A vey useful app
Just what I needed for an overseas trip to locate English language programmes.
However operation is not that intuitive and a more detailed help file would be useful.

Description
Are you a shortwave radio listener (SWL) in need of an up to date set of schedules for international broadcast stations? Shortwave Broadcast Schedules is a handy app that displays broadcast schedules of about 11,000 longwave, mediumwave, and shortwave broadcast stations.
The stations are initially listed in order by frequency. You can tap a button to see which stations are on the air right now, as well as search for stations by name, frequency, time of day that they are on, or select by language, target area, or country of origin.
Stations currently on the air are displayed in bold, making it quick and easy to see which stations are on right now.
The app can keep a log of stations you have heard, with the date, time, frequency, SIO, and other notes you wish to enter. Now your device can be your personal logbook!
You can keep track of favorite stations, as well as set reminders for favorite broadcasts, so you’ll never forget about a transmission again.
Tap on a station to bring up more information about the station, such as the country of origin, target area, and programming language.
When viewing the details for a station, you can tap on the frequency, country, target, or language to get a list of all other stations with that matching value. You can also tap on Schedule to see all of the transmissions throughout the day for this station.
Updated schedules can be downloaded for free.

Black Cat SW listing
This app has comprehensive coverage of stations from ELF to the bottom edge of the VHF part of the spectrum. It is regularly updated. Search facilities are good with plenty of info available. A very useful app deserving a five-star rating.

This is a really good app. If you like swl then get it.
It saves time and is very accurate and functional.
I wish more apps were as good as this one.

It works
It works.
The interface is crude, does not use the iPad to its max.
Not very user friendly.
Polish it and it could go as high as 4, maybe even 5 stars.

Dissappointed
I have a communications reciever and a scanner with an outside discone antenna, I am a licensed radio Amateur and I live in the UK. I found this app to be confusing to use and not much use in the UK, far better is the app titled Radio Stations list.

Great information and everything the shortwave listener needs to go with their radio. What this app really needs now is a logbook to go with it so that listeners can log in the SINPO information, it would truly enhance this app.

Great app for any SWL
The latest update adds the ability to restrict stations by country, language etc. This upgrades the app from great to fantastic! A must have.

Shortwave Listening Guide
TV Times for the Shortwave listener.
Very handy app to have with you at all times to see in an instant what's on where. Paper copies or books no longer required. One button listing update - without any subscription - makes this an app a must-have.

SWBC shortwave broadcast schedule app
Handy little app . Not very exciting but does what it needs to do very well. I only dropped one star as a key to the abbreviations ( country names) would have been useful for beginners to SW. Recommended.
