Hopeless customer service
Trying to chat via the Zara Home app is simply impossible. You start a conversation, then get a message saying that an agent will respond “soon” — but this “soon” lasts forever. Eventually, the chat just disappears and you have to start all over again. The result is always the same: zero response. The customer service is simply not functioning.

Order took two hours to place over two days
A very out of date ordering system that does not accept major credit cards. I wasted hours trying to process a payment. Phones customer services 3 times. Told to change my browser, computer. They couldn’t take a substantial order over the phone. Left me concerned the order had processed many times. There was nothing wrong with my computer or credit card at all as I was ordering from other companies. The order went through with PayPal. Rubbish processing and rubbish customer service support.

The worst customer services I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been messaging on WhatsApp to get centre round in circles then get an email telling me to quote a case number and get run around in circles again get your company in the order. I’ve deleted your app as I’m never shopping with Zara again

Deliveries just disappear
Deliveries are never on the day they say they will be, you do not receive an update as to when they will be and have to chase them up yourself. Often there is no information on when the delivery will be. The problem seems to be that the back office does not communicate well at all.

Cannot log in with Apple ID
This app is so annoying with logging in please can it just log in and stay logged in ?? I cannot access now using my Apple ID but I can using my email address and password but the orders are placed on a different account that I logged in with the Apple ID so I cannot track the items? The person on the live chat I found was so rude and not understanding me at all! Oh and the just closed the chat without asking if I needed anymore help because I brought this topic up again, what on earth is going on?

I love Zara Home
I first used Zara Home when I lived in Spain. It has really lovely home wares from bedding to lamps and furniture. It also is able to change designs and colours on a regular basis within an all-encompassing colour palette as they source pretty well everything within Spain. It is also very good value for money; everything is pretty affordable.

Busy Mum
As a busy (working with own business) mother of three, what I find slightly challenging about the app is how quickly my basket is emptied when or if I have to leave my online shopping trip... due to work or child requirements... which means I have to spend my precious time re-finding the things I hoped to purchase. I have found the wish list function which I guess I will use next time... however it takes so much time to browse through the items... I have given up on many of my basket choices after they have disappeared.

What the is the point of creating titles for wish list ? What a waste of time . Also confusing adding things to the basket.

This is the worse app to order from.
I am rejecting a parcel that I have ordered through Zara for clams of next day delivery when it is delivered two days later.
I do understand this is not a normal time that we live in with covid and parcels may not arrive on time; however, Zara should not list it on their checkout before purchase is made. It is a matter of principal and. It the urgency of having the clogs. Although they were being given as a gift and now we do not have anything to give today. Thanks Zara for the horrific service.
