely ridiculous, I just got scammed of my money and I would never use this app again and I will make sure nobody else gets scammed by WOWCHER.

All wow and no clarity: unnecessarily confusing
The deals may be good value but the site is so confusing and annoying it makes one frustrated. I’m waiting to see my first products to see if the quality is up to good standard.
Also irritating when you redeem vouchers with the merchant the confirmation is also unclear and not given the usual peace of mind of being able to track the status of order completion and tracking its transit.
Also have to pay delivery charge for two packages of same thing to same address which seems waste of money for customer.
I suspect Wow have shares in the delivery company as the options are expensive and it’s take it or pick item up if you can get to the hub in Derby.

I booked a hotel stay with bed and breakfast at the Ramada hotel in Cheltenham for my daughter and son in law as a surprise for her birthday. I paid an extra £40 for a dinner voucher, I called up the day before to just double check it was all booked and good to go! Good job I did as I was told that their kitchen wasn’t in service so couldn’t get dinner (even though it was advertised and paid for) or breakfast!! I was told it would be a continental breakfast, then when they arrived they was told toast and cereal for breakfast!! I contacted Wowcher and the hotel to get a refund for the dinner and breakfast and said it should not be put online as an offer when all it was is a room, the outside wasn’t very nice (I was informed when my daughter got there) I’m very disappointed after nearly 2 weeks (I was told 3 days) I still have not received a refund or correspondence from the hotel and all I’m getting from Wowcher is a WhatsApp each time I message saying please allow 3 days!! I have recently purchased some products through Wowcher from three different companies, six bamboo plants from Gardening Express, from whom only three of the plants arrived. one tricoloured Buddela plant from Gardners Dream, not arrived because it has been very difficult to redeem the product despite several attempts and with all the information provided! two multicoloured garden lights, not received because as with the buddela all attempts to redeem with all the informations proved unsuccessful. The lights should have been from a company called Fantacy supply which has now emerged as Primary supply advertising the same products on Wowcher. I have sent an email to Wowcher but have had no response!! Has Wowcher joined the scamming fraternity???

Unable to talk to a person
I have ordered two Wowcher deals for consecutive nights at a hotel but on the same order. One booking is for one night and the second booking is for two nights. I have redeemed and printed both vouchers. I have rang the hotel to ask if we could stay in the same room for all 3 nights but they have only received the one night voucher!
I have tried to find a phone number for Wowcher but the best I could get was a robot on what’s app that tells me I have successfully validated my booking - thank you please leave a review!!!
I have tried again to contact the robot but even the robot is ignoring me now!
I’ll never use Wowcher again, it would be better to at least get the booking I’ve paid for. Unless Wowcher contact me very soon I’ll ask my credit card to refund the money.

Do not fall for it
Wowcher has been making me go around in circles when I’been trying to get my vouchers redeem, you are given very short time to redeem them before they expire. Their system is rigged to make you loose money, there are lots of issues in their system and you have to wait 24 hours for a response which does not solve the problems, I have been trying for days to get them to fix it. One reply to my many messages to them. They seem to be doing this when you know your Wowcher is about to expire so you end up loosing your money.
Absolute shame, Wowcher used to be a good reliable company. I’m Never going back to purchase their vouchers again.

Looks all expensive good stuff
Don’t be fooled! Yes great prices! But they ain’t same items on real websites where you would pay the full price! I got a toy some magic ball with a wand for my besties sons Christmas box & I paid about 20-30£ inbetween, well it turned up in a bashed box, cheap quality as if I bought it from temu or wish! Chinese stamps all over it!! I also bought a kingsize bed just over 230£ as added 2drawers divan bed, apparently was over 700£ on the site it’s originally from! The material was cheap, it’s the lightest kingsize bed & the mattress even my mom could move it and she has mobility issues with her chronic pain & arthritis , I don’t recommend at all!! Buy us stuff not from cheap websites!!!! I’m just been honest sorry! I know people pay some to put up positive reviews which i don’t!!!do your research first please before ordering all good luck ps how do i make a complaint on their site

