Shocking

This App doesn’t work, you need to pay, when you do pay it doesn’t work and when you try to contact them they are shocking with customer service.

Do NOT use this app, clearly the only people giving it high reviews will be family and friends!

Don’t get this App!

I got this App to watch my videos on my SAMSUNG tv and it does not let you connect unless you download premium version which is nearly £5.00.

It would be great if it clearly declares at first!

Avoid

Purchased the app, as upgrade stated it would allow me to access all my photos (so I could cast to my TV). It doesn’t, and simply keeps asking for further £4.99’s to upgrade. So caught in a loop of app not working and app wanting to get more money. Refund not possible via App Store, as Apple state contact the developer to resolve. Contacted the developer as advised, with no response. Unfortunately it was a complete waste of money.

Works well and serves its purpose

Have had this app installed for quite a while now. Can’t believe it only has one poor review. It works well for me and finds my Plex and Kodi servers and finds all of my casting devices. A few small issues. Sometimes it doesn’t find any media, so you have to scroll back on the menus and go back in and it appears. Sometimes the buttons are not that responsive when drilling into the menus. Lastly the volume button is a nightmare and is completely temperamental. Nothing is a show stopper and overall it does what I need it to do.

I agree with the last reviewer, don’t touch this. I have an iPhone 7 and a fairly new Samsung smart tv. The app gives the impression of being free but if you try any of the functions it requests you upgrade to premium. That is £5, which I paid. Then I found it kept dropping out and shutting the app when you try to load videos in your library. You have to then restart the app, search for your devices all over again. I deleted it and tried to reload; it wants another £5..

Feel like I’ve been ripped off. I wouldn’t mind the £5 if it worked. It doesn’t. Avoid.

THIS APP IS A RIP OFF!!! I bought the premium as it worked with my tv, so in theory, NO ADS?? But when an ad pops up it says purchase the premium version so I click on it and it says premium version already installed, but it reoccurs all of the time, you can’t do anything about unless you let the ad through and when you do you can not navigate back to the page you were in initially 🤬, this is a joke, I want my £4.99 back NOW!

A poor app

This is only a free version of the app but the idea is to give a representation of how the full app works. It is dreadfully slow, adverts pop up so frequently it is just unusable. I have tried and deleted, will not risk buying based on this very poor version

Appalling!

Can't play any videos from the iTunes Store because of DRM restrictions, trying to search in the YouTube section causes the app to crash, as does trying to play a video recorded on your camera, sometimes doesn't find your device to stream to, the list is endless. About the only thing that did work was showing photos. Abysmal effort.

Very good but...

It is a good app however every 20 seconds when streaming a video, it asks me to upgrade. This makes it from a 5 star rating to a 3 star rating as it is very annoying and when I do not accept the upgrade the entire video stops streaming and starts from the beginning.

A few more updates and this will be perfect

I use this app for streaming photos, videos and music from my iPhone to an LG smart TV model 24MT35S.

The app connected first time to my TV and on the whole works great. Compared to other similar apps it is by far the best one I have seen which led me to buy the full ad free version.

There are a few issues that that prevent this app from being 5 stars and I hope the developers take note of these.

The first issue is that the connection to the TV drops out from time to time - it is not frequent enough to make the app unusable but enough to impact the whole user experience.

The second is that music tracks don't play to the end of the track which is frustrating and mean setting up a playlist is useless. If the phone goes into lock mode the tracks/playlist again do not appear to keep playing which is again frustrating.

The third is that the app takes just that extra second or two to respond which means the user experience is not as slick as it can be.

The fourth issue is that when streaming photos certain photos seem to cut the streaming out.

Finally (and this could be more about me) I can't seem to find a way of playing photos as a Slideshow using the app.

Again I must stress the above are more niggles than complaints but this app has the potential to be perfect so I hope the developers put my £3.99 to good use with updates that improves the user experience further.

Unreliable and plagued with ads

First of all, the free version is unusable because of the relentless stream of adverts and videos that get in the way of letting the app do anything useful.

When you get past that, the app still doesn't work properly. High resolution pictures appear tiny on the TV for no reason, making it impossible to use as a photo viewer.

Very nearly there

Finds my Xbox 360 with the simplest of ease, streaming local iPhone photo and video with a simple touch. Just struggling to get it to see my network devices, but this app is definitely worth keeping an eye on, the best one I've found so far to get stuff onto my Xbox without faffing around with my network setup
