Flash is the right word!
As a news app this one is a disaster! Only virulent ‘left wing’ papers run with next to no reloads, all the rest just reload and reload ad nauseam - always have and, it seems, always will!
Is there no one on your developers team with the computor skill to correct this?

Constant reloading
Since the last update once you click on a story it reloads about every 30 seconds, so you have to wait for it to reload.... Then scroll down to where you were reading.... Read one sentence & it reloads again..... & you scroll down to where you were reading... read next sentence & it reloads again.... Not fit for purpose at the moment, fix it with an update please, before it was brilliant!

sites like the DM appear and when a person clicks on the story it constantly reloads the page?!.......so it is impossible to read !
there is no way to report errors apart from here in the review so it doesn't improve

Best news app to get a wide range of views
Great app and excellent update. Safari reader now used to show links. App groups stories together so you can see what is going on from a range of news providers and what the top stories are.
If you're a news junkie this is the best app out there.

Crashing time
It was a good news app. Adaptable and quick. I had it on my iPad and iPhone. I've deleted it from both now as the app won't open, and just crashes.
Hard to find a good UK news app too. Guess the search goes on.

Brilliant for UK Users UNTIL last Apple update. Now when click on icon it tries to open, but i mediately closes down!!!!

No freezing, no problems with video, this app is head and shoulders above the rest.

The app Is straightforward with a simple menu. What I really like is the multiple entries for each news item which enables me to choose whose account to read. I may just stick with NEWSFLASH.

Fast but U.K. unfriendly
Very fast. Impressive.
My only gripe is that despite selecting "UK", most news is from the USA. As a result this app is unhelpful.
Once this has been fixed I will be delighted to start using it daily.

Could be so much better
This is a 5-star App ruined by its awful Mail Online bias (esp in News); even worse during UK 2015 Election run-up. Why do it? Who do they think they are fooling?

Crashes all the time
Unfortunately this app is unstable now. It consistently crashes with the most recent iPhone (5S) and the most recent operating systems anyway. OS 7.1.2. (It was also crashing under 7.1.1 and 7.1.0).
It's a shame, because it renders the app pretty useless, and it used to be quite a nice newsreading application this one.

Crashes far to much
This is a good looking app that does a great job, but it crashes every time I use it. I have used for several months waiting for a bug fix but none has come along to address the fundamental problems in the software. I am on the verge of deleting it.
I cannot recommend it as it is frustrating to use and poorly maintained by the creator.

Excellent on initial face value, but too many glitches
The interface and workings of the app are, on the face of it, very comprehensive and user friendly. However it crashes far too often and takes far too long to load up pages. Ultimately frustrating

Stop it crashing so much.... please!
It's a great app but so unreliable I have to use an alternative. It crashes on my two phones and both my iPads regularly, can't be just me? Really hoping it gets resolved soon.

Too much American news for UK
Prone to crashing in my experience. On the face of it, this is an up-to-the-minute news app that updates with all the latest headlines including the first sentence to give you an idea of the item. Click on the headline and you go straight to the source's full story. A great way to keep in touch with what's happening in the world when away from the infernal TV- after all, how on earth did we manage when we had to make do with a mere two half-hour bulletins in the evenings?
Unfortunately, there's way too much news from America for my liking. The options of choosing which news feeds are shown is a long and convoluted affair, and despite my attempts to whittle away the US feeds, it still seems to want to tell me all about current trials in America and the woes of Martha Stewart! Will most probably give up on this one and try another- I'm fickle like that! Update 2 weeks after the review above- crashes every time I open a news feed. Deleting in exasperation!

Good but buggy
I really like this app and I use it every day. It does crash a lot though. I think these features would make it better:
- ability to sync feeds and settings between iOS devices
- being able to search for feeds rather than typing in the RSS feed (like you can do with Feedly)
- improved stability

Good, but...
crashes a lot of the time and mostly with certain news articles. I can try and view the article time after time but it crashes. Viewing another article is fine.

When clicking on uk news it works for about two seconds then reverts back to the main page again. Otherwise this app has potential.

Excellent app
This is a brilliant way to read all your news. Instead of using several apps, one for each news source, I now get pretty much all my news through this single channel. A particularly nice feature is the ability of the app to group similar articles under a single heading, so there are less headlines to scan in the first place. I'd give it six stars if it were possible!

I use to have separate apps for each newspaper and it was a pain! This app is flawless with loads of different settings and all of the top newspapers around the globe. Thank you massively to the developers for making such an impressive app!

My best app!
This app is brilliant. It has taken over from the TV as my main source of news. You can either just read the headlines or click on the articles to go to the links for more depth. You also have the option of blocking feeds from news sites you don't like. Simply my favourite app!

First Impression
I have tried many sources for my news diet, all had good bits but never really provided the "full picture."
This is the one that works for me, although fully customisable, you may not need to change a thing. Virtually everything you want is included, headings provide an overview in a few moments with the depth of information only a touch away!

Best news app available
I've tried a lot, and this is the best. you can add you favourite news feeds, remove the ones you don't like, and everything can be sorted into sections.
Only thing missing is that you can't add new, custom sections, but tbh, they have cover most of them anyway.
Great way to get a broad view of the news from as many different sources as you can think of.

Probably the Best Feed Reader for iPhone