Ok so I have never been on Wowcher. I did a Google search to find a particular item this was the first place that came up and looked to be a decent price the cheapest compared to the others that were showing so thought I would check it out. So decided to buy 4 of the items and came across something else I just had to buy. Well first things first I paid via Klarna total was about £32 thought great I can pay by Klarna and split it between 3 months and at the price they were charging decided to get 4 when I had been looking at 2 possibly 3.
I paid. Luckily I went to double check that the order was accepted etc as I have learned the hard way always to double check. Good job I did because apparently it’s not as simple as just paying for what you want. You then have to redeem the “vouchers” you have just paid for. FFS 😡😡 so I redeemed the additional item I had seen the scrolled to the 2nd (qty4) item I had ordered and redeemed that voucher only to find out that each of the qty 4 had to be redeemed individually each with a minimum of £3 postage if I’m ok waiting nearly 3 weeks. To get it in a reasonable time 1 week it was £4. So I top of the £32 I then had to pay £16 postage which I was not able to put on Klarna. All in all I could have gotten the 4 items cheaper (inc p&p) elsewhere.
Beware if you are using this it’s not straight forward and you most certainly are not getting a bargain.

Budapest Xmas break
Complete scam. First (and definitely last) purchase from Wowcher. Paid for 2 x Budapest Xmas package and was informed that I’d receive travel documents from vendor (Prime Holidays) within 2 days. This deadline passed so I thought I’d better contact Wowcher to chase it up. This is where the problems begin. There is no way of communicating with Wowcher apart from a very poor WhatsApp account that doesn’t respond to messages and if they do just completely swerves the questions you are asking. I was given countless deadlines as to when i would get a resolution offered which all passed with no contact. I did try to contact Prime Holidays but the number would always cut straight off without a dial tone. Nearly 3 weeks later I get a WhatsApp from Wowcher informing me that my booking is cancelled (with no explanation or reason) and that I have been sent a credit to my Wowcher account. Yes, a Wowcher credit and not a cash refund like I paid them with. I just hope the other 70 odd people who have allegedly purchased this deal have better luck than us. One good thing, I was initially going to book 2 days later which would have been double the price so I’ve only been scammed out of £200 and not £400.
Wowcher are still advertising this package. Be very careful people!

Ridiculously difficult
Bought a product but can’t seem to redeem it. Email comes and tells me to redeem it. I click on the link. Takes me to the app and more deals. Where are my purchases? Try to find them but told I have no purchases. Emailed and emailed but terrible customer service. Now I know how they make their money- we can’t redeem things but they get the money.

A rubbish way to shop
How messy and drawn out is shopping with Wowcher? I’d rather eat my own head than try to buy something from them again. They take your money when u order - normal - then your goods don’t turn up - not normal. U go back onto the site to find out where the goods are and you realise they want you now to buy your delivery type!!! NOT NORMAL. Redeem a voucher NOT NORMAL. I’ve paid for the goods my money left my account a week ago, you are not a bank, why are you sitting there earning interest on my money while I work out what hoop I’m supposed to jump through next?!!! Wowcher can bake off.
They want you to pay to be in their “club” to buy more stuff from them. It’s so unfair it’s actually funny 🤪

Poor customer service - Buyer Beware
Buyer beware. Making contact with Wowcher is challenging to say the least. I purchased a product which was faulty. Trying to resolve it and gain a refund has been very difficult. In fact, it’s now day 16 and I still haven’t received my refund. I returned the item promptly and have evidence of postal. I’ve used the available channels of communication which is effectively just WhatsApp which by the looks of it is predominantly operated by AI! I will continue to try and get my refund but I imagine it’s a tactic that hopes for customers to lose patience and give up, leaving them to keep the money and product. I will NEVER use them again.

