Just received the above printer and linked it to the HP Smart App and it works fine. Unlike previous comment the app is allowing me to select paper size. All seemingly ok so far!!!

Easy to use from any device but problem in setting it up only resolved by installing the in cartridges which isn’t mentioned in the instructions. Still deserves 5 ⭐️

DO NOT BUY! This is the worst organisation, no help out of working hours, non user friendly apps which, quite frankly, frustrate rather than assist. When first bought, it seemed to work well. But change you router and then it just doesn’t function. Damned thing won’t print without updated user account and then won’t function to give you codes to switch accounts. Absolute nightmare and I still can’t print. No help at weekends, except for a “virtual agent” which has only answers to set questions, won’t help with specifics. Useless.

Quite a useful app but the 6.2 update has removed the ability to set the paper size so if you use 4x6 photo paper rather than the expected 5x7 you can’t really print from the app.
