I am wanting to start selling on Etsy and I can not download the app as my phone is currently iOS 12. Please update and make it available for everyone, as it doesn’t make it very efficient for me as a seller. Thank you.

This app is not compatible with apple’s accessibility options. I’m forced to reduce text size to use app which in turn requires using a magnifying glass,so it impressed by a company who should know better and has the resources to friendly to those with vision issues

Also the currency is dollars ,which requires converting , I don’t know if one can change this.

Vpns prevents looking at shops

Your app has suddenly stopped allowing me to view the individual shops? I’ve also taken the latest update and the search bar is displaying the text so small, it’s really unclear on an iPhone 8+.

Fantastic amount of product information - more than I usually find on other shopping sites. And it was fairly easy to narrow down search to desired item. Searches tend to pull up an enormous selection which in itself is great; however, if you need to exit the app whilst browsing and return, your search is completely lost and you have to start all over again. This is so mind-numbingly tedious that it makes me just want to delete the app and shop elsewhere. It’s appalling that Etsy haven’t rectified this! As it’s easy to do.

Great App!

I am only 14 years old so I kinda use this as a part time job! I make slime and sell it on here! Many people enjoy my slime and I can make up to $15 a week! If I add my money up on the ingredients tho I am making $20 profit a month! I do have to restock on slimes and ingredients quite a lot such as glue, borax, food colouring etc but great app! Recommend if u want to start a mini business like me!

I have problems leaving my review even though I’m leaving positive feedback sort it out

Incredibly frustrating when using an iPad. Twice I’ve tried to contact a seller, moved the tablet from portrait to landscape and the message disappeared. Will just contact via the web.

Several attempts, used Facebook credentials, asked me for username and password, nope.

The sellers and items on Etsy are great. The problem is the platform and this is a problem that occurs both on the app and the website. When ordering items there is now a date when you can leave a review. This date takes in to account the processing and estimated shipping time. This is fine to stop people leaving bad reviews if their package is just delayed in the mail. However, if you receive your items quickly you are stopped from leaving a review until the processing and shipping time has elapsed. There is no option to check that you have received your goods and therefore want to leave a review. For someone who uses Etsy only when wanting to purchase things, as opposed to just browsing, having to wait past the date of arrival to a date that is half/full week away to go on and leave a review is frustrating. There needs to be a way of selecting that you have received the items quicker than expected so that you can go on and leave a review. Especially, if what you have received is fantastic. The quicker you can leave a review the quicker other people know how good/bad a seller/item is. I have mentioned this to Etsy support which in itself is tedious as you can’t do it through the app and they didn’t understand what I was suggesting.

The currency has switched to usd and I can’t switch it back on the app which means I no longer can be bothered to use it! Please fix

The products on here are wonderful, and the app is useful for finding and buying them.

But even when I turned off ‘suggestion’ notifications I am still getting annoying messages about stuff I don’t want. Why? Why bombard your best customers and get them to turn off notifications altogether?

The app works fine but for some reason it keeps changing my currency preferences to USD on my account, with no way of changing it back on the app. Which makes it hard to understand actual costs.

This is an amazing app always love to see different things that people make and I love to buy them. However whenever I save something to a specific board it will always say 29 items or 10 items when actually there is only 4 or 5.

please fix this I love this app and want to know that when I save something it will be there if I want to buy it in the future.

It shows the prices in USD, however I live in UK and want them to be in GBP. Can’t change it and it’s so annoying!!!

I love it. It works great and so easy to use. The only thing that is missing is the Local feature, ‘what’s happening in your area’. Where has it gone?

I was looking forward to using this! But I was wrong :/ if I sign in by using my Facebook, or ANYTHING for that matter, it won't let me see anything or sign in 😐😡 it's waste of time

I can't get this to search just UK only. I can filter for that but the whole app constantly shows items from around the world... Many don't ship to the UK and even if they do I don't want to wait or pay for the shipping

Please allow us to set the whole app to focus just on a particular country otherwise for me it's so frustrating to use

I used to love this app but lately it freezes and is difficult to use. Please fix the app so that it is user friendly again!

