Little brother loves it

I downloaded this app in 2014 for my little brothers birthday with out him knowing. And he was surprised seeing a app he did not know. Couple of days after playing it he was so amazed and I’m so happy I got this app for him. Thanks toca boca

Very simple but great for sharing

My 3yo and almost 7yo love playing this together, which is a great relief compared with games they fight over! It is incredibly simple and seems boring to an adult... But I've read that it's exactly this kind of simple role playing game that is the best thing, developmentally. Either way, if the kids love it, it's a winner.

Daughter loves it

I've no idea why though! Very basic-pour drink, unwrap present, tap to eat cake. But for some reason my four year old loves it and even lets her little sister join in sometimes. Other than sharing not sure what learn from this app but certainly entertains.

Boring!

My daughter has enjoyed toca games for some time and has played most of them happily. I wish I'd read the age rating for this before buying. It's really suited to very young children. For the price it's a complete waste of money - my daughter was finished playing this in five minutes flat and there's little reason to return. V disappointing.

Disappointed

After Toca Tea Party, which is such a good app, this came as a real disappointment. My daughter can play TTP for hours and loves birthdays, so I thought this would be perfect.
So much more could be done: what about crisps, jelly.....music(?!) what party has no music?
The presents are soooo lame too!
Seriously needs improving, so much could be done with just a little imagination!

Very Poor

I think this app is very poor there's not a lot to choose from at all! It's totally not worth the price! I bought this for my kid and she said there's was nothing fun about it! I want my money back

Ok

This game is ok but gets really boring after a while! I think that there should be lots more birthday cakes and instead of just orange juice there should be milk and other things like that! Please improve this!!!!!!

Good but needs more variety

My 2 year old son loves this to play prented but I think it would be good to have more variety, eg different food or at least being able to cut the cake yourself.

I don't think it is that amazing. There isn't much to do and the candles are also a disappointment. I think it is defiantly over priced for what it is and it should be cheaper.

Very good

My son loves playing this app! Whenever its a teddys or another toys 'birthday' it is perfect as we don't suddenly get told we need to get a cake and a present as its 'teddys birthday today'

Excellent

I think it is really good but like someone else said there does
Need to be more to choose from and also it would be better
If when you blow out the candles you didn't tap them you blew them by the way I am almost ten and I love this app
Some other great apps are toca kitchen the free and payed

Do not waste money

My 3 year old daughter has EVERY toca boca app on her ipad and their all great! This one is by far the worst app ever! Total waste of £1.50!!

Tea party

This game is very good in theory but compared to most toca games it doesn't have enough content..., my girls got bored very quickly and moved on to something else..., I think it should've been 69p rather than £1.49!

This app is good but not worth the money, it gets repetitive and boring. I also don't like the way you tap the candles to blow them out as little children think that they can touch real candles.

Great fun

My 2 year old daughter loves this and has hysterics every time she fills up and drinks the drink! There could be more to it as once you have played the game it's just the same over and over but then again that's probably the reason my daughter loves it so much!

Disappointed with candles

My son loves this game but disappointed that you have to put the candles out with your finger as I wouldn't want him to think you could touch real flames. He has a Peppa Pig game with a Birthday cake which you blow the candles out which is better and fun.

Disappointed

Fab but a little short

Love this game same theme as the tea party. Perhaps if we could cut the cake ourselves as well would be supercool. When placing a present on right corner it seems to stick the for a few second. Please add more cakes soon.

Not working properly.

We get as far as placing plates on the table but can only place 2 cakes and can go no further. Although there are mentions of problems with 3gs in the description, we are using a 2g iPod touch so didn't anticipate problems. As a regular Toca customer I am disappointed, £1.49 down the drain.