I only downloaded the app a week ago and already I have bought many things with it. I love the choice and the range of things on offer, as I’ve said just too much. Someone like me who loves a bargain will find something for sure. I’ve had some brilliant purchases & fantastic deals from your site & haven’t had a complaint before now. However it seems somewhere somehow some people (cuz it can’t just be one person) have taken their eyes off the ball because when your making deals selling products that are no longer fit for purpose anymore & have even been removed from stock & discontinued by the main companies themselves & other stores that stock them it’s extremely unethical & immoral for you to then continue to sell them when they will no longer be compatible with Updates, Systems & Devices !!

Those moaning below take note… 1. Understand the concept of Wowcher. It’s an app which sells ‘third party’ products. 2. Ensure you do your homework. Look at the company who is ACTUALLY selling the product. Do some Google checks on that company. Bad reviews? Don’t use them! Wowcher does not show company reviews. But that dosen't mean YOU can’t do your own due diligence! 3. Raffle companies are a risk. Betting is a risk. It’s a game of ‘chance’. Understand this BEFORE you part with your cash. Look at the ‘odd’s’ in the fine print. It tells you your chances of winning. You are highly likely to receive a small prize! Why are people surprised??! Conclusion, Wowcher is a good app. There are some great bargains to be had. However, check delivery prices (these can be staggeringly high). Shop around! You may be able to find the product and delivery lower elsewhere.

Appalling customer service!
I purchased a helicopter ride from Wowcher on the 6th February 2022 for my son as a gift. Both of us have tried to teddy the voucher. Wowcher has told my son the voucher doesn’t exist. Yet Wowcher have contacted me after 12 attempts on What’s app to say they have reaccredited my Wowcher Wallet, but there’s nothing there. This company is a disgrace. No one to actually speak to by telephone. I would never have bought anything had I known there would be this amount of stress and hassle. I’ve actually been asked by watchdog to go on the One show about it and if I don’t get a credit by the end of the month I’m considering it. As this was not a cheap gift. The helicopter firm have actually said they haven’t had any order from Wowcher for my son. Save your money and book direct!!!

Be careful booking any event involving third parties as you may find you don’t get what you thought you had purchased or in my case anything at all. Bought 3 deals for PSG football match with 2 night hotel stays in Paris. When I went to confirm arrangements was told they could no longer do it for the price Wowcher offered and what I had paid and they asked for a very significant supplement to secure a very basic hotel. When I refused on the basis that I had already paid for the deal as offered the third party provider instructed Wowcher to refund me saying the tickets were no longer available. I made it clear repeatedly that I did not want a refund and that I wanted the deal as purchased but they repeatedly ignored my attempts at contacting them and proceeded with the refund. Faceless company lacking in basics of customer service, decency and integrity with no means of speaking to anyone in person via telephone. Will never ever consider dealing with Wowcher again and will continue to warn as many other unsuspecting potential victims of their scandalous approach.

Do not use!!
This app literally sold me a spa day which doesn’t exist, and there is no way to get through to ANYONE- there is NO customer service whatsoever. Only because my bank is helpful will I get my money back. I bought this spa day, then when I put the voucher codes in, I just kept getting “This voucher isn’t valid”. So, why are you selling it??
Their phone line is just a robot saying, “This line is for information only; to talk to an advisor, please contact us on WhatsApp”. So, I contacted them on WhatsApp, but again, it’s just a robot, which only recognises key words, and all it did was send me back to the link to book the spa day, which doesn’t help because it doesn’t exist! The robot told me that an advisor would contact me within 24 hours; it’s now been 53 hours and no attempt has even been made 🤷♀️ Frankly, whoever is in charge there should be ashamed of themselves!