I had ordered some products from the Etsy website which was no problem, I decided to download th app to track my order, and to browse more stores and vendors, but wen opening the app, I canni navigate, no matter what icon I press nothing happens, it stays on the Home Tab and that is all th app does, this app is a waste of time.

Love the app but for some reason my currency always defaults to a random one so I can’t see prices in GBP which is what I’m paying in... I can’t change currency in the app and even when I go on desktop to change it and save- the next day it reverts back. I love Etsy but if I don’t know how much things cost then it’s really offputting :(

Recently I have been unable to filter search results by lowest price first. Tapping on the filter to sort by relevancy/price high to low/low to high etc simply does nothing. This is the only way I like to search and compare - by price. Please fix this bug! It is very frustrating. It works fine through safari so is definitely a bug in the app.

Also, I agree with another reviewer, that it is very frustrating, having to save items in basket for later when only wanting to buy one item at a time. I always hope I remember to put the saved to later item back into the basket before I am distracted by work/children and forget. This is a design flaw in my opinion and I would love to see this tweaked.

Up until recently, when searching on the app worked properly, this app received a high rating from me. I have deleted my app and reinstalled to make sure I have the latest version; also restarted iPhone. This makes me believe it is a glitch on the app, which is stopping me use it altogether as it seems to have stopped working! ☹️

Utterly disgusted at Etsy's greedy grab by increasing their percentage so dramatically on sales (I'm not even a seller, only ever used it to buy items). Not to mention the dishonest and downright awful people who complain items haven't arrived.... when they're stuck in the postal system somewhere which is out of the seller's control.... and Etsy insists they get a full refund. Even when the item will eventually arrive (& the buyer wouldn't pay for tracked mail). This has happened to three friends who have Etsy stores and I find it despicable.

Etsy used to be about supporting the handmade, artisan and unusual items. Nowadays there's so much mass produced in China products I don't see the point.

Small sellers - start your own websites, so many of us will support you. Don't use a platform that doesn't even support you and your business.

Cancel review case button won’t open

Since the developers have introduced the pre-shipping option for sellers, buyers now do not know if their item has been shipped or not. A lot depends on what carrier the seller is using. I have had items stuck in pre-ship until I have got the item.

Change it back please. A parcel has either been shipped or not!

This app is only set up for shopping. There is no “contact us” or a “help” option on the app. You will need to go online through their web site to resolve any issues or get any help.

Until the changes that make it select half of your basket when you want to simply pay for one item. You then have to save items for later to remove them and then when you go to saved items it is taking up to a minute to simply move or delete one item from here. I have just spent 24 minutes removing 27 items from my saved list. To pay for 3 items I have just had to love 11 items to save for later. Why have these changes been implemented for so long and not sorted?? Why is it so slow to move items from saved list?? I have used this app for over 3 years now and I’m honestly fed up with this time it takes to do something that should be easy and swift. Please PLEASE change this system. Put it back to how it was before it grouped half your items for checkout. I can’t be the only person that this annoys. I love Etsy. I have a store on it but I’m nearly done with it.

Fabulous app, but please add a feature that lets you set a default country. I have to change my location to the UK for every search.

Etsy is my new favourite shopping experience! Loads of unique, handmaid, interesting products. Something for everyone.

Never had any problems using either the phone or the ipad app. Much more user friendly for searching etsy than via a browser.

Etsy has changed quite a lot over the years so do check to make sure you’re buying hand made if that’s why you’re browsing etsy. Some sellers resell things they’ve bought elsewhere, which is fine if you’re wanting someone to do the gift curating for you but not if you’re wanting to support small home businesses/artists etc.

I use Etsy so often for unique gifts and jewellery especially. Having family in Texas sending gifts from Scotland can be hard but Etsy makes it very easy, and I can create a wish list for birthdays and Xmas.

The new check out is so simple....love the whole site.

The items you can buy are good quality and are useful, just sometimes hard to remind specific items and lists items that have sold out.

I buy almost all of my business supplies from Etsy. There is so much choice and all come from quality suppliers. The ease of purchase and payment is also a big reason for using Etsy - everything is just so easy. Great app, couldn't be without it!

Easy as sing eBay just order item, use paypal and that's its it easy!!
