Whatever update happened on 03 March 2020... isn’t great! The beauty of this app and planning my journey is that it gives times of not just the next bus, but also time to next couple of same bus after. This morning... only one time is showing! So I have to leave home for just one bus time and can’t plan to get the second or third! Pls bring back the original functionality!! (Other than that feedback on today... amazing app!)

The new plus icon which shows your current location makes tapping items close to you really annoying as you keep unwittingly pressing the plus.

Quite simply the only Transport app I trust and use everyday. I never plan a journey without it and can always trust Citymapper to get me somewhere with the easiest and fastest route possible. If I go to a city that doesn’t have Citymapper I instantly feel lost. The world needs Citymapper :)

I’m having issues with the ‘add to wallet’ feature if my Citymapper card but can’t report the issue as i see an error in ‘contact us’ that I think is related to the that that I don’t have the native mail app installed on my phone :/

Would be 5* if only there was an option to change the units! Some of us absolutely cannot function in miles, we need km! However everything else is great and I would not survive in London without Citymapper. It’s the bees knees :)

Been trying to find cycle routes to work on quiet streets. The app keeps directing me towards a boris bike at Canary Wharf which is a 50minute walk away, I have my own bike just need a route. really helpful guys.

I have been using this app for couple of years now and I think it is getting worse with every update. I am not happy using it. It is not showing the shortest way anymore but more convenient only. Which could be alright but sometimes you need to have short journeys. It used to show both: convenient and quick variations. After last update I am not able to take routes I used to which would take me quicker to some places and now I would prefer to use even google maps as journey planner cause app is not so trustable as it used to be. I would prefer to have more routes choices as it was before

This is such a brilliant app for London. Has all the info you need, is very easy to use and is very accurate. I’m so glad I found this app, I have already been using it for a long time and nothing else beats it! I have also used this app in the midlands and it was as great as used in London. Love love love!

I recently got a pass card , the changes suppose to be 32 pounds a week. Unfortunately something went pear shape as I get charged extra 1.3 to 5.7 pounds a day since a week , I use the card every time I travel and only travel within zone 1-2 (I checked all exclusions too)
If that will continue instead of savings I will get bigger bill then using PAYG :/

The tenth edition, and it still doesn’t work on iPad. So I plan my day on my iPad Pro, and go into the web interface because the app only works in portrait and my Smart Keyboard is, unsurprisingly, landscape. I plan my journeys and want to send them to my phone. But oh no! When I try to click the link to log in, it takes me back to the useless app, which thinks I’m on my phone already.
So I squint sideways but no, there’s nothing I can do about it. Can’t log in on the website on my iPad, can’t send a journey from my iPad to my phone, iPad non-app is completely non-functional.
Seriously Citymapper, sort it out. You’re better than this.

Used to be my go-to app for everything transport. I even used to “force” all my friends to download and use it when they were visiting London... until the last “Version 10.0” update, where you have to pay to get an “app icon”. How silly is that?
I’d rather have an app with ads that works rather than having my arm forced to pay, or else...
Since the last update, I’ve been arriving to work between 15-30 min late every single day because of app inaccuracies. Buses would already leave when the app said they were 2-4 min away. Others would arrive when the app said they were 7-9 min away. Now I’ve downloaded a bunch of alternative apps to try out, simply because my love for Citymapper isn’t worth losing my job for. So long, farewell!

Kinda makes the whole “journey planner” kind of pointless ?

I’m very happy with this app. Of course they’re always room for improvement, which I know city mappers is working on everyday. My suggestion , can you make the app friend invitation friendly. Basically can it be more social with other friends that uses the app. Also can you allow the ppl who uses the app to report hazardous, storms and traffic for users. That will make your app more social to the user. Hope that make sense, all said done the app is great and I highly recommend this app if you’re travelling foot and TfL.

Amazing, great, extraordinary that is some of the works I can describe Citymapper (cheaper as well) soon I knew about I give a try and that is! I changed from my oyster and other travel apps to citymapper
It’s have everything I need, don’t waste time topping up, even when I come out of the zone that I have topped up for.
Can skip weeks holidays for a just £1, is £4.10 cheaper on my weekly basis. And seems that still have more to come.
I’m telling all my friends to swap over to citymapper.
The only thing I think is that they should get all different types of zone to top up ASAP
Like zone 2 and 3 which still not available and for some people is the only route.
5 star easily to this app.

By far the best public transport(London). The fact that it has a better offer compared with TfL(the weekly one only!) says a lot about the confidence that the company has in the app together with the other companies involved in the public transport here. This is an absolute must app that you need especially considering the beautiful electronic payment integration that it offers on multiple devices.

Commute customisation similar to Google Maps.
In London, the suggested methods to get around aren't always the most cost effective as the app doesn't look for zone 1 work around with Out of Station Interchanges(for example getting from Seven Sisters to Brent Cross using the Victoria Line and changing to the Highbury & Islington Overground two stops to Camden Road and a 5 minute walk to Camden Town.
I'd like for the app to be able to let you tell the app every single step of how you want to get around the city similar to how Google Maps Commute does.

Usually it’s reliable however sometimes when taking the circle line train for example towards Hammersmith, the stops listed are actually wrong so I ended up going in the wrong direction and was late for an appointment because of it. So it gave me the wrong train to take towards the location I was going.

First time I’ve had to use the London Underground in many, many years and this app has helped me massively!
Travelling for work is often a pain getting around, but CityMapper sorted me right out. I needed to get across London via multiple stops and changes, and it gave me brilliant directions with times and even giving me when to get off (even if there was no signal).
I was also able to assist others when they asked me for help who were unsure with where to go (and being a northerner, I was more than happy to help 😅).
All in all top notch!

Using the app on the iPhone 11 Pro the "back" button goes on the top of the screen and it is not possible to click on it because it is overlaid over the system clock. The only solution I found is to close the app and open it again. I have also a screenshot to send. It has happened for months and I hoped someone would fix it but the issue still persist.

Please don’t tell me, at 02:45, after work, that my bus stop is closed, and that I should walk to the next busy stop, only for my bust to drive past me and stop where I was waiting, for me to then have to wait 20 minutes for the next bus. I don’t have time for that rubbish
