Rubbish now it’s changed
Used to use this a lot on my iPhone but can’t use it at all now.
Can’t find the journey I want.
Plus large advert at bottom takes up an unacceptably large proportion of my small phone screen.

Inconsistent
It’s good most of the time but it’s very inconsistent. The bus time can change from 10 minutes to 1 minute in a few seconds and sometimes it won’t even show when a bus is coming. Today I waited a whole hour and it showed no buses until it was due

I’ve been using this app for a while now and it’s been fine. But recently it’s started talking utter b#llocks. It’ll say 341 bus in 2mins, then suddenly switch to 14 mins. So you start walking away, then the bus turns up and you miss it.

Bus review,
I’ve noticed that this app isn’t always accurate.
Which is a shame because I do rely on it. Four example I have experience the app informing me that the bus will be coming in two minutes however the bus is due.
Sometimes this app cannot detect when the bus is running later than schedule or arriving earlier than scheduled which creates problems.

Unreliable app
Can tell you that a bus is in 5 minutes for example but then 10 seconds later, after I have refreshed it, says it is due at the bus stop. I therefore miss my bus and am late. Not very impressed.

Confusing 😳
The first time I downloaded this app it was easy to add the bus and usual routes that I needed and enjoyed using it .
However it became rather confusing when I had to delete the app n reload as it was unclear if the bus I was waiting for was arriving from home location or destination of choice .In addition , the timing was inaccurate and there was no option to individually delete or edit the routes without losing the whole app n restart ! .

A fantastic app
A great app that makes commuting and getting around so much easier. It stops you wasting time standing around at bus stops and getting drenched when it’s raining.

Very useful
My kids and I use it all the time to check buses for school etc. Works most of the time but occasionally the TFL system is down which isn’t the app’s fault.
One thing I’d like to see is the ability to see the times for different stops simultaneously, especially in the favourites to save me from having to open different stops to see which bus is coming soonest!
Anyway, if you get buses in London this is the only app you’ll need!

Not very accurate
Useless for 269 bus in SE London - minutes drop suddenly meaning you miss the bus as you haven’t left in time. Sometimes it says 8 mins and then drops to 1 min. Absolutely useless and unreliable.

When I check the time for buses like the 418 and 406 when it’s supposed to be due the buses end up not coming and the times for it eventually disappear. This is rather frustrating at someone who needs to be able to reach work on time and know whether a bus is going to appear or not would save me a lot of time rather than having to wait to see if it’s going to come or not

Too buggy
Times do not always update automatically so have to do it manually and if it doesn’t update it only leaves me a few minutes to get the bus.
Sometimes some stops just get stuck with no time till the app is closed.
Makes a stupidly weird noise like a video game ping.
Does far too much, this is a bus time app why the need for everything else like Santander bikes?
Just cut the rubbish out and take it back to basics.

Some features ok, but journey planner useless
Not only the page design is such that when planning a journey- i.e. to arrive by certain time (in my case 1.5hrs in future) user is unable to press OK button, because it is overlapping by adverts... but couldn’t find any busses to display in a rare occasion where I managed to press OK... after fiddling fo quite some time..

It got complicated
It wasn’t broke but they fixed it anyway and now it’s harder to just stand at a stop and find out if a bus is coming. Having easy access to the relevant timetable is helpful- though not a great predictor of arrival times.