Absolutely no chance of refund
Ordered a service via the website and contacted the merchant to ask a few questions, upon deciding to not use the service and instead request a refund within 24 hours. I was surprised the merchant informed me that she had redeemed my voucher regardless of not using the service as this is what Wowcher had instructed them to do. After spending several months back and forth requesting a refund I was told if the merchant decides not to issue a refund I’m basically not getting anything back. Absolutely appalled, what a fraud system. The Wowcher WhatsApp support service is ridiculously annoying, complete bot no human interaction.

Not a happy customer. Bought a voucher to enjoy an afternoon tea in Glasgow - Decided to treat myself and my partner as we rarely go out or spend unnecessary money due to the current financial climate and thought I could use it around his birthday. Tried to redeem it however there were no dates left. Voucher had stated that it was refundable within 14 days if it was un-redeemable. All I seem to be able to do is add the cost to my Wowcher Wallet or get a wowcher credit - basically the same thing! - Not what I want. I have googled it but I just keep ending up going round in circles with wowcher with no option anywhere to get a refund. £33, for me, is a chunk of money I cannot simply have sitting in an online wallet for me to buy something else that may not be available. Really disappointed and angry. Definitely would not recommend this site or offers to anyone! Stay away.

Item is really good takes a long time to charge but gives some serious curls.
Disappointed in how it arrived though. Packaging looked like it had been opened many many times. Honestly by the looks of the box and the items inside that it was a returns. Two hair clips and a comb along with the curler in a little pouch with it’s charging cable. Other than the fact that it looks second hand and not brand new the item is good.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME
Wowcher seems to be an affiliate scheme dishing out other people’s stuff, but with the professionalism, speed and efficiency of a group of sloths.
Ordered iPad Pro 12.9 and 2 weeks later still don’t have device. I have now chased them, and the supposed seller of the item 3 times and still no closer to receiving it. Now have hassle of sorting a refund. If you get the item/service it is no doubt cheap, but you certainly get what you pay for. I don’t want to think about the inevitable crap service of returning the item if I did receive it. Painful!
You have to try these things, but now I know how shocking Wowcher is remember how I important good customer service is when buying things…Amazon are amazing. I could have ordered same iPad from them for around £50 more and would have received item the following day and could return no question if it were not good.

Never buy anything from wowcher
I bought a voucher for a boat trip to use quickly but before buying that they never said how quick I could use it but when I bought it, it said that I need to wait for the email and it will come shortly. It only came a day later! On the day, I asked the merchant for the availability for the boats but there was nothing available, they were fully booked. So basically the voucher was no use buying and then it expired and I could use the voucher, I didn’t get the money back. So they took my money without any service or goods. As far as I concern they are stealing my money and they are praying people like me to boost their profit. Also I spent a day talking to customer services and it like talking to a robot. Useless system! Never again, I hope you go bust!

The danger with impulse buying is obvious to all. However, with most retail apps there is an option to cancel before an item is dispatched. Not with “Wowcher!” Once redeemed that’s it, there no turning back. If that is not bad enough, delivery is far worse. Not only has the £9.99 delivery of a series 3 Apple Watch pushed the “bargain” to £145 it takes c10 days to arrive…assuming it arrives as ETA suggested. Btw, I could have chosen alternative retail option for a refurbished item and saved £40 and delivery would have been anything from next day to 72 hours.
Check the “bargain prices” because Wowcher are relying on the consumer to be lazy and not compare.
Very poor business model. I won’t be using this service again.

Impossible to navigate their site…
Once you buy a Wowcher but decide either to return goods once redeemed or not to go through with the purchase you might think all will be straightforward but that is not so. Their wallet system swallows up your credit if you don’t use it within their timeframe but not all deals give you an option to use wallet credit. If you’re in danger of running out of time to redeem a voucher or transfer to your wallet, you have to contact customer services - not an option on the app! If you do make contact an automated agent can’t read English so eventually puts you through to an agent- which is actually a queue of at least 24 hours. In other words, your money is going to be held from you. This is a deliberate obscuring of your rights. I will not be buying here again.

