Great App
I've had this on my phone and iPad for quite a while after having it recommended in a sleep group I attended. I use it on a regular basis and it works very effectively, doing exactly as it says on the tin!
The simplest background of the sea and waves is all I need to send me off, and most importantly to keep me asleep. One major benefit I've discovered is that the app will very successfully cover background noise and traffic noise etc if you are trying to sleep in a built up area.
All in all I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Relaxation's just a few screen-taps away!
Beautiful app, with great sound-quality and lots of ways that you can customize it. Works brilliantly either as a sleep aid or as a tool for relaxation and a mind-vacation through the day. Great way to help achieve some positive visualization, too! I always feel refreshed after I've listened to it - thoroughly recommend it :-)

My brain is always active so I can't sleep that much as some people, but since I have got this it has helped me wind down after a long day and got me to sleep better.

If give it give stars but nothings ever perfect.. Easy to use, great features and a godsend for someone like me who has trouble shutting off at the end of the day.. Helps decliner my mind and gets me off into a peaceful sleep.. There's a sound on here for most tastes I'd imagine.

Another failed app
All these apps fail eventually. This is the 3rd in 6 years to do so.Have had it over a year, but the last 2 nights it has stopped, and by doing so woken me up at 1:30am and 3:30am. Don't trust it anymore, time to look for a new one!!!!!!!

Calm Energy
I primarily downloaded this app to help sleep but options like Horror are also cool for sound effects. If I could change one thing i'd make the timer easier to access instead of multiple clicks each time.
Overall though, it's my favourite sleep app!

I downloaded the app to see what it was all about, found a setting that I liked best ( Music Box with additional chimes and bird sounds ) and the next thing I know I'm waking up the next morning..... Within five minutes sleep bug pro had put me too sleep. It's 3am in the morning and I decided to give this app five stars and write this review but now I'm about to turn this amazing app on and let it do its magic, thank you sleep bug pro! ...... Goodnight!

Probably not worth your time
I got this app because I thought it would be worth a shot as I sleep badly. I tried it but the sounds were a bit too harsh and most of them too MIDI. Not as natural as hoped.

Life changing
My next door neighbours have a toddler who screams a lot at night so i can't sleep I find the screams upsetting and no one wants to hear that before they go to sleep so I downloaded this app just to try and wow their must be something about the sounds as they allow me to drown out the noise and SLEEP yay!!!!!!!! Love this app

Not worth it
The sound does not play when the phone is locked! And it doesn't prevent the phone for locking itself when it is running so the sound goes off after a few seconds.
The variety of scenes is good but there is no way to regulate the intensity of some effects...
There are better apps out there.

I finally slept after 5 years!
I'm so glad I found this app.
I suffer awful insomnia yet I used this app and was asleep within 10 minutes. I set the timer for 20 minutes expecting to be awake when it turns off but I guess not!
Such a range of sounds and it is awesome!! Worth the money for sure;)

This is a great app I use it most nights to wind down before sleeping.
The only thing I personally feel is missing on the fire option I would like to see rain fall added as this would be such a comfy sound of the warm fire and the heavy rain outside :)

I don't do reviews. I read them and judge... ;-) but this app is extraordinary, so I thought i'd for once write a review...
Got this app from app gratis and it was the best thing ever!!! Choose your favourite scene and add as many or few sounds as you like, put in your earphones (if you do not want to share with your partner) and relax! Everything is customisable and possibilities are endless. Once you found your fav piece, set the timer and sleep happily ever after! Cannot live without this app anymore!!!

Very chilled
I struggle to get to sleep some times and this has helped me chill enough to sleep easy. Some of the sounds are bad but some good ones. I like how you can add little things like birds chirping etc

Excellent sleep or just relax with app
Beautifully recorded beech ambience, being able to add layers like, seagulls and the sound of the ripples on the water make this app worth the money alone. I do like some of the other sound seems too.