Terrible service if you buy something from here and have a problem you have got almost 0 chance of getting a response from them I purchased a holiday by accident but I wasn’t worried because it said I could redeem the voucher as a credit or a refundSo I wasn’t worried because I intended on purchasing several breaks I tried to redeem as a credit and it told me as it had not been 48hours that this was not yet possible so I waited for 48 hours to pass at which point I went to redeem it as a credit to put towards another trip upon doing this I notice it had been automatically redeemed which meant now I am trying to get in touch with Wowcher with no response from them at all so I’m left in a predicament where I have a holiday which has been redeemed not by me but by Wowcher themselves that I will not be travelling on and I have had no contact from them at all be very wary if you have any problem you are pretty much stuck

Avoid as if your life depends on it! They are robbers, they’ve robbed my money and don’t want to refund it. I haven’t even redeemed my voucher. I booked a helicopter trip and booked 2 massages for my me and my mum on her birthday but the massage parlour did not exist when we arrived at the location. I called them 47 TIMES and no answer, I then tried to contact wowcher and discovered that we can’t speak to an actual human. And they expect us to liaise through WhatsApp. Well I don’t have WhatsApp and my phone does not support it!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT! I do NOT want wowcher credit. This is the WORSTTTT COMPANY I HAVE EVER PURCHASED FROM! So bad to a point where I’ll be broadcasting this on my social media. The holidays are a scam, wowcher advertises different days to which the holiday company have available. The external holiday company were brilliant in giving instructions as to how to get our money back that we payed for the holiday that then was not available. Wowcher were an absolute scam, saying that it was the fault of the external company and it was down to them to refund. There is no human to speak to over the phone, only the WhatsApp. I spoke to three different advisors over then span of two weeks on a terrible WhatsApp service. If I had not kept with my attempts to get my money back from this joke of a company over a long period of time they would have happily kept it and not sorted us another holiday. They consistently told me they were sorting it and gave a reference number that when speaking to another employee the problem and reference number had not been lodged. They then refund you in wowcher credit rather than a return in money that expires after three months. Again, another scam. There is little to nothing I wanted from wowcher and it’s services. I purchased a scented candle and and incense stick, perfectly fine products but the company promoting them are terrible. STAY AWAY FROM WOWCHER.

Worst site ever scam
I bought 2 tablet for my kids after 1 month I received the first on faulty and second one after one month of purchase still waiting for another tablet I tried to contact them no phone numbers except watsup and not human agent it was a computer who replied so I am still trying to get big money refund and no response

I don’t know how to get to them to speak to their customer service yet after over a month of trying every single day

Misleading winners
I’ve always been curious about this service. Though, when I saw the deal for the surprise buying for £9.99, I thought why not? Long story short, after actually buying, as was advertised that could win garden furniture, trampoline or even a gas bbq, I installed the app. Although I installed it, I didn’t actually used it, I’ve done the purchase on the website before even installing it. After finding it a bit odd that no products had reviews, like Groupon have, I went through this app review and got shocked! What a scam!! So on the email confirming the purchase of the voucher, on the fine print states that I can cancel as long as the voucher is not redeemed. So I email them stating that I wanted to cancel, asked for refund, as I didn’t indeed redeem the voucher.
Out of curiosity, I searched the company they where advertising that would do a raffle for the goods, and not surprising, is a technology and IT company, in nothing related to garden furniture or goods. So I bet, I would probably get some flimsy speakers, as if, and only if I would ever receive them.
Have done lots of mistakes similar to this one before, and I’m happy that I seen it soon enough, just sad I didn’t see it before payment. As an app or a service, please beware that the appealing of the prices are just that, appeal, no truth behind it and lots of headaches if you go through it.

Love it but...
Love wowcher but on the app every time I try to search for something it says “there were no results for...” but if I scroll down through the deals I will find exactly what I was looking for and it will have the same name I just typed on the search bar. This has been happening since I’ve downloaded the app. To kind of test this, I’ve went on the website and searched for something and loads of results appeared straight away, so there must me a problem with the app. Please is this something fixable as I really like wowcher and using the app would’ve been so much easier than having to constantly go on the website.

Excellent app and easy to use, but, two tiny things…
I love the app, it’s easy to use and follow but there’s two little thing that’s missing and it’s bugging me (I have OCD) and that is the absence of the ‘VIP’ tab. As it’s not available on the iPhone app, I have to log on via laptop or iPhone safari which eats my limited data available.
If the VIP tab could be added to iPhone, that’ll be a live-saver and the second is to add the option of Apple Pay. Whilst I prefer PayPal whenever it’s available, I have had issues with PayPal and using Apple Pay would make things much quicker

The app itself is great, and is easy to understand once you’ve bought it, however I’d appreciate if there was a save option so even when you don’t want it right now it’ll still be there, aswell the option of what area you want the wowcher to be in didn’t help at all I think you should be able to do a radius for where you are just to know it’s definitely in your area especially since I’m from London
There should also be a review system one for the app then for the business providing the service, because recently I had bought extensions and the places phone was not running anymore, and the other adress no longer has her there and the owner even said I was the third person to come there to get some answers, this could have been avoided if we could let other wowcher customers know.
But over all the prices are great and the idea of it all is just think those suggestions would really help

Great Service
I have just used Wowcher for the first time, at first I thought it would be one of those you buy and get a crappy version of what you bought or the delivery is way overdue etc. But as soon as I hit purchase, the vouchers came through then I redeemed them for my purchases, was emailed with updates when items were dispatched and was given a reasonable estimated delivery time, only for the delivery to be within 2 days (estimated 6-7 days) fantastic service. Very happy with what I’ve received. Will definitely be keeping my eye on future deals, thanks again!

Interesting when looking at toys... with the kids
I’ve had Wowcher for ages and have not had any problems with purchase- everything has gone through smoothly. The only issue I have with this is that when I was going through the toys section with my children, quite a selection of adult toys popped up 😰😬. Slightly awkward conversation with a 9 year old. Other than that though the app runs brilliantly, just don’t look at the offers with the children around 🤣

I have recently got the new iPhone X which is great. Since the Apple updates wowcher just crashes and will not open. It’s the only app that does this, so I’m guessing it’s the app and not the phone. I contacted support but had some drippy female telling me to download the app from internet explorer! What sort of advice is that? If you cannot get your app to work correctly how do you expect us to use it. Went online to my account, thought I would delete my account, but no option to do so as far as I can see. Obviously they are not bothered about their customers. I recently ordered something for my wife, she wanted to get this item before Christmas, with about 3 weeks to go should have been plenty of time to get here, it arrived the day after Boxing Day. I don’t use the app much myself, and now thinking I really don’t need something on my phone that doesn’t work. Unless “support”! Can come up with some help will delete. I’m sure there are other apps which are just as good. Fundamental rules of business, look after your customers!

Great app
I was a little scared to use Wowcher as I've heard a lot of negative reviews but I recently bought an IMac and it's coming on Tuesday. It explained clearly how to redeem the wowcher and then showed me that it was redeemed and I wasn't sure when it will arrive. We called them up and waited on hold for around 20 minutes but in the end they were very useful and helpful. He said that they'll email me the time they will arrive on the day and that everything is fine. Thank you wowcher

Disappointingly poor if you want help
Have had to chase non received orders on 2 occasions recently. Requests for help are either ignored or you just get told to refer to merchant. Any emails sent ,if opened ,are not properly read as you will be asked to do what you tell them you have already done. If you want help cancelling an order , you are more likely finding Lord Lucan on Shergar, than getting Wowcher to assist you .
Okay to buy through but anything else seems out of their remit and abilities !!!
